The article describes the results of scientific study reflection on acmeological technologies, which are the main mechanisms of adoption of a uniquely designed activity systems aimed at achieving a highly productive level of development of artistic potential in all participants. Significance of the study demonstrates that, in the context of professional education globalization, a teacher must apply highly productive educational technologies, perfecting the process of their professional and educational activities and developing mental work – creative readiness of a student for their individual professional activity. Hypothesis of the study: knowledge and introduction of highly productive acmeological technologies to professional and educational activity facilitate creative readiness in students for future activity and successful entry into forthcoming educational and professional system. According to acmeological theory of fundamental education, productive activity laws, an effort was made to classify acmeological technologies of professional and educational activity, definition and description of their features, results of their application taking into consideration a criterion of education quality in an educational system of different levels. Summarizing the results of the study 1) features of acmeological technologies as a method of productivity development of main subjects of educational system were theoretically proved and defined; 2) features of acmeological technologies of different levels of the educational system were selected and defined; 3) structural and functional elements of acmeological technologies in pedagogic activity were specified.

Анализируется современное состояние профессионального образования, которое рассматривается как социальный феномен. Представлены характеристики профессионального образования как составляющей образовательной системы. Отмечается, что современное состояние профессионального образования находится на уровне модернизации в пользу использования инновационных образовательных технологий. Акцентируется внимание на главной тенденции современного профессионального образования – его цифровизации. Ситуация, вызванная COVID-19, привела к тому, что образовательные учреждения были вынуждены перейти на новые форматы обучения (дистанционное и онлайн-обучение). Основными факторами, повлиявшими на данную ситуацию, названы пандемия COVID-19, накопленный международный опыт, современные потребности общества и рыночной экономики. Несмотря на технологические и организационные трудности, выработаны общие подходы к профессиональному обучению дистанционно и онлайн, создана база образовательного контента. The article analyzes the current state of vocational education. Vocational education is considered as a social phenomenon. The characteristics of vocational education as a component of the educational system at the present stage of development are presented. It is noted that the current state of vocational education is at the level of modernization in favor of the use of innovative educational technologies. Attention is focused on the main trend of modern professional education – its digitalization. Integration of the Russian vocational education system into the world educational system is one of the priorities of the state educational policy. It is noted that the basis of modern vocational education is at the level of modernization in favor of the use of innovative educational technologies. The principles underlying modern education are highlighted: continuity, practice-orientedness, integration, continuous professional development, learning “online + offline. The situation caused by the coronavirus COVID-19 led to the fact that educational institutions were forced to switch to new formats of education (distance and online learning). The main factors that influenced this situation are the COVID-19 pandemic, the accumulated international experience, the modern needs of society and the market economy. It is noted that, despite the technological and organizational difficulties, common approaches to professional training remotely and online were developed, a database of educational content was created.

In the article on the basis of scientific and pedagogical sources the ways of perfection of the system of professional education with the purpose of preparing the future specialist for the practical realization of the idea of health saving of the nation at all stages of educational activity are analyzed and solved; the general structure of the system of quality assurance of education at the higher educational institution level is substantiated; determined the effective use of didactic principles; new approaches to the development of content, forms and methods of professional training of specialists in the new formation; the content of professional training of future specialists is investigated, covering the set of knowledge, skills and abilities, possession of which enables to work for the chosen type of profession; The set of principles, functions and factors that influence the content of the training is outlined in the curricula and programs of higher education institutions. An analysis of the structure of training of future specialists in higher education institutions is presented, which predicts mastery of a complex of professional and personal components of a future specialist. The peculiarities of preparation of future specialists for the implementation of health-saving technologies in the educational programs offered by educational establishments have been clarified. Types of variety of industrial and research practices are shown, forms and methods of teaching are named. The content of the professional training of future specialists is characterized, the prerequisites for creating the concept of forming the future specialists' willingness to carry out innovative activity are outlined; conditions of effective use of health-saving technologies are formulated, essential characteristics and stages of preparation of future specialists in educational establishments are explained; The basic provisions are substantiated, the observance of which ensures the training of new formation specialists for the implementation of health-saving technologies. It is noted that the capacity for self-organization is the basis of successful professional activity of the future specialist and the educational disciplines of the programs of preparation of domestic higher education institutions are observed, the study of which contributes to the formation of the competence of selforganization. The essence of the problem under consideration and the technology of its solution are revealed.

