Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe adiwiyata school planning, organizing adiwiyata schools, implementing adiwiyata schools, and supervising adiwiyata schools. This study used a qualitative approach with a type of multisite case study. This is because researchers describe, analyze, and juxtapose the management of adiwiyata schools. The technique used by researchers is observation, interviews, and documentation. Research results: (1) school planning adiwiyata; (2) organizing adiwiyata schools; (3) implementation of adiwiyata schools; and (4) supervision of adiwiyata schools. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan sekolah adiwiyata, pengorganisasian sekolah adiwiyata, pelaksanaan sekolah adiwiyata, dan pengawasan sekolah adiwiyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus multi situs. Hal ini karena peneliti mendeskripsikan, menganalisis, dan menyandingkan tentang manajemen sekolah adiwiyata. Teknik yang digunakan peneliti adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian: (1) perencanaan sekolah adiwiyata; (2) pengorganisasian sekolah adiwiyata; (3) pelaksanaan sekolah adiwiyata; dan (4) pengawasan sekolah adiwiyata.

This study attempts to examine and analyze in detail the role of the community in disseminating the Darut Tafsir Islamic Boarding School at the city of  Bogor, West Java. For more details, this study examines in detail on "how to promote community participation in Darut Tafsir Islamic Boarding School?", Which focused on: 1) community participation in boarding school socialization planning, 2) community participation in boarding school socialization leading, 3) community participation in boarding school socialization controlling. This study will use a qualitative approach and methods used in this study is the case study method. It will be discussed in this study are: Firstly, community participation in socialization boarding school planning, consisting of: a) community participation in socialization planning, b) the way to involve the community participation in socialization planning, c) community participation in the process of socialization planning. Secondly, community participation in boarding school socialization leading, consisting of: a) community participation in socialization leading, b) the way to involve the community participation in socialization leading, c) community participation in the process of socialization leading. This journal is the result of research on family counseling through human validation process model to improve the low prosocial children in the family, so it could be a good attitude and behaviour. Reasearch method used qualitative approach with a case-study. This research sample is a child from a family. Instruments to collect the data are open-questionnaire, interviews and observation. Growing a sense of care and responsibility can be established through the development of knowledge, skills and ethics. Educational and social services programs are the main activities taught to children regularly by the Balee of Education community. This study aims to find the character of responsibility and social care of young citizens conducted by Balee of Education community in Langsa City, Aceh, Indonesia. A qualitative approach with case study methods reveals an individual's increased potential to empathize with others in both the educational and social environments to create a balance in life. The research results indicate that the active participation of individuals can build a positive personality and potential. Through programs based on the concept of learning and sharing, the Balee of Education community in Langsa City has developed its function to shape the character of society through non-formal institutions. Because the development of national character will be achieved if there is synergy from all elements of Indonesian society.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan: (1) penerapan, (2) hambatan dan, (3) hasil penyelesaian hambatan dalam perbaikan berkelanjutan di SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu Bantul dan SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan Bantul. Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) penerapan perbaikan berkelanjutan Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001: 2008 di SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu Bantul secara umum sudah konsisten dilaksanakan. Sementara di SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan Bantul tidak dilaksanakan secara maksimal; (2) tidak terdapat faktor-faktor yang menghambat perbaikan berkelanjutan Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001: 2008 di SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu. Sementara di SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan Bantul adalah siswa dan guru; (3) penyelesaian hambatan yang terjadi dalam penerapan perbaikan berkelanjutan manajemen mutu berbasis ISO di SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu Bantul adalah dalam bentuk koordinasi Ketua Program Studi Teknik Gambar Bangunan dengan guru, guru BP, wali kelas dan orang tua siswa, dan rapat pleno. Sedangkan di SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan Bantul dilakukan berjenjang mulai dari guru, wali kelas, guru BK, Ketua Kompetensi Keahlian, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan dan terakhir Kepala Sekolah.Kata kunci: manajemen mutu berbasis ISO 9001: 2008 QUALITY MANAGEMENT BASED ON ISO 9001: 2008 AT SMK BANTULAbstractThis research aims to reveal: (1) the application, (2) obstacles and, (3) the solution of obstacles in the sustainable improvement at SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu Bantul and SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan Bantul. This research was a case study applying the qualitative approach. The research results are as follows. (1) The application of sustainable improvement of ISO-based quality management at SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu Bantul is generally consistently conducted. Meanwhile, at SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan Bantul is not conducted maximally. (2) There is no inhibiting factor in the sustainable improvement of ISO-based quality management at SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu Bantul. Meanwhile at SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan Bantul students and teachers. (3) The solution to obstacles in the application of sustainable improvement of ISO-based quality management at SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu Bantul is through coordination of Building Figure Engineering Study Program Head with teachers, guidance & counseling teacher, homeroom teacher, and students’ parents. Unsolved problems are brought to pleno meetings. While at SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan Bantul is conducted in stages ranging from teachers, homeroom teacher, guidance & counseling teacher, Head of Skill Competence, Deputy Headmaster for Students Affair and finally Headmaster.Keywords: quality management based on ISO 9001: 2008

