FACTORS AFFECTING EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION AT THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE OF THE POPULATION AGENCY NATIONAL FAMILY PLANNING (BKKBN)

The problem in this study is how the effect of work conflict, work environment and work stress on employee job satisfaction at the Representative Office of the Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) North Sumatra. This study aims to determine partially the variables of work conflict, work environment and work stress affect employee job satisfaction and the effect of work conflict, work environment, and job stress simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. associative and quantitative. The sampling technique used a saturated sample to 84 permanent employees. The data collection technique used interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique of this research uses classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used statistical software SPPS 20. The results showed that based on the results of the t test, the conflict variable partially had a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job stress variable has a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. In the results of the f test in this study, simultaneously the variables of work conflict, work environment and work stress have an effect on employee job satisfaction. The results showed that based on the results of the t test, the conflict variable partially had a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job stress variable has a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. One of the things that leaders must pay attention to is the employee's organizational commitment. Therefore, companies need professional and trained employees to be able to deal with various work pressures. One of the factors that influence organizational commitment is job stress and job satisfaction. Work stress is a tension that causes an imbalance in the psychological condition of workers. Job satisfaction is an employee's attitude towards aspects of work that can lead to pleasant or unpleasant feelings. By improving the work stress system and employee job satisfaction is the key to success in maintaining employee organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job stress on organizational commitment and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The sample size used in this study was 40 respondents and this study used SmartPLS 3. With the results of the study, work stress had a negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh pemimpin adalah mengenai komitmen organisasi karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan memerlukan karyawan yang profesional dan terlatih agar dapat menghadapi berbagai tekanan kerja. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi yaitu stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Stres kerja merupakan suatu ketegangan yang mengakibatkan suatu ketidakseimbangan pada kondisi psikologis pekerja. Kepuasan kerja merupakan sikap karyawan terhadap aspek-aspek pekerjaan yang dapat menimbulkan perasaan menyenangkan atau tidak menyenangkan. Dengan memperbaiki sistem stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah kunci sukses menjaga komitmen organisasi karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. ukuran sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden dan penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job stress and workload to job satisfaction of employees of PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat. The research sample included 30 employees of PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat. Test instrument test in this study are validity and reliability test for questionaure. Test requirements analysis include: data normality test, the linearity of the data, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and determination coefficient. The result of this research give the regression model . Based on the results of SPSS, value of correlation  (r) is 0.839, it can be concluded that the variable work stress and workload variables have a very strong relationship to employee job satisfaction variable PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,704. This means that the influence of employee job satisfaction variable PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat can be explained by work stress and workload variable with contribution of 70,4%, while the rest of 29,6% can be explained by other variable not included in this research model. Partial t-test show result that job stress and woakload both has the positive significant influence to job satisfaction. Simultant test with F-test show that job stress and workload as a whole have a significant effect on employee work satisfaction PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat.

This research was aimed at examining the impact of job stress, communication and work environment on employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) Cilacap Jawa Tengah. The object of this research was the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Cilacap Jawa Tengah, namely: PLN APJ Cilacap, UPJ Sidareja and UPJ Majenang. The total number was 85 persons (census). This research applied multiple regression analysis, T test and T test. The study results revealed that job stress was negatively related to employee satisfaction, while communication and work environment positively affected employee job satisfaction in PT. Companies must be able to maintain employee performance to remain stable and even increase. Satisfied employees are effective and well-performing workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work stress on employee job satisfaction, and to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on employee performance. The population in this study were 47 Fave Hotel Housekeeping Department employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample technique and the data was analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, namely the higher the level of work stress that employees have, the lower the job satisfaction and employee performance that will be formed within the employee. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher the performance of employees that will be formed. Job satisfaction is a condition where employees feel satisfied with their work. People who express high satisfaction in their work tend to be more productive, while unproductive people tend to experience stress on workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction with motivation as an mediation variable on Denpasar City Revenue Agency. This research was conducted at the Denpasar City Regional Revenue Agency, the number of samples in this study were 92 civil servants with saturated sampling method. Path analysis technique is used in this study. Based on the results of the analysis of the study found that job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative and insignificant effect on motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation is able to mediate the influence of work stress on job satisfaction. This means that despite work stress but if supported by high motivation, maximum job satisfaction will arise.

This study aims to determine the existence of a significant influence between communication and the environment on employee job satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City, the type of research used is Associative, this research was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City, the population used is the number staff in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bim City, consisting of employees (PNS = 34 and Honorary K-II = 20 people) with a population of 54 people, the sample in this study were 37 people. With a sampling technique (simple random sampling). The communication variable has a tcount of 1.162 <ttable 2.035 and a significance value of 0.254> 0.05 while the work environment variable has a tcount of 6,019> ttable 2,035 and a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. The conclusion of this research is that the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Population and Civil Registry Office while the communication variable has no positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Population and Civil Registry Office. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, job satisfaction and work environment on keluarga sehat clinic wedoro sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative, where researchers distribute questionnaires as a medium for data collection and then processed into interval data which is then processed using SPSS18. The population and sample of this study are 36 employees of keluarga sehat clinic wedoro sidoarjo. Hypothesis test results partially work stress partially negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and work environment partially does not significantly influence organizational commitment. And the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test was calculated to be 11.570 and included to be greater than Ftable = 2.92. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted and the significant value is 0,000 less than 0.05. So job stress, job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment. While the determination test obtained by the coefficient R Square 0.5202 means that the relationship between job stress, job satisfaction and work environment on organizational commitment has an effect of 52.0%, while the remaining 48.0% is explained by other variables not included in the modeling.

Abstract One way to improve the performance of the HR is to pay attention to employee satisfaction. Job satisfaction is an important factor in HR to produce the optimal performance. If this employee fells dissatisfaction, it can cause work stress and make employees leave the company. Therefore, social support is needed to manage the level of stress from work in company environment.This research was held in PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm to find out wether there is an influence betwee job stress to job satisfaction wit a source of social support as a moderating variable. The sample of tis study was 40 hatchery employees, and using a censuss method. Researchers analyzed and calculated with regression.The result of tis study refer to the formulated hypothesis that job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction, and social support can reduce job stress and social support has a positive influence to job satisfaction of employees. On the analysis result which used t-test showed that job stress and the interaction between job stress and social support has a influence to job satisfaction.   Keyword : Job Stress, Social Support, Job Satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the psychological well-being of postgraduate employees at the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This research method uses quantitative research, with the method used in sampling is saturated sampling. The population used is 41 employees. The analysis of this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 software. This study concluded that job stress has a negative and meaningful effect on psychological well-being because the burden of many tasks results in stress that causes psychological well-being to decrease. For job satisfaction has a positive and meaningful effect on psychological well-being, the lack of employees results in dissatisfaction when doing work that affects psychological well-being. Meanwhile, the meaningful effect of job stress and job satisfaction on psychological well-being occurs because the simultaneous significance test (f test) are overall Ho is accepted. Institutions must pay attention to work stress experienced by their employees so that the psychological well-being of employees can be well maintained and will have a good impact on employee job satisfaction.