The paper deals with the problem of professional training of technical University bachelors majoring in Engineering. The author proves that it is necessary to develop prospective specialists ability to self-education. The author presents an efficient system of self-educational activity development for prospective bachelors majoring in engineering by means of information and communication technologies and active methods of teaching Informatics including a special component, facilitating the development of indicators in the structure of readiness. The system of self-educational activity development for prospective bachelors majoring in engineering is a form of educational system that includes methodological, substantive, procedural and efficient elements. The principles of systemic-structural, acmeological and competency approaches are fundamental and allow designing the components of the system and choosing the appropriate means of readiness development. The specific of professional activity of bachelors majoring in engineering is the reason for choice of Informatics as a means of readiness formation. These materials can serve as the basis for students educational activity organization and monitoring the quality of their professional training

The genesis and current state of professional training of physical therapy and ergotherapy specialist to be in higher educational system of Ukraine is characterized and generalized on a basis of theoretical analysis of scientific literature. It is established that physical therapy (rehabilitation) considerably differs from other specialties in the system modern higher professional education because physical therapy and ergotherapy specialist to be should be well-oriented in professional field, see the perspectives of its further development and improvement. Physical therapist’s professional activity considered to be a system of purposeful application of professional skills which are based on professionally oriented knowledge and ensure their conscious use for meeting the goal and professional tasks solving. The perspective ways of development of physical therapist’s professional status in Ukraine are defined. It is proven that professional activity of physical therapy (rehabilitation) and ergotherapy specialist is oriented to educational anthropology sphere and provides the following types of professional activity: sports and education, recreational and leisure, rehabilitation and health-improving, educational and professional, correction, organizational and organizational and administrative. On the basis of analysis of the complex of literary sources it is established that the structure of professional training includes professional knowledge (special, methodical, psychological and educational), professional skills (didactic, organizational, constructive, prognostic, communicative) and personal qualities (values, skills, character). The concept of “competence of physical therapist, ergotherapist” which was established by the document of professional education, includes: the competence in the field of physical therapy and ergotherapy theory, competence in the field of modern rehabilitation technologies and methods, competence in projecting and rehabilitation systems, competence in professional interaction with rehabilitation process participants (members of multidisciplinary team, patients, patients’ family members/guardians), competence in investigation theory and practice in the field of physical therapy and ergotherapy, competence in medical innovations, competence in organization and management, competence in professional self-development.

The paper discusses the features of implementation of additional professional training programs for preschool teachers. The author reveals a facilitative approach in organizing and teaching classes as models of a teacher and students relationship, based on care, organization and encouragement of teachers process of self-development. The paper describes two types of facilitation: social facilitation, which is seen as facilitating or reinforcing influence of social factors on the quality of the individual performance in the learning process, and pedagogical facilitation as a synergy (cooperation), the interdependence of the teacher and the group taking into account each students personal autonomy. The essence of pedagogical facilitation of additional professional education is presented as an active job in the group, as a result of which students will be able to analyze the problem and to make unconventional decision as professionals. In this regard, the task of the teacher is to involve students in the educational process and to share some managerial functions with the aim of creating conditions for a revival of deep interest to the subject (module) and promoting positive attitude to educational activity. Facilitative orientation of training courses for preschool teachers includes: creating conditions for a positive mood and understanding of prospects of professional improvement and personal growth; getting specific educational product that can move to a situation of professional activity (project, program, technology, etc.); providing prospects for further progress opportunities in the area of professional activities.

Рассматриваются результаты эмпирической проверки эффективности технологии опережающего обучения учащегося на основе личностного образовательного проекта, структура которого представлена моделью «древа» целей образования. Работа над проектом позволяет оптимизировать программы основного и дополнительного образования относительно каждого ученика, а также определить его самостоятельную работу. Обоснованы методы и формы, способствующие развитию ученика как субъекта учебной деятельности, приемы формирования мыслительных способностей, осознания им общественных и личностных целей образования. Обозначены направления интеграции видов образования учащихся при подготовке к профессиональной деятельности в сфере науки, высоких технологий и других областях труда с высоким интеллектуальным содержанием. The article examines the results of empirical testing of the effectiveness of the advanced learning technology of a student based on a personal educational project, the structure of which is represented by the model of the «tree» of education goals. Work on the project allows you to optimize the programs of basic and additional education for each student, as well as to determine his independent work. Methods and forms that contribute to the development of a student as a subject of educational activity, methods of forming thinking abilities, awareness of social and personal goals of education are substantiated. The directions of integration of types of education of students in preparation for professional activity in the field of science, high technologies and other areas of labor with high intellectual content are indicated.