The purpose of the research is to knowing the empowerment of cash waqf in the education sector BaitulMaalHidayatullahin Surabaya. So, that case is become the bases of the interview to knowing empowerement of cash waqf to support people welfare through education.The approach of this research is using qualitative approach. Qualitative approach is using case study method. The subject of this research is finance manager and office from Baitul Maal Hidayatullah in Surabaya which will be informant and give various information which during the research.Based on research results has showing the empowerment of cash waqf have a typical impact for education with the build of PesantrenPenghafal Al-Quran Darul Hijrah. Pesantern Darul Hijrah not only teach the students to memorize Al-Qur’an, but also to practice the contents of Al-quran and also supported by various activity in pondok pesantren in accordance with syariah principle which will make a leader to know Al-Qur’an and As-Sunnah very well.

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out whether the accounting practices which include the recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of the murabaha transactions applied to the BMT Rahmat Syariah in accordance with PSAK 102 about accounting murabaha. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with this type of case study research. The Unit of analysis in this study is the accounting treatment of murabaha is applied to the BMT Rahmat Syariah. Analytical techniques used in this research is a domain analysis techniques. From the results of the research can be determined three related domains of contract i.e. the beginning of akkadian murabaha, during the process of installment and repayment. Research results can be concluded that BMT Rahmat Syariah in terms of recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of early contract deal not in accordance with PSAK 102. During the process of contract, in terms of the measurement of profit murabaha were in accordance with PSAK 102, but in terms of recognition, presentation, and disclosure is not in accordance with PSAK 102. Whereas in the recognition, measurement and disclosure of fines (ta'zir) is in compliance with PSAK 102 only served and which is not in accordance with PSAK 102. At the time of payment of the measurements were in accordance with PSAK 102, however, recognition, representation, and the disclosure is not in accordance with PSAK 102.

This research aims to provide information on the application of STEAM approach to primary school thematic learning. The application of STEAM approach includes aspects of learning planning, application of learning, and assessment of STEAM learning in primary school thematic learning. Qualitative approach with this type of case study research through observation. The data of the research results are processed with narrative through observation and verification techniques steps to produce credible conclusions. from these results it is known that STEAM's approach to primary school thematic learning has constraints in its application.

