This article is devoted to the problems of notary activity related to registration of inheritance rights using digital technologies. Inheritance by will is one of the most common grounds for the emergence of property rights of citizens. At the same time, there are new forms of disposal of their property in the order of inheritance. So, in 2016, lawmakers attempted to introduce an oral form of a will, but the proposal was not included in the civil code of the Russian Federation. Notaries, like any other specialists in the modern world, use information and communication technologies. The result of using information tools is making a will by using audio and video digital equipment. The most common idea today is to create an official state website for electronic wills. This would greatly facilitate the enforcement of the civil code. In connection with innovations, certain problems will arise, the solutions to which the authors suggest in their article.

The article examines the role of digitalization in modern market relations. The key aspects of the development of the digital economy are reflected, as well as the role of IT companies in the global eco-nomic arena. The experience of digitalization in the Russian Federation, aspects of the development of information and communication technologies are considered. The structure of expenses of households and organizations of various sectors of the economy in terms of the use of information and communication technologies and digital technologies has been analyzed. The developed countries of the world are actively involved in the implementation of digital technologies, both at the enterprise level and at the level of all countries. The econ-omy of the Russian Federation, which is part of the global world economic system, is also trying to make the most of the benefits of digitalization. Households in the Russian Federation actively use information and com-munication technologies to improve their quality of life. In addition, the article presents data on various software tools that are currently used by Russian companies.

The paper considers the problems consider the problems of enterprises digitalization. Based on the research of the scientific literature, it is established that enterprises in the modern world need the active introduction of information and digital technologies to ensure the competitiveness of production and active development in the future. The analysis and assessment of the use and development of communication and information technologies by domestic enterprises is carried out. According to its results, it is established that the main areas of information and communication technologies implementation in domestic enterprises are cloud computing services, sources of "big data" for the analysis of "big data", 3D printing, external links to the Internet, own websites and electronic trade via the Internet, etc. It is determined that due to the rather intensive growth of the number of enterprises in the information and communication industry, the use of their developments in production is rather insignificant. Only 5% of enterprises during the study period used all the above information technologies in their activities. Based on the analysis, the problem areas of the process of implementation and development of communication and information technologies at domestic enterprises are identified and recommendations for improving the efficiency of information and communication technologies are provided. The MatLab Statistic Toolbox built into MatLab is used to determine the trends of the impact of digital innovations and the number of information and communication enterprises on GDP.

In the modern world, one of the urgent problems of teaching children the correct word pronunciation is congenital clefts of the upper lip and palate caused by the malfunctioning of organs and tissues of the oral cavity and some difficulties in their prevention and treatment. Congenital malformations of the maxillofacial region occupy one of the main places among diseases of childhood in terms of prevalence. The average incidence of this defect is 0.5-1.5 cases per thousand children born. Currently, there is a steady upward trend in the prevalence of congenital clefts of the upper lip and palate in Samara and the Samara region, and today it is 1.18 per 1000 newborns. In this regard, based on a comprehensive decision of the medical-psychological-pedagogical commission, timely rehabilitation of such children is carried out, which is based on the use of modern digital technologies for the purpose of their correctional and developmental education. These technologies contribute to the solution of many diverse tasks in a short time of education for children with congenital clefts of the upper lip and palate. Correctional work with such children involves the use of specialized or adapted diagnostic and developmental computer programs, which are an effective way of forming their correct speech. However, it should be noted that the effect of their use depends on the professional competence of a specialist, his ability to use information and communication technologies in the learning process of each child, while creating psychological comfort in the classroom, increasing working capacity, and also forming personal qualities necessary for full adaptation in the environment. environment.

The article analyzes the key digital technologies and their impact on the formation of new trends in the labor market. Particular attention is paid to the stages of development of the digital economy and the current state of Affairs in the practical application of information and communication technologies in the Russian Federation. A meaningful analysis of the key digital technologies, the practical use and application of which make modern business successful and effective in terms of its final results. The article presents the results of the analysis of indices (indicators) most commonly used in practice to assess the level of development of information and communication technologies in various countries of the world community. Based on the analysis of the values of various indexes using the methodology of SWOT-analysis, assessed the situation in the Russian Federation practical use of information and telecommunication technologies. The main reasons for the insufficient use of ICT in the development of the Russian economy are highlighted. The result of the analysis was the identification of the main factors that positively affect the effectiveness of the use of digital technologies in the production and management practices of domestic companies. The article presents the author’s position on the new trends of the labor market, formed as a response to the increasingly active penetration of the digital economy in the socio-economic sphere of society.

