Busca-se compreender como se dá a veiculação de informações referentes à Covid-19 nas páginas do Facebook das rádios Luz e Alegria AM 1160 e 95.9 FM e Comunitária 87.9 FM de Frederico Westphalen, RS. Para tanto, foi adotado o método de análise de conteúdo das postagens e dos comentários relacionados à doença. Pode-se observar que as postagens são, majoritariamente, manchetes, gravatas e links direcionando aos sites. O engajamento se dá por meio de curtidas, seguido de compartilhamentos e comentários, cujos discursos se referem, principalmente, a manifestações político-partidárias e de empatia. Broadcasting And Circulation Of News About The Coronavirus Pandemic In The Social Networks Of Frederico Westphalen, RS, Radio BroadcastorsAbstractIt seeks to understand how information about Covid-19 is transmitted on the Facebook pages of the radio stations Luz e Alegria AM 1160 and 95.9 FM and Comunitária 87.9 FM in Frederico Westphalen, RS. For that, the content analysis method of the posts and comments related to the disease was adopted. It can be seen that the posts are mostly headlines, subtitles and links directing to the sites. Engagement takes place through likes, followed by shares and comments, whose speeches refer mainly to political and party manifestations and empathy. Social network sites have been viewed as viable tools for communication during the political unrest in the Arab world since it started in December 2010. This study employs content analysis method to explore the characteristics of public political Facebook pages in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Syria during their recent political events.Les sites de réseautage social ont été perçus comme des outils de communication viables lors de la crise politique dans les pays arabes depuis leur commencement en décembre 2010. Cette étude utilise l’analyse de contenu pour explorer les caractéristiques des pages Facebook politiques publiques en Tunisie, en Égypte, en Libye et en Syrie lors des récents événements politiques.

Lately, cases of insults against the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) are quite common in our country, especially on the social media. Why is this happening when Muslims are the majority population in the country? Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to highlight issues of humiliation against the Prophet (PBUH) and to explain some of the commands of Allah in the form of manners of respect for him in the Quran. This study uses content analysis method with reference to thematic interpretations or tafsir mawdhu'i as method of analysis. The Muslim scholars have stated that Rasulullah (PBUH) is the most glorious being of Allah who should be honored based on what had been commanded by Quranic texts and hadiths. Therefore, in accordance with the height of his dignity and glory, Allah has set forth in this Surah al-Hujurat several manners and ethics toward the Prophet (PBUH) for the believers to obey and practice in life. If the ethics toward Prophet Muhammad were respected and practiced by all Muslims, then the incident of contempt against him would not have happened. Mutakhir ini, kerap kali berlaku kes-kes penghinaan terhadap Nabi Muhammad ﷺ di negara kita terutamanya di media sosial. Mengapakah perkara ini berlaku dengan berleluasa sedangkan umat Islam merupakan penduduk majoriti di negara ini? Justeru tujuan kertas kerja ini ditulis adalah untuk mengetengahkan isu-isu penghinaan terhadap Rasulullah ﷺ serta menjelaskan beberapa perintah Allah ﷻ yang berbentuk adab penghormatan terhadap baginda di dalam al-Quran. Surah yang dikaji ialah Surah al-Hujurat. Tulisan ini menggunakan kaedah analisis kandungan dengan merujuk kepada tafsir tematik atau tafsir mawdhu’i sebagai kaedah analisis. Para ulama’ menyatakan bahawa Nabi Muhammad ﷺ adalah semulia-mulia makhluk Allah yang wajib dimuliakan berdasarkan nas-nas al-Quran dan hadis. Oleh yang demikian, sesuai dengan ketinggian martabat dan kemuliaan baginda ﷺ, maka Allah ﷻ telah menetapkan di dalam Surah al-Hujurat ini beberapa adab dan etika kesopanan terhadap Nabi ﷺ kepada orang mukmin untuk dipatuhi dan diamalkan dalam kehidupan. Sekiranya adab-adab kesopanan terhadap Nabi Muhammad ﷺ tersebut dijunjung tinggi dan diamalkan oleh semua umat Islam, nescaya insiden penghinaan terhadap baginda sudah pasti tidak akan berlaku lagi.

The problem of forming the image of the "ideal mother" using a social platform such as Instagram is analyzed. The content analysis method identifies and describes various aspects of the representation of motherhood by popular bloggers and analyzes the possible risks of consuming this content by users.

Social media networks have become platforms that the private and also public sector health corporations use for communucating with their patients and also finding solutions for their needs. To establish a healthy health communucation in between the patients and the health organisations and facilities and also to cover the needs of patients to reach true information is very important. Because of this, the performers using the social media must be examined. In this study, the authors examine and study the targets and the communucation strategies of medicine companies by using the social media and also thier medicine specifications to make a harmony in between these organisatipons and their products. In this study, the content analysis method is used to examine the Facebook page of Pfizer company in September and October 2020 posts. As a result of this Facebook page study of the company, the authors saw that 50% of the posts are acknowlagments, 31% about treatments of illnesses, and the rest (19%) are greetings.

This article scrutinizes the patriotism side of the character Dewi Ayu in the novel entitled Cantik Itu Luka by Eka Kurniawan. As a prostitute at Halimunda, Dewi Ayu has an ambiguous nature. She has a tremendous patriotic character, although her profession broke the social norms. This study aims to expose the patriotism of Dewi Ayu in Eka Kurniawan's Cantik Itu Luka. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative methodology approach and a content analysis method by describing the behaviour of Dewi Ayu based on events in the narrative texts. Based on data processing, the study results show Dewi Ayu's patriotism, such as her strict, self-sacrificing, responsible, and a sense of sympathy for indigenous women.