The research aims to analyze and understand the vision and mission of E-Da'wah, sources of content that are used as a reference, selected preaching content, and language style displayed in Islam Digest Republika.co.id. The research uses a case study method, a qualitative approach, using new media theory, and information dissemination theory. The research results show that the vision carried out by Republika.co.id's Digest Islamic Digest is modern, moderate, Muslim, nationality, and populist, with a mission as an advanced, intelligent, and civilized new online media. While the sources of the Islamic Digest news are taken from the primary causes of the teachings of Islam al-Quran Hadith and the works of classical and contemporary scholars. Likewise, the selected content around aqidah, sharia, Sufism, history, and others, by displaying popular language styles that are interesting and easy to read.Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami visi misi E-Dakwah, sumber-sumber konten yang  dijadikan rujukan, konten-konten dakwah yang dipilih dan gaya bahasa yang ditampilkan dalam Islam Digest Republika.co.id. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus, pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teori media baru dan teori penyebaran informasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa visi yang diemban E-Dakwah Islam Digest Republika.co.id adalah modern, moderat, muslim, kebangsaan, dan kerakyatan, dengan misi sebagai media online masyarakat baru yang maju, cerdas, dan beradab. Sedangkan sumber-sumber berita Islam Digest diambil dari sumber pokok ajaran Islam al-Quran Hadits dan karya-karya ulama klasik dan kontemporer. Demikian pula konten-konten yang dipilih sekitar aqidah, syariah, akhlak tasawuf, sejarah, dan yang lainnya, dengan menampilkan gaya bahasa populer yang menarik dan enak dibaca.

Tujuan dari peneliti ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) karakteristik kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (3) hasil pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, pemilihan subjek dan informan dengan cara acak dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap enam orang anak asuh dan tiga orang tua asuh. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa anak sebelum memperoleh pengasuhan dari orang tua asuh di RPSAA memiliki karakteristik kecerdasan emosional rendah. Pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan di RPSAA kepada anak asuh adalah pola asuh demokratis. Sedangkan hasil pengasuhan dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung menyimpulkan bahwa anak asuh usia remaja telah memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang cukup baik, yaitu terlihat dari bagaimana cara mereka mampu mengendalikan segala perasaan yang pada dirinya, meskipun ada remaja yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi aspek kecerdasan emosional.   The goal of these researchers is to figure out (1) characteristics of the emotional intelligence of teenagers in RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in adolescents; (3) results foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in teens. This research used the qualitative approach with descriptive research method, the selection of subjects and informants by means of random and data gathering techniques through observation, interview and documentation against six people and three foster care parents foster care. The research results obtained by researchers concluded that child before obtaining care of foster parents in RPSAA has the characteristic of low emotional intelligence. Parenting patterns are applied in the RPSAA to foster care parenting is democratic. While parenting results in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung teenager in concluding that foster care teens have had a pretty good emotional intelligence, that is visible from how they are able to control all the feelings on him, even though there are teenagers who do not yet fully meet aspects of emotional intelligence.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sistem dakwah Pondok Pesantren At-Tawazun ditinjau melalui sistem terbuka mulai dari tahap input, conversion, output, feedback, hingga environment dalam upaya mengatasi problematika santri yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan spesifikasi penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pondok pesantren At-Tawazun dirasakan cukup besar manfaatnya oleh orang tua maupun masyarakat. Lembaga dakwah dan pendidikan ini telah ikut berkontribusi dalam menanggulangi masalah sosial dan kenakalan remaja yang semakin rumit, sehingga mampu memberikan lulusan santri yang brakhlak, berbudi luhur dan mampu mengamalkan ilmunya di masyarakat. Lebih dari itu, kehadiran pondok pesantren At-Tawazun diharapkan dapat mengatasi akulturasi budaya yang menyimpang di era sekarang ini. Sehingga semangat generasi muda kita dapat disalurkan terhadak hal-hal positif, untuk kemajuan Agama dan Negara. This paper aims to describe the da’wah system of At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School through an open system starting from the input, conversion, output, feedback, and environment stages in an effort to overcome the problems of santri that are influenced by the times. This research uses case study method with qualitative approach and field research specification (field research). The results of this study indicate that the existence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding Scool was felt to be of considerable benefit by parent and community. This da’wah and education institution has contributed to tackling social problems and juvenile delinquency that are increasingly complicated, so as to be able to provide graduates who are morally, virtous and able to practice their knowledge in the community, moreover, the presence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School is expected to overcome the deviant cultural acculturation in the present era. So that the spirit of our young generation can be channeled suddenly to positive things, for the advancement of Religion and the state.
