This article discusses the features of training future specialists (in our society, social educators) in the context of social cooperation and comparative analysis (based on a comparison of the experience of three countries: Kazakhstan, Russia and the USA). The term “social partnership” in various sciences is interpreted differently: as a system of relations between various social entities, which is oriented towards achieving national interests, taking into account group and corporate interests (philosophical aspect); as a system of measures aimed at cooperation between workers, employers and the state in the field of social and labor relations (economic and legal aspect); as a system of relationships between these entities, which replaced the theory of class struggle (historical aspect). In our field of education, the model of partnerships is different, since the specificity of models of social partnership in the field of education is explained by the fact that the need for knowledge and the demand for educational services are determined by changes in the level and structure of employment. For example, the restructuring of the West European economy on a new technological basis in the 70s caused an increase in structural unemployment, and it was then that the relevant reforms in the field of education were carried out, which facilitated the coordination of the interests of the state, entrepreneurs and workers. Currently, the model of social partnership in the field of education has such differences as the degree of state participation in the system of vocational education and training and the presence of the needs of social partners and their abilities to combine efforts.

AbstractBackground: The area of pension expectations in Hungary is barely researched. However, the importance of adequate financial literacy and self-provision is becoming obvious at the economic, the decision-making, and the individual level. Objectives: Our research is conducted to investigate state pension expectations and certain aspects of financial literacy of the young generation, and to find a behavioral explanation for their pessimistic attitude.Methods/Approach: Using a 14-question questionnaire, we collected answers from Hungarian financially educated, young people. Two hypotheses were investigated by the Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Besides, a comparative analysis was conducted to connect the survey results with the ten instincts published by Hans Rosling in his book ‘Factfulness’.Results: The outcomes are in harmony with prior expectations, i.e. i) students in finance major are aware of the connection between a longer working period and a higher retirement income; and ii) despite the unisex pension scheme there are gender differences in the expected pension age. In the comparative analysis with ‘Factfulness’, we identified five instincts that lie behind the general pessimism of respondents. Conclusions: State pension expectations of the Hungarian young generation are overly pessimistic, the same attitude being found in international literature, as well. Pessimistic expectations can be explained using some of the ten instincts by Rosling.

The article is devoted to the agency agreement, which has become widespread in recent years in the field of ensuring interaction between entrepreneurs of China and Russia. This agreement has the following characteristic features: the onset of legal consequences for the principal as a result of the commission of legal and / or actual actions in his interests by another person; personal participation of the agent in relations with third parties to achieve the goals of the agency agreement; urgent nature; responsibility of the agent for actions performed in the interests of the principal. Such features of the treaty under consideration expand the possibilities of entrepreneurs and other entities that do not have this status, serving as a kind of tool that allows them to delegate part of their powers to others, but to satisfy their own needs, and therefore determine the important role of agency in commercial relations, including when making foreign trade deals. Therefore, the study of the regulation of agency relations in various legal orders seems to be very relevant, and a comparative analysis of the legislation of different countries, in addition to the utilitarian role, can help in determining the ways of further development of domestic law. The article examines the place of the agency agreement among other institutions of representation under the legislation of Russia and China, identifies the prospects for improving Russian legislation, taking into account the Chinese experience.
