Abstrak. Keputusan konsumen merupakan sebuah tindakan konsumen untuk membeli suatu produk yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu kualitas produk, harga, pelayanan dan lokasi Pengambilan keputusan merupakan suatu kegiatan individu yang secara langsung terlibat dalam mendapatkan dan mempergunakan barang yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap keputusan konsumen rumah makan Aditya Jaya di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap keputusan konsumen rumah makan Adiya Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para konsumen rumah makan Aditya Jaya. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Non-Probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Accidental sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa yang kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu model analisis Chi-Square dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kualitas produk, harga dan pelayanan berpengaruh nyata terhadap keputusan konsumen sedangkan lokasi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap keputusan konsumen rumah makan Aditya Jaya. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menjelaskan beberapa faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen.An Analysis Of The Impact Of Product Quality, Price, Service And Location Toward Consumer Decision At Aditya Jaya Restaurant In Aceh Besar RegencyAbsract. The consumer decision is an act of consumers to buy a product that is affected by several factors such as product quality, price, service and location Decision-making is an activity of individuals who are directly involved in obtaining and using the goods offered. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price, service and location of the consumers of Aditya Jaya Restaurant. The method used is a survey method using questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study is the consumers of Aditya Jaya Restaurant. The samples taken as many as 100 respondents using the technique of Non-Probability Sampling with accidental sampling approach, sampling technique based on chance, who happened to meet with the researchers can be sampled. The analytical method used is the model Chi-Square analysis using SPSS. Based on the research that the quality of products, prices and services significantly affect consumer decisions while the location did not significantly affect consumer decisions Aditya Jaya Restaurant. For further research is expected to explain some of the other factors that influence consumer decisions.

Abstract: Mother's knowledge about breastfeeding techniques will bring a deep understanding of the good or bad impacts of giving breast milk. The method in this study uses a cross sectional research design with the population of all post-partum mothers in the work area of the Wori Health Center in Manado. Sampling is done by non-probability sampling with pruposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 51 respondents. Data is presented in the form of Frequency Tables. Data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square analysis method. The results of the study, the majority of respondents have good knowledge and attitude. Respondents who use the wrong breastfeeding technique for respondents who have poor attitudes and knowledge. From the chi-square obtained results from the level of knowledge with breastfeeding techniques with a value of p = 0.00 smaller than α = 0.05. Whereas the attitude for breastfeeding technique has a value of p = 0.01 smaller than α = 0.05. In conclusion, the results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes with breastfeeding techniques in postpartum mothers.Keywords: Knowledge Level, Attitude, and Breastfeeding Techniques Abstrak: Pengetahuan ibu tentang teknik menyusui akan membawa pemehaman yang mendalam pada dampak baik ataupun buruknya pemberian ASI. Metode ini menggunakan desain penelitian cros sectional dengan populasi seluruh ibu pasca melahirkan di wilaya kerja Puskesmas Wori Manado. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara non probability sampling dengan teknik pruposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 responden. Data disajikan dalam bentuk Frequency Table, Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan metode analisis chi-square. Hasil penelitian, Mayoritas responden memiliki pengetahuan dan sikap yang baik. Responden yang melakukan teknik menyusui yang salah pada responden yang memiliki sikap dan pengetahuan yang kurang baik. Dari hasil uji chi-square didapatkan hasil dari tingkat pengetahuan dengan teknik menyusui dengan nilai p = 0,00 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Sedangan untuk sikap dengan teknik menyusui memiliki nilai p= 0,01 ebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Kesimpulan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara Tingkat Pengetahuan dan Sikap dengan Teknik Menyusui Pada Ibu Pasca Melahirkan.Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pengetahuan, Sikap, Dan Teknik Menyusui

