Problem relevance. Due to the multi-departmental concepts and the different content of educational programs of schools and universities, a serious problem arises of the succession and continuity of the education system along the “vertical” in general and subject teaching in particular. Another didactic problem is the need to ensure interdisciplinary connections of basic courses in the traditional disciplinary model of the educational process for more effective and expedient formation of certain student’s competencies sets. In this regard, it is of interest to create new organizational and meaningful approaches to training specialists without a significant restructuring of the traditional educational process. The purpose of the article is to substantiate a collaborative model of subject training of students in a school-university cluster of disciplines, which ensures the succession and continuity of education at school and university.Methodological basis. On the example of three disciplines “Programming”, “Computanional Methods”, “Information Technologies in Education”, a cluster model of teaching schoolchildren and students in the direction of training “Mathematics and Computer Science” has been designed and implemented. A feature of the considered school-university cluster of disciplines is a unified methodological base of target, meaningful and didactic elements that form and develop the calculative-algorithmic component of the computational thinking of students. The basis of the means and methods of teaching in the cluster is made up of cognitive techniques and a platform of “computational and algorithmic primitives” — solving elementary task template. A recursive approach is used in the methods of cluster subject teaching of schoolchildren and students. Results and Conclusions. The model of the created disciplinary cluster “Programming — Computanional Methods — Information Technologies in Education” contributes to the formation and development of the calculative-algorithmic component of the computational thinking of schoolchildren and students, and also forms their assigned groups of competencies. The school-university cluster of disciplines ensures real succession and continuity of school and university education, without unnecessary, sometimes artificial, labor-intensive additional organizational and methodological means and techniques. The approach under consideration can be used to create clusters of disciplines in various educational areas, allowing their meaningful collaboration and forming given competencies sets and schoolchildren’s and student’s cognitive abilities.

Essas atividades concretas e lúdicas estimulam a criatividade, o raciocínio lógico, a curiosidade, o senso de crítico e a abstração, levando esses sujeitos a pensar e agir coletivamente. ABSTRACT: In this article we advocate the inclusion of the foundations of Free Pedagogical Robotics (FPR) in Multireferential Space of Learning (MSL), including – and especially – in Deaf education. We propose an educational activity based in educacional kits for robotics developed with low-cost and/or technological electro-electronic-scrap materials. Through interaction with these materials, the Deaf are encouraged to seek solutions to different situations-problems that may be proposed by the educator, the class or the school community. These concrete and playful activities encourage creativity, logical reasoning, curiosity, sense of critical and abstraction, leading these individuals to think and act collectively. For this reason, we believe that the use of Information Technologies and Communication can enhance the development of cognitive abilities of the Deaf from the same contextualized and meaningful actions. Seeking to substantiate this article, we introduce a project on the topic that has been implemented in a public school in Belo Horizonte (MG) and two projects implemented in multireferential spaces in the cities of Porto Alegre (RS) and São Paulo (SP), relating the theoretical foundations concerning the subject.KEYWORDS: Deaf Education; Free Pedagogical Robotics; Free Software.

The article deals with the analysis of cultural linguistic phrases in the media text. Mass information plays an important role in the continuation of language operations. This is determined by the qualitative changes in the general linguistic culture, and not only by the changes that have occurred due to the introduction of new information technologies. One of the most important issues facing modern linguistics is the study of functional methods of speech, the definition of their language features, the disclosure of the functional features of language units in the style of speech and their division into language facts. It is well known that the phrase is a product of the second nomination, which directly reflects the national mentality and worldview of the nation. In other words, phrases are also one of the main sources for accepting and preserving national cultural information, because the reflection of phrases is part of the national norm. The cognitive tendency, which is part of linguistic research, not only uses cognitive abilities, but also realizes the cultural meaning of the formulated phrase. In the linguistic direction, phrases served as objects for several studies. Taking this into account, the author of the article gives examples of phrases in the media that are unique to culture.

In political science, it is rarely possible to work with a topic of extremely significant social problems that has not yet found a proper understanding by the scientific community. This includes the concept of cognitive freedom, which already claims to be the new political freedom of the 21st century but is practically not represented in the scientific discourse. This article does not claim to be a complete theoretical and methodological representation of cognitive freedom as a political freedom, it is only an invitation to a discussion about its essence, features, practical significance, and many other aspects of this unique phenomenon. A review of publications on the topic of cognitive freedom from the point of view of psychological, neuro-ethical, epistemological, and cognitive trends is conducted; the degree of its study is evaluated; and the results obtained are summarized. The author's contribution to the understanding of cognitive freedom was the substantiation of the diffusive concept of cognitive freedom using a combination of two approaches: implicit cognitive science and political diffusionism. The diffusive concept of cognitive freedom can be formulated as follows: cognitive freedom is the freedom of representation, dissemination, and transmission of knowledge or information by individuals in diffusion networks. The concept “knowledge transfer” is introduced, meaning that its dissemination is carried out under conditions of some restriction of freedom in the form of prohibition, influence, pressure. This is the political nature of diffusion that acquires signs of managing or manipulating participants in the interaction. This concept should develop the concept of cognitive freedom in terms of one of the conditions for its implementation - the freedom to present, receive, distribute, and transmit knowledge in diffusion networks (a communication channel through which information and knowledge flow). The practical significance of the diffusive concept of cognitive freedom lies in its suitability for identifying the possibilities of managing the free process of political diffusion. Several cognitive technologies based on the principles of “cognitive control”, which in fact plays the role of a kind of “limiter” or even an obstacle to the freedom of obtaining, storing or distributing knowledge, are described. The types of cognitive technologies are identified: technologies for managing human cognitive abilities at the level of the unconscious, technologies for managing the process of organizing information, technologies for strategic narratives, and framing technology: technologies for managing mnemonic practices, technologies for controlling social media as communicators.

During its existence, the idea of an information society has undergone significant changes, many concepts of the information society have appeared, as well as related concepts of a network, communicative, digital society. The purpose of this article is to trace the transformation of the “image” of the information society in culture from the stage of expectations of the embodiment of its main parameters to the peculiarities of vision and assessment of its characteristics, which have become everyday reality today. In the definitions and assessments of the information society, proposed by philosophers and sociologists at the end of the last century, its technological characteristics, which are quite optimistic for society, were emphasized. Three decades later, negative assessments of the modern “information landscape”, such as Internet addiction, information pollution, information stress, began to prevail in discussions about the impact of these characteristics on everyday life. “Technological optimism” is replaced by “humanitarian pessimism”, that is, the emphasis from technological advances is shifted to the impact of information technology on a person, his psycho-emotional state, consciousness, worldview, and cognitive abilities. The objectives of the article include the analysis of real changes in consciousness, psyche and human brain, caused by the introduction of information technology in the daily life of people. All these processes lead to the formation of a negative image of the “digital society”, to the rejection of the realities associated with it. But the fact that the information society in its ideal embodiment did not take place does not negate the growing role of information technologies in modern life. And against this background, the author believes, a purposeful, including a philosophical analysis of relevant problems is needed in order to understand how to balance the image of the “person – information environment” system. Information ecology can play a significant role in such analysis.