В статье представлены результаты исследования влияния контента на вовлеченность персонала розничных сетей в отношения с брендом на примере социальной сети Facebook. Работа посвящена описанию подхода к классификации характеристик контента и изучению влияния данных характеристик на вовлеченность персонала в отношения с брендом в социальных сетях. Показана взаимосвязь вовлеченности покупателей в отношения с брендом в социальных сетях и вовлеченности персонала в отношения с брендом в социальных сетях. Новизна авторского подхода заключается в том, что в процессе проведения исследования учитывалась специфика розничных сетей, включая, как специфику бренд-сообщества, так и специфику контента российских розничных сетей в социальной сети Facebook. Результаты исследования позволят маркетологам розничных сетей повысить вовлеченность потребителей в отношения с брендом в социальных медиа. This article is the description of the investigations of the content influence on the Russian FMCG retail chains staff brand involvement in the social network sites (taking Facebook as an example), conducted in April 2019. Recently, most retail chains in the world have actively been using social networks to build relationships with the consumers. The success of the business itself depends upon the success of building those relationships. In this regard, most Russian retail chains have their own Facebook brand page. A consumer brand involvement in social networks is an important goal for every retail chain. In this regard, in recent years, a large number of investigations have been conducted, stating how content affects the consumer brand involvement in the social networks. At the same time, researchers suggest that the brand community is homogeneous and consists of consumers only. However, the logic of serviceoriented marketing itself shows that not only consumers, but also other stakeholders develop the relationships with the brands. The specific feature of the retail chains is a large number of staff who are also the members of the brand communities. According to the Facebook algorithm the staff brand involvement influences on the consumer brand involvement in the social media. That’s why a company should take care not only of the consumers brand involvement but also of the staff brand involvement. This study focuses on the impact of the content on the staff brand involvement in the social networks. It defines the relevance of this investigation. The originality of the author's approach is the analysis of the content influence on the staff brand involvement in the social networks. Based on the previous investigations of the content influence on the consumers brand involvement, the advertising influence on the consumers and other studied content factors, that affect the consumer and staff involvement in the social media, were identified and used in the content analysis that was applied for this investigation. The investigation was conducted by the content analysis method, 460 posts posted on the brand pages of the Russian retail chains on Facebook were analyzed within the period from January 1 till April 30, 2019. The results of the survey allow us to understand what kind of content influences on the staff brand involvement in the social nets. After completing the investigation, the authors developed recommendations for marketers of the retail chains that will allow increasing the staff brand involvement.

Communication was an activity that usually occurs in the social context. People used communication to engaged each other, with a particular purpose, such as exchanging information, negotiating things, and so on. Basically, when doing communication, we should pay attention to the language politeness, in which it can show our courtesy when talking to each other. Therefore, language politeness was needed in our casual conversation. The purpose of this study was to provide an understanding of two main politeness strategies; the positive and negative politeness which are used by the characters in “Let It Snow” movie. This study used qualitative approach, and content analysis method to conducted the research. The result of the study showed that the characters in “Let It Snow” movie use positive politeness more frequently than the negative one. They used positive politeness strategy to minimize the distance between each other (speaker and listener), while negative politeness is used as a form of respecting to each other.

Abstract This research demonstrates the potential of content analysis method in urban research in the context of the study of modernization of Lithuanian cities during the Soviet period and its influence on contemporary urbanism. The content analysis of visual material (photographs, postcards and other images) is integrated as one of the methods of the study, allowing to identify the social phenomena in public spaces and their changes throughout the period from the inter-war era to contemporary. The descriptive analysis presented in this article demonstrates changes in people and activities, in scale and shape of public spaces, mobility and safety.

This research discusses the use of address forms created in a conversation in a film entitled 12 Angry Men [1957).This study was conducted to look at the forms of address forms used by participants and related to social factors that influence the choice of address form, as well as the relationship between the choice of address forms and the types of proxemics that occurs between participants. In writing this thesis, the observation method is taken as a method of collecting the data. For method of analyzing the data, the writer uses the content analysis method by analyzing the content of primary data. Technique of collecting the data using qualitative techniques by taking notes in collecting primary data. In the technique of analyzing the data, the writer uses the content analysis technique. From the 20 data analyzed, it was found that there were three types of address forms present in this movie. The first type is the Title with a percentage of 75 percent. The second type is the Nickname with a percentage of 15 percent. The last type is a combination of some forms with a percentage of 10 percent. The social factors that influence the choice of address forms in this film are due to social status, particular occasion and occupational hierarchy. Whereas in proxemic is dominated by the use of social distance. It can be concluded that the occurrence of variations in the use of address forms can be caused by various social factors, and the use of distance (proxemics) and address forms occur at the same time.

Mediation (sulh) is a method of dispute resolution that has just been revived and gaining traction currently. In Malaysia, the implementation of sulh is limited to the resolution of matrimonial disputes. This solution has proven to be effective as it confirms the understanding of the parties. This paper explores the role of sulh in resolving neighbourhood disputes in the built environment from an Islamic perspective. This qualitative study uses the content analysis method of Kitab Al-Ghayah Wa Nihayah. It was found that integrating sulh helps reduce legal disputes and strive for the social welfare of society.