Abstract: 3-month KB injection is a hormonal contraceptive method that contains etherogens.  This contraception works by preventing egg release so that there will be no fertilization of the egg by sperm.  One injection is given every three months and the injection is very effective if routinely given in a timely manner. Method: This study used a cross sectional study design with a population of all mothers who used 3-month injection contraception in the Tagulandang Health Center, Sitaro District. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling with pruposive sampling technique.  The number of samples is 38 respondents. Data is presented in the form of Frequency Tables. Data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square analysis method.  The results of the study: based on the characteristics showed that most respondents chose the use of 3-month injection contraception, respondents aged 20-35 years received support from husbands with good incomes.  From the chi-square test results obtained ρ value for age ρ = 0.02 less than α = 0.05, ρ value for husband support ρ = 0.04 less than α = 0.05, ρ value for income ρ = 0  .01 is smaller than α = 0.05. In conclusion, the results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between age, husband support, income and injecting contraceptive use in 3-month injection contraception in the Tagulandang Community Health Center, Sitaro Regency. Keywords: Age, Husband Support, Income.Abstrak: Suntik KB 3 bulan adalah metode kontrasepsi hormonal yang mengandung eterogen. Kontrasepsi ini bekerja dengan mencegah pengeluaran sel telur sehinggah tidak akan terjadi  pembuahan sel telur oleh sperma. Satu suntikan di berikan setiap tiga bulan dan suntikan tersebut sangat efektif apabila rutin di berikan secara tepat waktu. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cros sectional dengan populasi seluruh ibu yang menggunakan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan diwilayah Puskesmas Tagulandang Kabupaten Sitaro. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara non probability sampling dengan teknik pruposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 38 responden. Data disajikan dalam bentuk Frequency Table, Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan metode analisis chi-square. Hasil penelitian: Berdasarkan karakteristik menunjukkan sebagian besar responden memilih penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan, responden memiliki usia 20-35 tahun mendapat dukungan dari suami dengan pendapatan yang baik. Dari hasil uji chi-square didapatkan hasil nilai ρ untuk usia ρ = 0,02 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05, nilai ρ untuk dukungan suami ρ = 0.04 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05, nilai ρ untuk pendapatan ρ = 0,01 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Kesimpulan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara Usia, Dukungan suami, Pendapatan dengan Penggunaan  Kontrasepsi Suntik 3 bulan di Wilayah Puskesmas Tagulandang Kabupaten Sitaro.Kata Kunci: Usia, Dukungan Suami, Pendapatan.

Kayu putih oil product is one of the famous product of Maluku Province that has many various benefit for health. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of promotion variable and product quality against the consumer decision to buy Kayu Putih oil from MP brand. Survey methods is used in this research, with questioner as the instrument to measure data required. Judgment sampling technique is used in this research, 200 respondent is involved in this research and double regression technique is used as the analysis technique. Result of this research shows that promotion variable especially through personal selling and good quality of products also the services that helps consumer to find products have a big influence in consumer buying decision. Purpose: The objective of the study was to analyze the impact of online customer satisfaction through the product quality, application safety, delivery guarantee, and the offers through online shopping. Design/methodology/approach: For this research, the purposive sampling method was used to collect 120 samples through a questionnaire– from those who are performing online shopping in Oman especially the youth. SPSS was used to analyze the collected data. Chi-square analysis, ANOVA and Kolmogorov-Smirnov ranking analyses were carried out to conclude. Findings: The results of the empirical study reveal that the perceptions of the youth confirming the product quality & service guarantee influenced comfort and satisfaction to the online customers. The study also revealed that the service tangibility concerning the guaranteed package and delivery process along with the lowest price motivated them to go for online shopping repeatedly. Research Implications: The study illustrates through Quality Safety Assurance (QSA) model, the factors viz. Product Quality, Application Safety, Delivery Guarantee, and Offers should be focused to improve the online customer satisfaction, and the best-buy offers are the factors which need more attention to increase the Omani clientele. Social implications: The study throws light on the factors and their important role towards improving customer satisfaction during online shopping and the ways and means to augment the same. Originality/Value: Only a very few have examined the factors influencing thecustomers’ satisfaction of online shopping in Oman, and it is a first-hand study of its kind, and the results will be useful to the online marketers.

