Subject. Mentoring is a resource for the development of a medical institution and an integral element of personnel policy, a means of psychological adaptation and training of medical workers who were first hired by a health institution after graduation. Its importance is due to the need to develop professional and personal qualities of a member of this team to a certain level for full adaptation to new working conditions. There may be other goals, depending on the specific needs and situation using the internal psychological resources of the doctor and patient, which are the basis of psychological support for the treatment process. The goal is to study the parameters of the psychological resources of the subjects of the treatment process, ways of professional development of employees, ensuring communication between generations, transferring cultural traditions, increasing team cohesion, and enhancing employee motivation. Methodology. Individual, tutoring, as well as group forms of training (seminars, round tables, trainings). Results. Our studies have shown that the full adaptation (both social and professional) of a new employee in a team is possible only in the mentoring system. It also involves enhancing personal qualities and skills. In addition, mentoring should also promote the development of the teacher himself, because in essence it is a two-way process in which the mentor and the mentor exchange knowledge and improve it. Conclusions. The resource approach to mentoring allows us to consider the psychological resources of the subjects of a medical organization as internal grounds for full adaptation (both social and professional), which have a general and specific focus.

The report makes a brief analysis of the psychological and pedagogical literature on the issue of mentorship with teachers in the context of the inclusive education and the definitions of the term. Mentorship in the field of the inclusive education of teachers is a strategy of individual and institutional support which is fulfilled by the collaboration for learning of two persons and is predominantly targeted to professional development. It is a partnership, normally between two persons (mentor and mentee), who work in one sphere and share common experiences. Their partnership is based on beneficial relations, trust (confidentiality), protection, mutual confidence and respect. It emphasizes on the necessity to ensure effective mentorship for newly employed young teachers in order to develop their professional skills through a motivating environment in the process of inclusion of students with special educational needs.Socio-economic changes in the country and the modernization of training require a new approach to teachers' professional competence. Their professionalism is becoming a decisive factor in ensuring the quality of education.Main priority is to create conditions for developing the personality of the teacher, self-realization of his / her abilities, further training and development of his / her professional qualities. The professional training and development of future teachers is a unified, continuous and continuous process aimed at building personal qualities, professional competences, knowledge, skills and habits, adequate to his / her personal needs as well as to the qualification requirements for the occupation.Along with the motivational factors, the mentoring system plays a significant role in the development and improvement of teachers as professionals which is an integral part of the young professional's adaptation to the profession, its overall development and improvement.Often the words "mentor" and "perceptor" are used as synonyms and no distinction is made in their meaningful sound. Mentoring is a method that enables in particular disadvantaged groups to become more easily integrated into education or work. Mentoring has a relatively long history and is one of the first forms of learning and transferring socio-cultural experience.

The article reveals the features of process of socialization of personality in conditions of hybrid warfare in Donbas;proved ideas for developing the theory of socializationof personality in conditionsof hybrid warfare by updating and clarifying concepts and terminology. The article presents examples of external social and institutional regulators, including: mass media, national and cultural traditions, norms, customs (in our case, false, misleading, distorted, external values, and perceptions of the surrounding world). All this together becomes a regulator of personality behavior. And the more personalities are uncultured, the less attention they devote to their own development, the more they are socially irresponsible and not capable of self-determination, amateur actions and rule-making, and thus more convenient for external manipulation. It is proved that the most well-aimed to determine the negative transformations in the personality as a result of a hybrid warfare in East Ukraine is the concept of «aberrational socialization», which means negative, false socialization of the personality as a result of aggressive and distorted by external influences, and «aberrational activity», the essence of which is the activity of such personality, antisocial aimed at achieving the objectives. The proposed new treatment process of socialization of personality, which is presented as a three-level model, the main components are: the assimilation of social norms, practices, values, roles, relationships, patterns of behavior, etc; playing them through their own activity; creating a new in social environment (the capacity for social innovation).

