AbstractIn Brazil, despite the existence of the National Strategy for Financial Education (ENEF), Financial Education has not reached most schools yet in the country and many of the teachers are unaware of the subject and / or how to carry out their didactic transposition. In this sense, this article aims to understand the dialogical composition between Financial Education (EF) and Critical Mathematical Education (EMC) in High School. The methodology used is qualitative with a bibliographic focus. The analysis will have as a starting point reflections in the light of the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) and the current EF legislation. This study presents three investigative contexts, namely (i) Reference to Pure Mathematics, (ii) Reference to a semi-reality, and (iii) Reference to real life, thus seeking to problematize Financial Education in the school environment from the Learning and its role in promoting the student’s emancipation. Three papers are analyzed and discussed, and there was an urgent need to re-signify the Mathematics teacher’s pedagogical practice so that he or she can provide the theoretical and practical tools appropriate in his or her classes so that students have the knowledge to build a healthy financial life. Therefore, the results herein provide evidence of the importance of the articulation of Critical Mathematical Education to Financial Education so that the didactic transposition of the concepts treated in the classroom is carried out, guaranteeing its use in everyday life. Keywords: Mathematical Education. BNCC. Consumer society. Emancipation.

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this qualitative study was to reveal the expertise of educators and dieticians on food and nutrition education in the school environment. METHODS: This study used a qualitative approach developed jointly by the Department of Education of the state of Pernambuco, Brazil, and a school in that state. The participants were seven teaching technicians, eight teachers, and thirteen dieticians. The information was collected by interview and submitted to thematic content analysis. RESULTS: Six themes emerged from the participants' statements: food and nutrition education as a guideline for eating correctly; the purpose of food and nutrition education as an instrument for promoting healthy eating habits; the school as a promoter and empowering environment for food and nutrition education; food and nutrition education as a pedagogical practice focused on the reality of students' eating habits; school agents' assignments and partnerships for food and nutrition education; lack of knowledge in the practice of food and nutrition education. CONCLUSION: The participants' knowledge on food and nutrition education is dichotomous, at times permeated by biological aspects, at other times by the social context. Although there are gaps in the knowledge of the subject, educators and dieticians consider themselves partners for the provision of food and nutrition education in school.

This article is part of a macro research project entitled Influence of the affective domain, the mathematical processes and the pedagogical practice of the teacher of Basic Education in the academic performance of the student. This is a qualitative type of work with a descriptive and documentary approach, prepared by students belonging to the SIEM nursery, with the purpose of making a bibliographic review of the different investigations and theoretical contributions that have been made around this topic, obtaining a clear overview and broad on the object of study. Taking as a starting point the bibliographic review of 32 research articles that have been published in the last three decades, among which are books, articles from indexed journals, as well as undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies. For the bibliographic review, several stages were taken into account: search of antecedents for each construct, compilation of antecedents, selection of representative information, categorization of each of the constructs and systematization. The results obtained allowed to support the theoretical and epistemological foundations of each of the constructs that will later become part of the theoretical framework of the advanced research.

The purpose of this study was to identify approaches about teacher education in the accounting area in researches selected, based on Bibliographic Portfolios, theoretical and empirical, related on the subject. Studies by Nossa (1999), Slomski (2007); Slomski & Martins (2008); Miranda, Casa Nova, Cornacchione Júnior (2012), Comunelo et al (2012), Laffin & Gomes (2014, 2016) identify the need for teacher training actions for accounting education. In methodological terms, this study was characterized as qualitative, descriptive and bibliographical. It was done based on the Knowledge Development Process-Constructivist (ProKnow-C) to organize and analyze data and focused on the systematic review stage of the process. It sought to identify gaps and research opportunities related to the object investigated, using the selected Bibliographic Portfolios (PBs). The main conclusion of the study shows that the approaches to teacher training are in the scope of teaching fundamentals, characterized by: teacher knowledge, knowledge base for teaching and reflective teaching. They point to the instrumentalisation of teaching activities related to the objectives and contents of teaching: pedagogical practice, learning environment, didactic transposition, strategies and content of teaching.