Abstract: Exclusive breastfeeding is giving ASI as early as possible after birth until the baby is 6 months old  however, there were still mothers who did not exclusively breastfeed and each of them had a job. one of these studies showed that babies who were not breastfed would have a 6-10 times higher risk of dying in the first few months.This research method uses a cross sectional study design with a population of mothers who have babies aged 6-12 months. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling with pruposive sampling technique. The number of samples were 52 respondents. Data is presented in the form of Frequency Tables. Data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square analysis method. Results of research Respondents on average have a high school education. With normal nutritional status, the average mother has a age of 17-25 years, the average mother works as a private / entrepreneur. From the chi-square test results obtained p value for nutritional status ρ = 0.02 smaller than α = 0.05, p value for age ρ = 0.03, smaller than α = 0.05, and p value for work ρ = 0.03, smaller than α = 0.05. In conclusion, the results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between nutritional status, age, occupation and exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 6-12 months when mothers return to work at Wilaya Work Center at Werdhi Agung Public Health Center, Dumoga Tengah District.Keywords: Nutrition Status, Age, Employment, and Exclusive Breastfeeding Abstrak: ASI Ekslusif adalah pemberian ASI sedini mungkin setelah lahir sampai bayi berumur 6 bulan namun masih didapatkan ibu yang tidak memberikan ASI secara ekslusif, dan masing-masing dari ibu tersebut memiliki pekerjaan salah satu penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa bayi yang tidak diberikan ASI akan memiliki resiko 6-10 kali lebih tinggi meninggal pada beberapa bulan pertama. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cros sectional dengan populasi ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia 6-12 bulan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara non probability sampling dengan teknik pruposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 52 responden. Data disajikan dalam bentuk Frequency Table, Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan metode analisis chi-square. Hasil penelitian Responden rata-rata memiliki pendidikan SMA. Dengan status gizi normal, rata-rata ibu memiliki umur 17-25 tahun, rata-rata ibu bekerja sebagai Swasta/Wirausaha. Dari hasil uji chi-square didapatkan hasil nilai p untuk status gizi ρ = 0,02 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05, nilai p untuk umur ρ=0,03, lebih kecil dari α = 0,05, dan nilai p untuk pekerjaan ρ=0,03, lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Kesimpulan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara status gizi, umur, pekerjaan dengan pemberian ASI Ekslusif pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan saat ibu kembali bekerja di Wilaya Kerja Puskesmas Werdhi Agung Kecamatan Dumoga Tengah.Kata Kunci: Status Gizi, Umur, Pekerjaaan, Dan Pemberian Asi Ekslusif

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the effect of the celebrity endorser (Rachel Vennya) and product quality to purchasing decision, which was conducted on 100 people Sate Taichan “Goreng” buyers in Tebet branch using non-probability sampling technique with incidental sampling approach. The research method used in this research was quantitatice with survey method aproach. The data in this study were tested using classical assumptions consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Futhermore, the hypotesis was tested using by using multiple linear reggresion analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test, and f test. This study uses data analysis techniques with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program version 23.0.The empirical test results indicate that celebrity endorser and product quality together have a positive influence on purchasing decision product of Sate Taichan “Goreng” Tebet brach by 42,5%. Partially, the results of the analysis on celebrity endorser shows that this variable affect purchasing decisions by 40,83% with t count = 7.051> t table = 1.66071 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.10. While the product quality variable has an effect on the purchase decision of 13.03% with t count = 1.673> t table = 1.66071 and a significance value of 0.098 <0.10Keywords: celebrity endorser, product quality, purchasing decisionAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung celebrity endorser (Rachel Vennya) dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selanjutnya hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), uji t, dan uji f. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Package for Sosial Science) versi 23.0.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorser dan kualitas produk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Sate Taichan “Goreng” Cabang Tebet sebesar 42,5%. Secara parsial, hasil analisis pada celebrity endorser menunjukkan bahwa variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 40,83% dengan thitung=7,051>ttabel=1,66071 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,10. Sedangkan variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 13,03% dengan thitung=1,673>ttabel=1,66071 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,098 < 0,10Kata Kunci : celebrity endorser, kualitas produk, keputusan pembelian

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.

CSR has become one of the imperative implements in satisfying customers. The impartial of this research is to calculate CSR, relationship marketing, and customer satisfaction. There is no more study accompanied in Pakistan to quantify the effect of CSR and relationship marketing on the relationship maintainer and customer loyalty. To find out deductive approach and survey method is used as research approach and research strategy respectively. This research design is descriptive and quantitative study. For data, collection questionnaire method with semantic differential scale and seven point scales are adopted. Data has been collected by adopting the non-probability convenience technique as sampling technique and the sample size is 400. For factor confirmatory factor analysis, structure equation modeling and medication analysis, regression analysis Amos software were used. Strong empirical evidence supports that the customer’s perception of CSR performance is highly influenced by the values

