At present, the employment situation of college graduates is grim, which has caused wide concerns in the whole society. How to improve the competitiveness of college graduates, to adapt to the employment environment, to help college graduates to smooth employment has become an urgent problem to be solved. According to the investigation of college graduates’ employment environment, the author analyzes and studies the employment status of college graduates and proposes that higher education can improve the employment competitiveness of college students through the analysis of higher education. This paper finds out advantages and disadvantages in the process of personnel training in colleges and universities, puts forward the countermeasures to improve the employment environment of college graduates, and proposes suggestions for the further development of college graduates’ employment.

As noted in the 2017 Horizon Report on Higher Education, it is no longer enough to simply graduate with a degree in a particular discipline; the Hart Research Associates Report also emphasizes the point that employers are requesting that colleges and universities place more emphasis on practical and real-world skills rather than focusing on competencies in broader disciplinary theories that may never be applied practically in the daily workplace setting. In this chapter, the authors look at two specific examples: preservice teacher training and the training of graduate students in epidemiology (STEM). The purpose of this qualitative analysis is to examine and compare the literature related to two primary concepts: (1) access to technology and digital literacy of minority college students and (2) minority serving institution (MSI) response to promoting digital literacy among faculty and students enrolled in clinically based programs.

With the introduction of the policy of expanding enrollment in colleges and universities, many colleges and universities in the country have added specialties and increased enrollment scale. In the past 20 years, the number of college graduates in China has increased rapidly. The employment situation of many college graduates is not optimistic because of the shortage of professional skills and fierce competition. Although many colleges and universities now have the courses of career planning and employment guidance, to give college students the psychological guidance of employment , vocational training and planning, to help college students improve their competitiveness in employment. However, these guidance can help students to carry out career planning, targeted learning and practice, but in practice, because of different grades, different periods of students' personal needs, psychological characteristics, employer needs and so on, the original guidance can not meet the needs of students' employment competitiveness and growth, talent. Based on this, this paper discusses how to carry out the guidance of career planning for college students more effectively from the perspective of effectiveness and whole process.

Pop faculties and departments of universities and colleges became the main suppliers of musical actors, interest in which arose in Russia in the 90s of the XX century. The methodological support for the preparation of musical artists has not yet been sufficiently covered due to the youth of this genre and the specifics not fully studied. The popularity of the musical in our country gradually leads to an increase in the number of specialized educational institutions and relevant faculties in existing theater and music colleges and universities, which, of course, should increase the overall level of stage productions in this genre and bring the Russian musical to new creative heights. Students with family financial difficulties, premised on the family economic situation survey, are identified as the basic work of student-funded work in China's higher education stage, which is directly related to who is eligible for financial assistance. In this paper, through questionnaire survey and data analysis, in view of the evaluation of the work methods of students with family financial difficulties in China's higher education stage, and the change in the number of applications of students before and after the policy change, the results of the implementation of the method for identifying students with family financial difficulties in the higher education stage in China were studied before the recent introduction of the government's policy for the benefit of the people. After the implementation of the new policy, the changes and causes of the wishes and behaviors of college students’ application for poor students. The study found that: 1. The way local civil affairs departments reviewed students' family financial situation in the past did not fully guarantee the accurate and reliable results provided by students about family financial situation. 2. The removal of the local civil affairs department's seal requirement, replaced it as self-reported way, in the short term, did not cause a sharp increase in the number of application of college students to be identified as students with family financial difficulties. 3. The government needs to establish a unified quantitative calculation method, through the system online application way for students to apply directly, local grass-roots government sampling survey, colleges and universities to assist in the investigation of students' consumption in school, so that make the family financial difficulties students determination work both convenient and accurate.

Abstract Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, University graduates have proliferated in China, the employment of college graduates is becoming more and more difficult.
