The purpose of the research to identification attitudes of students SMAN 08 Batanghari of Physics on two indicators, that is the adoption of scientific attitudes and career interests in Physics. The sample used was 150 students. This type of research is quantitative with survey methods. The instrument used was an attitude questionnaire. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive statistics. The results obtained showed that the Adoption Indicator of scientific attitudes had the highest percentage of 69.3% with a good category and indicators of career interests in Physics had the highest percentage of 55.3% with a quite good category.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the attitude of students of SMAN 8 Jambi City towards Physics subjects. This type of research is a quantitative study with a survey research design. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire or questionnaire and used a 5-point Likert scale. This research involved 174 students of SMAN 8 Kota Jambi. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics. Indicators used in this study are the Social Implications of Physics, Scientific Normality and Adoption of Scientific Attitudes. The analysis results obtained on indicators of the social implications of physics are good with 54.6% presentation. Indicator of attitude toward scientific normality is sufficient with 61.5% presentation, and indicator of scientific attitude adoption is good with presentation of 49.4%. <p>This study analyzes the effect of knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediating by empowerment. The research data was collected by a questionnaire through the survey methods toward 375 teachers. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics. The results show that knowledge management had a significant effect on OCB mediating by empowerment. Thus, the teacher’s OCB can be improved through knowledge management and empowerment. This finding can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop better models of OCB in the future and various contexts of organizations.</p>

Individuals must own respect because it can be an internal controller in making logical decisions to behave by moral values. This study aimed to confirm the effectiveness of the values clarification group counselling on respect. This study used a repeated measure experimental design. The subjects in this study were 10 students at SMK Negeri 2 Mataram who indicated having a low category of respect. Data were collected using a respectful attitude questionnaire. Data analysis used repeated measure statistics ANOVA. The results of this study indicate that values clarification group counselling is effective in increasing student respect. Students' understanding regarding respect is inseparable from how to create good relationships between students and teachers as a form of creating a healthy and conducive school climate.

<p><span>The purpose of research was to investigate students’ attitudes towards natural science in Muaro Jambi, Indonesia. The attitude of the students studied was represented by three indicators, namely the attitude towards the investigation in the Natural Sciences, the adoption of a scientific attitude, and a career interest in the science field. The research was a survey research. The instruments in this study were attitude questionnaires and interview sheets. Data analysis techniques for attitude questionnaires used descriptive statistics while for analyzing interview data using the Miles and Huberman model.The study found students’ good attitudes towards natural science subjects.</span></p>

This research is motivated by the lack of suitability of the Student Worksheet practicum on Fungi material that requires scientific thinking skills and students' scientific attitudes. Making  Student Worksheet based on SSCS (Search, Solve, Create and Share) Learning Model so that when students practice is more directed. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method for feasibility assessment based on Rxpert review (includes three validators of teaching materials, three validators of the material and two teachers) using a questionnaire. Data analysis refers to the modification of the Azwar score range of 1-5 with the interpretation of feasibility (very inadequate, inadequate, feasibility enough, feasibility and very feasibility). The results showed that the assessment of the feasibility of Student Worksheet based on the evaluation of the teaching material validator was 94.67 (feasibility), the assessment of the material validator was 77 (feasibility) and the assessment of the teacher was 91 (very feasibility). Although it has been declared feasibility and very feasibility, there are revisions to the image that need to be clarified again.

Since 2002 a regulation on Building Buildings (UUBG) has been made, namely Law no. 28 and in 2005 a realization regulation was also made, namely Government Regulation No. 36 where the contents are a building must be managed administratively and technically. This research is to determine the level of building reliability from the architectural aspects of the existing structure, utility, and fire protection, access capability, and building sand for the branch office building in Cimahi City. Survey methods (measuring, counting and testing) were carried out to collect primary data. Data analysis using descriptive statistics and assessment using the AHP method. The criteria used to determine the reliability of a building are Reliable with a score of 90-100%, Less Reliable with a score of 75-90%, Unreliable <75%. The results showed that 90% of the branch office buildings in Cimahi City were categorized as reliable and the adjustment of the office building rental price was Rp. 350,199,752.48

Attitude is a form of one's perception of an object which is depicted through the expression of accepting, rejecting, or ignoring. Discipline attitude is the accuracy in following the rules of the game that has been agreed upon. The purpose of this study was to describe the disciplinary attitudes of student learning towards four indicators in SMP Negeri 16 Jambi City. The research method uses descriptive research. The instrument used was a learning discipline attitude questionnaire. The sample in the study amounted to 69 students. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The research instrument used was a learning discipline attitude questionnaire. The questionnaire data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with the help of SPSS 21. The results showed that the learning discipline attitude of dominant students in the category always consisted of 2 indicators, namely obeying and obeying school rules and good attention when learning in class, and also The attitude of student learning discipline is dominant in the frequent category which consists of 2 indicators, namely managing study time at home diligently and regularly studying and doing assignments. Based on the results of the study, it was found that students' learning discipline attitude at SMP Negeri 16 Jambi City in 4 indicators had a positive attitude in the always and often category.

This study aims to observe and analyze the practice of social participation of tunarunggu students in realizing character strengthening on the inclusive campus of Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. Research respondents were 31 people in one class, consisting of 5 deaf students and 26 other peer students. Social participation is examined through three key elements, namely: social relations of friendship, acceptance of classmates, and student perceptions. The study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The results of the study show the success of strengthening character education through social participation in inclusive settings for students who are disabled with their peers or vice versa

The purpose of this research is to look at the description of scientific attitudes possessed by students at SMPN 17 jambi city based on indicators of adoption of scientific attitudes and indicators of interest in increasing the time of science learning. This research is a quantitative study in which researchers use survey methods with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of the 2 attitude indicators discussed in this study are indicators of the adoption of scientific attitudes of 62.5% of students categorized as good. While the interest in increasing science learning time by 66.4% of students is of sufficient category. Based on the results of research that has been conducted it can be concluded that students have adopted a good scientific attitude and have sufficient interest to increase their science learning time.

A scientific attitude is important for students to have because scientific attitudes affect the learning process and outcomes. One way to improve scientific attitudes in students is using interactive and interesting learning media. Therefore, this study aims to see the effect of using virtual laboratory media on students’s scientific attitudes. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design. The instrument used in this study was a scientific attitude questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The data were analyzed descriptively and differently. The research samples used was 70 samples divided into 35 samples in the experimental class and 35 samples in the control class. Based on the results of the study, it was seen that there was an increase in the average value of scientific attitudes in each dimension of scientific attitudes after carrying out learning with virtual laboratory media. It was also known that based on ANCOVA test, the significance value was 0.000<0.05. So, it can be concluded that virtual laboratory media can improve the scientific attitude of students. Keywords: Biology learning, laboratories, protist, scientific attitudes