Abstract The forestry system of the Russian Federation uses information and communication technologies in order to bring the necessary legal, regulatory, organizational information to the participants of forestry relations, stakeholders and the public. It is necessary to pay attention to improving the infrastructure for supporting information and communication technologies. In this regard, the results of an expert survey of representatives of forestry enterprises on the state of affairs and the level of technical readiness of the use of digital technologies in the field of use, protection, protection and reproduction of forests, afforestation (forest relations) are extremely important. Methodological recommendations were developed for the questioning of participants in forestry relations, allowing to assess the use of information and communication technologies in forestry. Based on the results of the study, the most relevant measures for the implementation were identified, and a conclusion was drawn up on the state of affairs and the level of technical readiness of the use of digital technologies in the field of use, protection, protection and reproduction of forests, afforestation (forest relations). The results obtained open up new areas of scientific research in the field of digital technologies application in the forestry complex.

Employing a full database of 822 projects, for the first time, this article presents an analysis of operations of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the EBRD) in Russia since 1991 until nowadays. In the first part of the article, we consider main principles and general indicators of the EBRD’s activity in the Russian Federation. Using the author’s technique, we study how projects are distributed across different sectors, by size, type of financing and clients’ sponsors. The second part of this article focuses on a detailed analysis of the project activity of the EBRD in 11 economic sectors based on the bank’s classification: agribusiness, natural resources, manufacturing and services, equity funds, information and communication technologies, property and tourism, energy, municipal and environmental infrastructure (utilities), transport, banking and non-banking financial sectors.

The development of the modern world is very complex and rapid, and the process is characterized by high rates of development of information and communication technologies. The Internet space is a means of searching and obtaining information, as well as a medium for communication, virtual interaction, and has a significant impact on the formation of stereotypes of behavior of the young generation, as well as ideals, spiritual values, personal and social worldview. The article identifies the positive aspects of the development of cyberspace by young people, and also notes the threats and barriers to cyber socialization for modern youth. Purpose of the study. Information and communication technologies are becoming a powerful tool for the development of electronic business. Today, the leaders in the global economic and political space are precisely those countries that have learned to determine the vector of development of information technologies and use new opportunities for their application. The development of innovative digital technologies in Russia and in the world is widely discussed in the framework of various discussion platforms. In particular, at the International Forum “The Digital Future of the Global Economy” (January 31, 2020 Almaty), digitalization of trade processes between the EAEU membercountries became one of the main topics. The annual Tech Week conference (Moscow) is becoming a traditional place for discussing the implementation of innovative technologies in business, as well as for the exchange of experience of leading Russian and world corporations in the field of electronic business. In this regard, there is a need for a comprehensive statistical assessment of the development level of electronic business of the territory.Materials and methods. The research was based on the data of the Federal State Statistics Service for 2018 for the regions of the Volga federal district, and the results of monitoring the development of the information society in the Russian Federation. As a tool for assessing the degree of digitalization of business in the regions of the Volga federal district, the graphic polygon (radar) method is used.Results. The article provides a retrospective analysis of the stages of development of electronic business in Russia. Among the characteristic features of the modern stage of its development are the mass introduction of Internet technologies and the transformation of traditional business methods. The introduction of advanced information and communication technologies contributes to greater involvement of the business sector in electronic business. In terms of the level of development of information and communication technologies (ICT Development Index), Russia ranks 45th among the countries of the world. For the period 2010 - 2018 the development of electronic business in Russia has a positive trend. According to the results of 2018, the volume of the Russian e-commerce market amounted to 1280 billion rubles, or 4.1% of the total trade turnover. According to forecast estimates, by 2023 the volume of Russian e-commerce market will grow to 8.5% of the total turnover and amount to 2780 billion rubles. An integrated assessment of the development level of electronic business was carried out according to sixteen local criteria. As a result of calculating the private and local ranks of the values of the relevant criteria, fourteen polygons of the level of development of electronic business were constructed by the number of regions of the Volga federal district. The results obtained allow us to state the existence of a high degree of heterogeneity of the regions of the Volga federal district according to the integral indicator under study. Among the leading regions in terms of electronic business development are the Republic of Tatarstan, Perm krai and Nizhny Novgorod region. Outsider regions – the Mari El Republic, the Republic of Mordovia, and the Kirov region – are characterized by a low percentage of organizations that used the capabilities of the Intranet and Extranet, the absence of special software for managing sales of goods (works, services), and limited use of software, in particular ERP, CRM and SCM systems.Conclusion. The widespread use of information and communication technologies entails the expansion of opportunities and improving the quality of coordination of business activities. We should remember that if modern business cannot quickly adapt to the new requirements of the digital economy, then it risks becoming uncompetitive. The results of the study revealed a differentiation in the development of electronic business in the regions of the Volga federal district. A similar situation is observed in most constituent entities of the Russian Federation and is due in many respects to specific reasons for each region. The timely fulfillment of the goals and objectives of digital transformations in the Russian Federation reflected in the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation Program and other regulatory documents will help to smooth out the existing imbalances.