The aim of the article is to substantiate the professional direction of education process as a system and forming factor of training of future specialists. Identify the essence of the principle of professional direction; its functions and place in the formation of the content of the modern education are presented in the article. The professional direction of teaching the particular discipline is understood as the meaning of the content, forms, methods and means of training on the formation of professional knowledge, skills and personality qualities. Different approaches to the meaning of the concept of "professional direction" are analyzed in the article. The content of the professional direction of students� training has a subjective and objective interpretation. The principle of professional direction is emphasized on the formation of professional orientation of person. In a wider sense, the concept of "professional direction" of the future specialists in education is the focus on the formation of social and psychological orientation to their professional activity."Professional direction" is one of the qualities of personality which means the orientation of the person to the profession. The professional direction of the specialists is understood as the interest to the future profession; it is a system of key dominant motives of the person which allows him to maximize his abilities. Needs, interests, attitudes, assertions, ideals are shown as motives in this article. The concept "professional direction" is analyzed in the article as a system and forming factor; it contributes for the future students as systematic and integrated knowledge, the formation of skills for solving professional problems, etc. The principle of professional direction has major functions. The methodological function of the professional direction principle is to eliminate the contradiction between the modern social division of job and the high professionalization of human activity. The regulatory function of the following principle is to change the structure of content, methods and teaching aids. The concept of "vocational training" means the educational activity. Its aim is to form of the system of educational and professional activities of the future specialists. It would contribute to the development of professional readiness. The features of professional direction as forming the professional qualities are shown in the article. The article considers the formation and development of philosophy in Belarus in the context of historical conditions and modern opportunities. Discussing the national context of the philosophical process, the author reveals the four aspects of the phenomenon of “national philosophy.” Firstly, there are national institutional and disciplinary structures, which are responsible for an organized scientific, methodological, research and educational activity, which at the level of the nation-state is formalized by certain institutions, system of professional education, norms of professional ethos, standards of behavior within the community and in the wider social environment. Secondly, in the light of philosophical culture, national philosophy is interpreted as a set of value and cognitive orientations passed down from generation to generation. Thirdly, national philosophy can be viewed in the aspect of the tradition of studying the philosophical thought of the nation in the context of its historical development. Fourthly, national philosophy appears in the aspect of the philosophical foundations of the national idea and national-cultural identity. The author examines the main stages of the development of the Belarusian philosophical culture, it is shown that the features of this culture were formed under the condition of a complex combination of the worldview and values of Latin civilization, Christianity, modern European science, rationalism of social projects of the Enlightenment, ideological and worldview attitudes of Western Russian culture, formalized Soviet philosophical disciplines. The article reviews the circle of theoretical, ideological, and practical problems that the modern philosophical process in Belarus faces, the author emphasizes the unfading value of philosophical knowledge as a source of heuristic means for finding effective local answers to global problems of cultural and civilizational development. The author argues that there are two conditions that make national philosophy possible: this is, first of all, a connection with the history of thought in the area of national genesis and also the expression of thought in a national language.

Introduction. The COVID-19 pandemic may have hit the education industry the hardest, but the socio-psychological effects of quarantine are still poorly understood. A group of scientists from the Ukrainian SMC of practical psychology and social work of the NAES of Ukraine has conducted a study of the socio-psychological problems that have arisen for teaching staff of general secondary education establishments in the context of the pandemic. Purpose. The research was carried out during the implementation of the scientific topic «Overcoming the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic in the activities of the psychological service of the educational system» on the order of the National Research Fund of Ukraine. Design\approach\methodology. The study was conducted by interviewing educators through Google forms. Most of the questions contained a 10-step scale. In processing the data, all respondents’ answers were grouped into 5 categories: "yes", "more likely to", "more likely not", "no", "don’t know/it’s hard to say". The survey was attended by 3,209 teaching staff from general secondary education institutions from all regions of Ukraine, 45% from urban areas, 55% from rural areas; among which 92% were women and 8% were men. Results. Among the results, researchers highlighted the difficulties and fears of educators caused by the pandemic. The fears and complexities of the profession were distributed as follows. 1. The fear of getting infected (infecting family members) is common to 78.2% of the surveyed. 40.9% of the interviewed felt this fear to the greatest extent. However, 9.3% found those fears irrelevant. 2. Problems associated with the use of ICT in educational activities (lack of competence) — 53.2%. Among those, 22.2% have major difficulties and 31% have minor difficulties. Only 15.7% consider themselves fully competent. 3. 73% of educators noted difficulties in involving children in distance learning. This was the main problem for 12.8% of respondents. 4. «It is difficult to adhere to all anti-epidemic requirements in an educational institution to protect students» — 69.5% stated that this is one of the most significant problems of professional activity. 5. Emotional exhaustion, loss of emotional balance, excessive fatigue. 58.7% said that the problem was significant, of which almost 18% said it was very significant. 6. 51.1% of respondents indicated that they were unable to communicate with students' parents regarding monitoring the quality of their students' knowledge. Of these, 8.7% rated it with the highest score. 7. Health related difficulties (consequential of COVID-19). 31.2% of educators consider this problem to be relevant, while 8.9% rated it as very relevant. 30.4% of those interviewed denied the existence of such a problem. Conclusions Taking into account the results of the study, the most relevant areas in the work of the psychologists in the educational system are the following: ● prevention among educators and students of the COVID-bullying; ● working with negative emotional states of participants in the educational process and increasing their stress tolerance; ● providing socio-educational assistance to children and families in difficult life situations, and forming positive life prospects.