The article provides a comparative analysis of the influence of L.N. Tolstoy and I.I. Sergiev (John of Kronstadt) on the formation of personal worldview in Russian society. The analysis is based on the testimonies of the contemporaries and the previously not reissued publication of “Novy Put” (“New Way”) journal on the subject. In the context of the declared problematics, special attention is paid to the question of transformation of religious consciousness in the course of the personality formation in relation to the period under consideration (the beginning of the 20th century). The author reveals and analyzes the main components of the life stand of Tolstoy and Father John of Kronstadt in the context of their influence on contemporaries. The results of the study allow to reveal the following antitheses that characterize Tolstoy and John of Kronstadt, respectively: doubt - faith, search for oneself – following the once chosen path, preaching of non-resistance as part of the philosophy of not-doing (not doing evil) – preaching of active upholding of faith (doing good), “simple living” – real life with and for common people.

Storytelling consists of an interaction between a narrator and a listener, both of whom assign meaning to the story as a whole and its component parts. The meaning assigned to the narrative changes over time under the influence of the recipient‟s changing precepts and perceptions which seem to be simplistic in infancy and more nuanced with age. It becomes more philosophical in that themes touching on the more profound questions of human existence tend to become more prominently discernible as the subject moves into the more reflective or summative phases of his or her existence. The aim of this article is to demonstrate the metaphorical character of a story, as reflected in changing patterns of meaning assigned to the narrative in the course of the subjective receiver‟s passage through the various stages of life. This was done by analysing meaning, from a particular storytelling session, at different stages of a listener‟s personal development. Meaning starts as literal and evolves through re-interpretation to abstract and deeper levels towards application in real life.

At the same time, there is no place for intellectuals and educating intellectuals in program documents on educational activities, although this task is very logical for the pedagogical practice of a developed society. This work presents the experience of the author's analysis of the psychological nature of the intelligence of an officer. Consistently considering the essence and structure of such a complex phenomenon, the structure and the real functioning of the values that allow characterizing the subject as an intellectual are ascertained.Materials and methods. As the main research methodology, the authors use sociological (I.S. Kon), culturological adapted to solve the problems of this work (M.S. Kagan), historiographic (A.V. Popov), systemic (I.V. Blauberg, V.A. Lektersky, V.N. Sadovsky, S.L. Rubinstein, M.S. Kagan, N.V. Kuzmina) and functional approaches (P.K. Anokhin, M.S. Kagan, N. Wiener). The main research methods were: hypothetical-deductive method; analysis, synthesis, comparison, analogy and abstraction; systemic method and modeling.Results. The result of the study is that the authors identified and justified the structural psychological qualities of intelligence as the subjective characteristics of an officer and examined the basic mechanisms of formation of intellectual values.Discussion and Conclusions. The required criteria for being intelligent as a  subject characteristics of an officer is the level of education (self education)of an officer, his manners, the scope of his values , existential assessment –correlating every fact he faces with general life-span problems of objective reality, having respect for values of others and being ready for talk to employees and  superiors as well as the representatives of other social groups, other cultures, nationalities, confessions and professions which requires dialog in search of optimal forms and options of interaction. Many innovative approaches to teaching are being used around the country, and there is an exciting energy about the scholarship of teaching and learning. But what is happening in the most effective music theory and aural skills classrooms? Based on 3 years of field study spanning 17 states, coupled with reflections from the author’s own teaching strategies, Teaching Music Theory: New Voices and Approaches highlights teaching approaches with substantial real-life examples from instructors across the country. The main premise of the text focuses on the question of “why.” Why do we assess in a particular way? Why are our curricula designed in a certain manner? Why should students master aural skills for their career as a performer, music educator, or music therapist? It is through the experiences shared in the text that many of these questions of “why” are answered. Along with answering some of the important questions of “why,” the book emphasizes topics such as classroom environment, undergraduate research and mentoring, assessment, and approaches to curriculum development. Teaching Music Theory: New Voices and Approaches is written in a conversational tone to provide a starting point of dialogue for students, new faculty members, and seasoned educators on any level. The pedagogical trends presented in this book provide a greater appreciation of outstanding teaching and thus an understanding of successful approaches in the classroom.
