The rapid development of electronic information technology makes the computer room gradually become an important place for many schools to exercise students' practical ability. This requires the management personnel of the computer room to be able to do a good job in managing the computer, and regularly maintain and maintain it to avoid the occurrence of danger and computer failure. Therefore, the author mainly starts from the problems faced by the current management of computer rooms, and explores how to improve management experience and specific ways to do maintenance work. On the base of the current status of hospital medical information engineering, this paper analyzes some major problems existing in computer hardware, and puts forward some plans and reform measures in connection with the characteristics of medical information engineering. Because the application of electronic information engineering in hospitals is perfect and comprehensive, and there is no corresponding management training, so that the management personnel do not have the information technology and skills required by the application of electronic information engineering, the training of relevant personnel should be strengthened.

With the rapid development of information technology, electronic information network system technology is growing rapidly. Accounts receivable financing model based on the E-commerce platform is gradually mature. Firstly, this paper discusses the mechanism of accounts receivable financing based on E-commerce platform. Secondly, it discusses each participating subjects. Finally, compared with traditional accounts receivable financing model, it makes a conclusion that carrying out accounts receivables financing based on the E-commerce platform can not only reduce the risk of the parties involved, as well as improve financing efficiency.

Electronic information network technology is growing faster with the rapid development of information technology, the advance payment financing model based on e-commerce platform becoming mature step by step. We proceeded a discussion about the mechanism of the advance payment financing model based on e-commerce platform. Then we analysed the principal parts which participate in this financing procedure, and made the traditional advance payment compared with this new financing model. At last we concluded that advance payment financing model based on e-commerce platform can not only reduce the risk of relevant parties, but also can increase the financing efficiency.

Rare earth metals (REM) occupy a special and important place in our lives. This became especially noticeable during the rapid development of industry in the industrial era of the twentieth century. The tendency of development of the rare-earth metals market certainly remains in the XXI century. According to experts estimates the industry demand for chemical compounds based on them will tend to grow during the nearest years until it reaches the market balance. At the same time, the practical use of high-purity rare-earth metals requires the most accurate understanding of the physical properties of metals, especially magnetic ones. Despite a certain decline in interest in the study of high-purity REM single crystals during the last decade, a number of scientific groups (Ames Lab, Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), Baikov Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science Russian Academy of Science (RAS)) are still conducting high-purity studies on high-purity metal samples. The present article is a combination of a review work covering the analysis of the main works devoted to the study of heavy REMs from gadolinium to thulium, as well as original results obtained at MSU. The paper considers the electronic properties of metals in terms of calculating the density of states, analyzes the regularities of the magnetic phase diagrams of metals, gives the original dependences of the Neel temperature and tricritical temperatures for Gd, Tb, Dy, Er, Ho, Tm, and also introduces a phenomenological parameter that would serve as an indicator of the phase transformation in heavy REMs.

It’s the library’s duty to offer barrier-free service for the disabled. And applied-information technology is applied into the barrier-free service, which may be found helpful to promote the disabled readers’ initiatives and help them seek for information conveniently in library. There are some measures university library can take to offer barrier-free service with applied-information technology such as opening more free computer-training classes for disabled readers to improve their information skills, offering aural OPAC service, posting the copies of library resources by E-mail and providing assistive technology and equipment related to information service. In addition to these measures, some activities like enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the disabled readers and increasing the communication between able-bodied people and the disabled.

Bahasa Indonesia dalam berbagai keperluan merupakan bahasa resmi negara Indonesia dan telah digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi lisan maupun tulis, baik formal maupun informal. Selain fungsi komunikasi, bahasa Indonesia juga berfungsi sebagai alat pemersatu bangsa Indonesia. Dewasa ini bahasa Indonesia dihadapkan pada perkembangan dunia yang begitu pesat, termasuk perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kebudayaan yang begitu mengkhawatirkan. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kebudayaan tersebut menuntut bangsa Indonesia untuk bekerja keras, dan secara aktif mempersiapkan diri mengejar ketinggalan yang ada dari berbagai aspek kehidupan, dan termasuk mengantisipasi perkembangan informasi dan budaya yang mengglobal. Salah satu dampak dari globalisasi ini adalah penggunaan Bahasa Inggris yang dianggap lebih berkelas dan memiliki nilai kebanggaan tersendiri oleh kaum milenial. Salah satu dampak positifnya yaitu akan memudahkan bagi para milenial untuk berkomunikasi secara internasional. Di sisi lain, dampak negative daripadanya yaitu loyalitas pembelajar terhadap bahasa Indonesia menjadi berkukurang, bahkan akan menjadi luntur. Bagaimana kiat bangsa Indonesia untuk mengejar ketinggalan dari bangsa lain dan bagaimana kiatnya agar bangsa Indonesia tetap mencintai bangsanya dan termasuk bahasanya, tentunya harus adanya kerja keras dan kepedulian dari seluruh komponen bangsa Indonesia.Abstract: Indonesian language in many purposes as the official language of Indonesian has been used as an oral and written communicate, both formal and informal. Besides being a communication tool, Indonesian language also serves as a unifying tool for Indonesian. In this era, Indonesian language is faced with a very rapid development of the world, including the development of information technology and culture that are so worrying. With the rapid development of information technology and culture, it demands the Indonesian people to work hard and actively prepare to catch up with the existing aspects of life, including anticipating information development and a globalized culture. One of the positive impact is easier for international communication. Meanwhile, the negative impact is predicted to be the learner's loyalty towards Indonesian language to be reduced and will even fade. How do Indonesian people try to catch up with other nations and how do they try to keep the Indonesian people in love with their nation and including their language, of course, there must be hard work and care for all components of the Indonesian nation.

Agricultural information technology is an emerging technology based on the cross-fertilization of information technology and agricultural science, which has caused the rapid development of digital agriculture and smart agriculture. Crop growth models, as one of their core components, can dynamically simulate the crop growth and development process and its relationship with climate factors, soil properties, and management techniques, thus effectively overcoming the strong spatial and temporal limitations in traditional agricultural production management research and providing quantitative tools for early warning and effect assessment of crop productivity prediction under different conditions. This study focuses on the general technical approach, the latest research progress, and future development thinking developed by the authors in the construction and application of the tea mushroom growth model. Based on the fitting method of the data model curve of the Internet laboratory, this study is proposed to use network programming technology to digitally fit the growth curve of cap diameter and stalk diameter of the fruiting body in the process of Agrocybe cylindracea growth. The fitting system adopted the development mode of PHP + MYSQL and took the MYSQL database as the core, which made the curve fitting of the final experimental data fast, convenient, and more intelligent. This study laid a preliminary foundation for the effective establishment and improvement of laboratory Agrocybe cylindracea, fruiting body growth data statistics and analysis, and graphical output network sharing.
