This study aims to develop (i) clinical supervision instruments for Islamic Religious Education teachers, and (ii) know the validity and reliability of clinical supervision instruments for Islamic Religious Education teachers. This research follows a quantitative non-experimental design. The subjects of this study were the Islamic Religious Education teachers in Bekasi Regency in the 2019/2020 school year. A survey method was used with a questionnaire using rubrics. The instrument development steps were: synthesizing theories; formulating constructs; developing dimensions and indicators; compiling instrument lattices; compiling and writing items; validating theory and empiricism as well as revising; empirical trials and readability; calculating instrument reliability; conducting repair and communicate to experts; reassemble the items of valid and reliable instruments to be made the final instrument. In the theoretical trial phase (the construct validity testing phase involving instrument development experts, clinical supervision experts, and linguists), data from the expert assessment results were analyzed with the help of the Rasch Multi-Rater Facet (MRFR) using facet software assistance. Keywords: clinical supervision, performance, multirater facet

AbstractThe research focused on the clinical supervision model by Sundanese Teachers Consultation and supervisors implemented to Sundanese teachers in Cirebon regency in 2011-2012 school year. The goal was to identify, describe and analyze the in􀃀uence of clinical supervision by the Sundanese Teachers Consultation and supervisors. The method used was quasi-experimental, employing a qualitative approach using a one group time series design. The instrument used to measure results was validation of instructional planning. The subjects were 35 teachers at Cirebon regency. Results indicate that the correlation between X1 and Y variables was positive and signi􀂿cant. Therefore, there was 57.43% in􀃀uence of the clinical supervision model to Sundanese teachers’ competence in designing instructional planning, the remaining 42.57% was due to other factors. The clinical supervision model successfully aided teachers in their professional competence, pedagogic competence, personality, and social competence within the Teachers Consultation.

This study aims to analyze (1) validation of clinical supervision assessment instruments; (2) the reliability of the clinical supervision assessment instrument. This study was adapted using research & development using the borg & gall development model. The results of the expert assessment were analyzed with the help of the Multi-Rater Facet Rasch (MRFR) using the facet software. The results of this study indicate: (1) validation results The content of the clinical supervision instrument for Islamic Religious Education teachers is based on the CVR value of 0.99, so all items are declared valid and suitable for further research (3) The reliability results in large-scale research with a reliability value of 0.98 means that the instrument has high quality stability. high enough it shows good inter-rater reliability.

This research aimed to develop & test the scale for perceived socioeconomic sustainability (PSES). Data was collected from 425 experienced industrial entrepreneurs by survey method of data collection. Findings suggested that the statistically tested form of the PSES scale has consisted of 11-items under single factor. Further, this study displays statistical process by using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) technique to ensure validity and reliability as testimony for the instrument-development. The scale for PSES, developed by this study, will be helpful for scholars for measurement of ‘perception’ of different stakeholders of entrepreneurial ecosystem like financial institutions, media, Government, and service industry etc.

The clinical dimensions of the supervisory process have at times been neglected. In this article, we explain the various stages of Goldhammer's clinical supervision model and then describe specific procedures for supervisors in the public schools to use with student teachers. This easily applied methodology lends clarity to the task and helps the student assimilate concrete data which may have previously been relegated to subjective impressions of the supervisor.

This is a report on validity testing of a novel telephone-sampling technique created as a less expensive and less time-consuming survey method. The technique also enables the sampling of both listed and unlisted telephone numbers. Validity coefficients were computed for door-to-door and telephone interview samples of the same population. Chi-square analyses showed that items of the two techniques were similar, suggesting that the telephone-sampling method is valid.

With an increased emphasis on instructional accountability with respect to instruction, assessment and curriculum development, administrators have been struggling to find a model of supervision that is clinical and collaborative and that will produce an accurate assessment of classroom instruction. According to Goe (2007), “In recent years, the focus has moved away from holding schools accountable for student achievement and toward holding teachers accountable” (p. 12). The Clinical Supervision model is an accepted and viable strategy of teacher evaluation that has been utilized in many school districts for a number of years. Clinical Supervision, if conducted with fidelity, can provide the administration of the school with an opportunity to collaborate with the teacher and create an effective evaluation experience.