The article covers the problem of searching for psychological reserves for finding managerial mechanisms to accelerate the transformation of the national university educational system. There is a decrease in the population's assessment of ongoing reforms, which is partially caused by the lack of teachers’ activity to work out an adequate concept of development, the loss of the very meaning of university education, its substitution by different values, and, most importantly, the lag of universities in the transfer of modern knowledge. It is obvious that all developed educational technologies are aimed at accelerating of one of the slowest learning processes in education. One of the ways to reduce learning time is related to the digitalization of education, which theoretically tends to zero thanks to the introduction of microchips that connect the human mind with the computer. However, there are technologies of knowledge transfer that do not form professionals, who, in addition, must have certain competencies, experience and personal qualities. In the context of searching for effective ways to develop pedagogical education, attention is drawn to the study of the results of increasing its species diversity, as well as the integration of its main types - formal, non-formal and informal. Besides, it is important to change the position of the student outlining ways to prepare the educational elite, the main difference, the specificity of which is its universality. This can be achieved by creating a new geographically closed space, a new innovative environment, the beginnings of which began to manifest in the situation of the pandemic: an intellectual civilization aimed to provide conditions for the symbiosis of population, scientific knowledge and production. Further development of pedagogical knowledge in a high-tech society is impossible without integration with science. The growth of the scientific component, the active introduction of scientific methods forms the ability to foresee and predict the future, thereby turning pedagogical universities into an innovative information and educational environment.

The highly topical issue of the psychological resources needed for realisation of teaching process is discussed in the article. The main aim of the article is to research the interrelation of cognitive and personal resources in the focus of the psychological system of activity based on the practice of systemic genetic theory of activity by Vladimir Shadrikov and professional pedagogic ideation concept by Mergalyas Kashapov. More than 130 educators of preschool educational institutions have taken part in the research study. It is estimated that there is the positive partial relation among different cognitive resources (intellect, free of culture constraints and professional thinking). It is demonstrated that the externality depends on emotional contextuality in the professional thinking, prepotence of the external locus of control to the internal one, rejection of others, while internality depends on rational contextuality, when it is necessary to solve emerging problem situations, on creative approach, flexibility, enthusiasm. It has become apparent that the intellect has direct correlation between positively high self-appraisal of personal qualities of the individual (self-control and reflexivity). In return, high selfappraisal of the creative abilities correlates with such criteria of social-psychological adaptation in the area of professional activity as self-acceptance and emotional comfort. The data that have been received by us can serve as a basis for developing psychological follow-up programmes for maturation of cognitive and personal resources of pedagogues aiming to optimise the work of psychological system of activity and to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the pedagogic activity. The article can be used for planning lectures and seminars for the students of psychology and pedagogy departments.

The article analyzes the state of the mentoring system during personnel adaptation within the penitentiary system. Mentoring is a fundamental method of working with a mentee to introduce them into the activities of a closed occupational group. However, nowadays, mentoring in institutions of the penitentiary system is often of a formal nature. This does not allow institutions to use the full potential of mentoring to replenish a closed occupational group with high-quality human capital. A mentee should be introduced into professional relations not only at the formal, but also at the informal level, since informal communications play an important role when a closed occupational group accepts a new member. The purpose of the article is to identify the main features of mentoring, its functions that allow achieving personnel related, strategic and social results in functioning of the penal enforcement system. To achieve this goal, an expert survey was conducted with the senior officers of correctional institutions, which allowed identifying practical aspects of implementing personnel adaptation using the mentoring institute. The modern institution of mentoring is reflected in the functions of labor adaptation, which are implemented by a mentor through interaction with a mentee. The performance effectiveness of the functions of adaptation is determined not only by the achievement of high labor activity indicators by a new employee, but also by the construction of effective communications that should be arranged with colleagues, as well as with people in detention. The result of the study will be an understanding of the features of an effective mentoring system for a closed occupational group of the penitentiary system and possible ways to improve it.

People released from prison are a specific social group that is declassified and interned in social relations in conditions of freedom with a certain set of personal qualities and properties acquired in a correctional institution, with a lot of problems (housing, material, psychological, social, family, etc.), and besides that being in the position of a "status-role moratorium". Article updates and analyses the resources of resocialization of convicted in Russia released from places of imprisonment, as the factors that determine the degree of efficiency of the process of adaptation of this category of citizens in freedom. The author believes that a comprehensive approach to the problem of resocialization of persons released from places of imprisonment, which would take into account the fact that criminal behavior is determined by a raw of factors, derived from qualities of determination by three sources: natural (human heredity, genotype), social (economic, cultural, political and other human condition) and personal (the free will of man, his own system of meanings, values and life coordinates). The analysis of the latter showed that ignoring the socio-psychological resources of society in the aggregate of the significance of the psychological characteristics of a person released from prison, and its microsocium as a medium of communication and adaptation becomes a factor in the reproduction of recidivism in Russia.
