Nevertheless, the subject remains very current, because one of the most remarkable characteristics of the neoliberal ideology is its capacity of adaptation in face of historical impositions. Thus, this article aims to present some theoretical debates about Neoliberalism and to analyze the main stratagems of disruption used by the neoliberal dogma in the organization of public institutions of higher education. It acknowledges the fact that this intervention is a work in progress, far from being complete, and which tends to be enhanced in the current context, regarding what the neoliberalizing manuals envision. Finally, we intend to indicate some strategies of ordinary confrontation with the neoliberal managerialism in the academic environment, stemming from collective actions ruled by critical and emancipatory pedagogical practice. Keywords: Neoliberalism. This paper derives from the activities of the University Penitentiary Center of the University of Sassari and aims to explore the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on university teaching in prison. The subject of penitentiary university teaching is innovative and relevant for educational research and brings into play different skills, professionals, services and institutions. The theoretical framework describes how the right to study in prison is declined on a methodological level. The field research carried out in Sardinia has tried to give the student's voice in prison and the point of view of educators on the educational and organizational impact on university study paths during the pandemic; it is a voice that returns the complexity of a difficult moment, but which also offers useful ideas and stimuli for a more aware restart of the limits and challenges to be faced, as well as good practices to be developed, particularly at the interface between different public institutions as the University and the Penitentiary Administration are.

To contextualize, this article was written in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to make this point since university education for years obviated virtual teaching, using web platforms as an optional method at the beginning, however, within the current context they became mandatory. At this point in the summary, we have to clarify that the learning management tool, or LMS with which we work is Moodle. That is why it was launched in mid-2020 to the virtual environment for educational processes, allowing relatively better communication between participants, also for the collective and individual development of learning, and being part of it, evaluation. The evaluation of students is a critical stage of the educational process, since if it is of a low level, students will be approved without having assimilated the minimum knowledge, on the contrary, if it is very strict, a high percentage of students would probably not pass the subject. On the other hand, the fact that students handle the technological tools of this time very well causes teachers to feel pressured during the evaluation process, since the possibility that students are tempted to see individual tests as evaluations collaborative (group) increases considerably. How have we teachers tried to immunize (using terminology of these days) our evaluations against this possibility? The arsenal of options with which the LMS Moodle is equipped is varied, we need to assess the power of the type of question calculated in light of the subject that we want to evaluate, on the educational level (which is university), the cycle in which our students are (at the beginning of their careers, in the middle or at the end), the prerequisites that the subject has and finally the capacity that we have to be able to implement the questions. What we intend to do in this article is to share how we have implemented calculated questions, randomly generated to evaluate the specific topic of calculating the amount, within the Simple Interest chapter of a Financial Mathematics course using calculated questions that are generated from a set of data that we can specify.

The purpose of this research was to study the impact of project-based learning and information and communication technologies on students’ motivation. Two second-year classes in electrical engineering at the University Tahri Mohamed in Béchar, Algeria, were involved in the study. The experiment compared the level to which one class of students mastered goals without the use of information and communication technologies, to the mastery achieved by a second class which participated in a tutorial that has a technological tool built into the project-based approach. The subject of power electronics was chosen for this study because of its different knowledge, which is strongly represented in difficult learning contents for students. A questionnaire about motivation was used to collect data within an experimental research plan. After three months of conducting the study, the results demonstrated that the integration of the tutorial with the project-based approach is likely to increase students’ motivation to learn and to master the subject of power electronics.

Background: Nowadays, universities are not only the place for producing knowledge, but also they must take steps to adopt global standards in order to play their role in meeting social needs. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of university education globalization on entrepreneurship and Knowledge-Based companies and presenting the model. Materials and Methods: The present study is a descriptive-analytical type with two qualitative and quantitative phases. In the qualitative phase of the research, six experts and professionals related to the research topic selected by snowball sampling method were interviewed and the data obtained from these interviews was analyzed by using Strauss and Corbin's three-step coding method, and the related questionnaire was designed. In the quantitative phase, a researcher-made questionnaire was provided for 384   University professors   of the universities of Medical Sciences of Ferdowsi, and Azad university of Mashhad, selected by stratified random sampling. Descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS-19 and Smart PLS-3 software were used to analyze the data. Results: According to the research findings, 293 participants were men and almost half of them had a bachelor's degree. Also, the significance level for the relationship between the university educations globalization and entrepreneurship, the relationship between the university education globalization on the development of Knowledge-Based companies and, finally the relationship between entrepreneurship and the development of Knowledge-Based companies were reported less than 0.05, as a result of which it can be said that there is a significant relationship between these variables. Conclusion: Regarding the role of Knowledge-Based companies in the economic and scientific development of countries and the impact of universities on supporting these companies, it is suggested that universities, by approximating themselves to the global criteria, play their role in advancing this route.

