With the expansion of colleges and universities, the market employment situation is becoming more and more serious. A large number of college graduates are facing major challenges in choosing employment. Under this background, career selection is the key factor that guides college students’ successful employment. Establishing a correct view of career selection can help college students improve their self-awareness, clarify career planning, and improve employment concepts, etc. so that college students can smoothly graduate and find satisfying jobs. This article aims to analyze the problems of college students’ career choice through investigation and research on college students’ career choice, and puts forward improvement strategies in combination with the current employment situation, in order to provide some help for college students’ career choice education.

With the introduction of the policy of expanding enrollment in colleges and universities, many colleges and universities in the country have added specialties and increased enrollment scale. In the past 20 years, the number of college graduates in China has increased rapidly. The employment situation of many college graduates is not optimistic because of the shortage of professional skills and fierce competition. Although many colleges and universities now have the courses of career planning and employment guidance, to give college students the psychological guidance of employment , vocational training and planning, to help college students improve their competitiveness in employment. However, these guidance can help students to carry out career planning, targeted learning and practice, but in practice, because of different grades, different periods of students' personal needs, psychological characteristics, employer needs and so on, the original guidance can not meet the needs of students' employment competitiveness and growth, talent. Based on this, this paper discusses how to carry out the guidance of career planning for college students more effectively from the perspective of effectiveness and whole process.

The COVID-19 spread gradually throughout the country in the Spring Festival around 2020, leading to economic downturn and more severe employment situation in colleges. Multiple difficulties and challenges, such as the reduction of employment posts, the delay of graduation progress, the change of recruitment forms and the psychological anxiety of college students, lead to the huge employment pressure for college graduates. We can cultivate the comprehensive ability of students by means of informatization management, such as broadening employment channels, ensuring graduation on time, improving employment policies and rebuilding psychology of college students. In this way, the high quality of employment work in Colleges can be ensured. Scientific measures should be taken to deal with the impact of the epidemic on employment.

At present, the employment situation of college graduates is grim, which has caused wide concerns in the whole society. How to improve the competitiveness of college graduates, to adapt to the employment environment, to help college graduates to smooth employment has become an urgent problem to be solved. According to the investigation of college graduates’ employment environment, the author analyzes and studies the employment status of college graduates and proposes that higher education can improve the employment competitiveness of college students through the analysis of higher education. This paper finds out advantages and disadvantages in the process of personnel training in colleges and universities, puts forward the countermeasures to improve the employment environment of college graduates, and proposes suggestions for the further development of college graduates’ employment.

<p>At present, with a growing number of college graduates, the problem of employment of graduates has become one of the hot topics in society. Therefore, colleges and universities are positively arranging employment instruction work for college students, hoping to provide effective employment guidance for them to help them to better achieve employment. while in the ideas of undergraduates' employment and career choice, they are also facing a lot of confusion and contradiction. Consequently, it is necessary to strengthen ideological and political education in the employment guidance. This paper introduces the relationship between the university students' employment guidance and ideological and political education, analyzes the current situation of their ideological and political education in employment guidance, and explores the countermeasures to achieve effective ideological and political education in the employment guidance of college students.</p>

With the advancement of multimedia technology, a series of problems have emerged in the reform of college English teaching. How to use multimedia to assist college students in English learning has become a meaningful study. Multimedia-assisted instruction is a common method of teaching English. The design of multimedia-assisted English teaching resource software determines its development, management, evaluation and other aspects, so the design of multimedia platform plays a vital role in the effect of multimedia teaching. This paper will discuss the design and implementation of multimedia-assisted college English independent education resources from the perspective of knowledge classification. Through the content analysis, some problems exist in the design process of some college English multimedia teaching, and the status quo is analyzed. It also studies the difficulties of college students in the process of multimedia assisted learning, and how college students hope to design multimedia independent learning multimedia platform. Finally, the five knowledge classification learning theories of “listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating” can change the status quo, meet the needs of college students, and develop the knowledge of vocabulary, grammar and listening in college English. The design strategy of self-learning multimedia-assisted instruction and the design of college English self-learning multimedia teaching is briefly written.