ABSTRAK   Pneumonia masih merupakan masalah kesehatan yang penting karena menyebabkan kematian bayi dan balita yang cukup tinggi yaitu kira-kira satu dari empat kematian yang terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya hubungan antara umur balita dan pengetahuan ibu dengan kejadian pneumonia pada balita di Puskesmas Cambai tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Survey Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang membawa atau memeriksakan balitanya yang umur < 5 tahun di Puskesmas Cambai tahun 2016, pada saat penelitian. Pengambilan sampel tersebut secara Non Random dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara umur balita dan pengetahuan ibu dengan kejadian pneumonia pada balita di Puskesmas Cambai tahun 2016. Dari hasil penelitian ini, peneliti berharap petugas pelayanan kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan bayi dan balita di Puskesmas Cambai , serta lebih sering melaksanakan penyuluhan tentang pneumonia dan penyuluhan mengenai makanan 4 sehat 5 sempurna, agar terciptanya balita sehat.     ABSTRACT Pneumonia is an important health problem because it causes the death of infants and toddlers are quite high, roughly one in four deaths. The purpose of this study is known huubungan between toddler age and maternal knowledge with pneumonia incidence in infants in health centers Cambai 2016. This study used a survey method with the Analytical cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who carry their babies or check the age < 5 years at Health Center Cambai in 2016, at the time of the study. The sampling is non- random with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was done using univariate and bivariate statistical test Chi - Square with significance level α = 0.05. The results of this study showed association between maternal age and knowledge toddlers with pneumonia incidence in infants in Health Center Cambai in 2016. From these results, researchers expect health care workers to improve health services in health centers babies and toddlers Cambai, and more frequently to conduct information about pneumonia and counseling about 4 healthy 5 perfect food , in order to create a healthy toddler.

ABSTRAKStunting yaitu keadaan gagal tumbuh akibat dari kekurangan gizi kronis. Prevalensi stunting di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya menempati urutan keempat, dimana kecamatan Sukahening menempati urutan pertama tertinggi dengan jumlah 155 balita mengalami stunting. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kejadian stunting yaitu pengasuhan anak yang kurang baik dimana tidak diberikannya ASI secara Ekslusif. Pencegahan stunting yaitu pada 1000 hari kehidupan dimana salah satunya pemberian ASI secara Ekslusif.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberian ASI Ekslusif dengan kejadian stunting pada balita 1-5 tahun di Puskesmas Sukahening Kecamatan Sukahening Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi total sampling sebanyak 95 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Hasil Penelitian diperoleh lebih dari setengah responden 51,6% tidak diberikan ASI secara Ekslusif, dan sebagian besar 65,3% balita mengalami stunting. Hasil perhitungan chi-square diperoleh ρ.value (0,000<0,05) maka H0 ditolak sehingga terdapat hubungan antara Pemberian ASI Ekslusif dengan kejadian stunting pada balita 1-5 tahun di Puskesmas Sukahening Kecamatan Sukahening Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi informasi yang bermanfaat dan perlu dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan ulang yang terjadwal terkait nutrisi yang terjangkau dan sehat sehingga dapat meningkatkan cakupan ASI Ekslusif dan dapat menurunkan angka stunting.Kata Kunci : ASI Ekslusif, StuntingDaftar Pustaka : 25 buku (2010-2018)9 jurnal (2013-2019)2 Website (2010-2017) ABSTRACTStunting is a condition of growth failure due to chronic malnutrition. The best prevention of stunting is on 1000 days of life where exclusive breastfeeding is given. The impact, if the baby is not given exclusive breastfeeding, they will lack of nutrition and also will have an impact on the growth or inappropriate height. This aims of the research is to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting on toddler under 5 years of at Sukahening Public Health Center, Sukahening Sub district, Tasikmalaya Regency. The type of research used is descriptive correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The total samplings were 95 respondents which used purposive sampling technique. The results of the research were obtained more than half of the respondents 51.6% were given exclusive breastfeeding, and most 65.3% of children under five had stunting. The chi-square calculation results obtained that ρ.value (0,000 <0,05) then H0 is rejected so that there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting on toddlers under 5 years in Sukahening Public Health Center, Sukahening Sub district, Tasikmalaya Regency. Performed the health education related to affordable and healthy nutrition so that it can increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding and can reduce stunting rates.