This study aims at providing the influence of the endowment on solar energy. And its reflection on the scientific university life. Also it aims at supporting the university education in Palestine by supporting new ideas to support the scientific research's by clarifying the legal texts, according to university situations to reduce deficit value in Palestinian universities. The electrical energy is considered the main columns of the environmental and civilization progress. As it's mainly connected to the instruments and equipment that make life easier. These instruments burn fuel that leads to harmful and dangerous effects on environment. During scientific research'. scientists found out that they can convert solar energy into Photovoltaic energy that doesn't need to burn fuel to be generated. This saves money as well as building new cultures to help in modernising the world. The abstract reach's to great likeness of the use of the endowment to serve the generated solar system. It's mainly a good application for the Islamic legal services on a solid ground. And it's related to environment protection and to saving money. So the legal endowment is able to solve problems of the continuous increasing cost of traditional power components.

The authors view the of the university as a system of values that is logically connected with the nature of knowledge as the subject, goal, and highest value of the university’s main scientific and educational activities. The key criterion of knowledge is the evidential validity. The article reveals its meaning from the position of Russian intuitionism, which combines the method of reflexive analysis with the tradition of ontological proof. The authors treat the meaning of absolute truth intuition as the basis of the value function of knowledge in relation to university education. In accordance with the essential orientation of universities to the reproduction of knowledge, that is the unconditional public good, they are qualified as missiotropic organizations. The University’s missiotropic axiologic is justified as a humanistic alternative to the capitalist ideal of global social harmony. Based on the methodological potential of the fundamental motivational matrix (FMM), the caste attributes of the latter are revealed. The specific nature of the appeal to moral responsibility in the context of corporate governance is revealed; the tendency to legalize ethical responsibility in connection with its instrumental understanding in the context of global market competition is noted.

In the period from 1960 to 1976 the participation rate in university education increased dramatically and has since fallen. During this same period the size of the university age group doubled, so there was a period of great expansion in university enrolment. Popula- tion projections show a decline of the order of 20% in the size of the university age group between 1982 and 1996, and many believe that university enrolments must inevitably drop too, although the participation rate will be a major determinant of what happens. The factors which influence participation rates using the period 1960 to 1978, and the way in which participation rates are measured are examined. This is then applied to a discussion of the level of undergraduate enrolment in the period to 1996.

Abstract The purpose of this article is to review, from its confrontation with the international discussion, the analytical model proposed by Hoff, San Martin and Sopeña (2011) to analyze the impact of public universities in regional development. The model originally was developed from national reference to the subject. Therefore using the bibliographic and documentary research technique. The studied theoretical framework shows that the analytical model established with national references is shown corresponding to the discussion presented in the international literature on the subject. Noteworthy, however, that the present international literature focusing mainly on relations with the external environment to the university, especially with the business community, which was not so present in the national literature. We conclude that the international literature confirms the model proposed by Hoff, San Martin and Sopeña (2011).

An important center in which genetic research started and was carried out in Brazil during the 20th century was situated at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Linguistics of the University of São Paulo, led by André Dreyfus (1897–1952). Beginning in 1943, the Ukrainian geneticist Theodosius Dobzhansky (1900–1975) visited Dreyfus’s group four times. This paper evaluates the impact of Dobzhansky’s visits on the studies of genetics and evolution developed by the members of Dreyfus’s group during the 1940s and the 1950s. The study leads to the conclusion that Dobzhansky’s visits had an impact, not only in quantitative terms (the number of individual and joint publications), but also in qualitative terms. However, we also detect a decrease in the number of individual and joint publications related to the subject of the project during certain periods. The adoption of new experimental organisms by some members of the group; the involvement with subjects not related to the initial project, such as botany; Dobzhansky’s and his wife’s health problems during the third visit; and scientific disagreements between Dobzhansky and Brazilian researchers may have contributed to the decrease in publications.
