Implicit incorporation of spiritual and religious elements in counselling has turned into a practice among several counsellors, but issues may arise when clients demand it in an explicit manner. As such, this study investigated how and why counsellors integrate spiritual and religious elements implicitly into counselling practices. With that, 13 registered counsellors were selected as participants for this study. They were interviewed and the data gathered were analyzed by using the constant comparative analysis. The results revealed that counsellors avoided highlighting the aspects of spiritual and religion at the initial part of their counselling session, but embedded them slowly and obscurely so as to prevent unprepared clients from being resistant, feeling uncomfortable, getting confused, as well as to hinder any sensitive issue related to spiritual and religious elements. Furthermore, the study points out that the central implications are the need to create a culture of openness and to boost confidence among counsellors to integrate the spiritual and religious aspects in an explicit manner. On top of that, competence among counsellors can be further enhanced with appropriate theoretical considerations and personal challenges. This does not only improve the effectiveness of treatment, but also protects the clients and enables consistency in work. Keywords: spiritual and religion, integration, counselling, implicit

A novel titled BumiCinta written by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy takes place in the Russian setting, in which Russia is a country that adopts freedom. Russia with various religions embraced by its people has called for the importance of human freedom. Free sex in Russia is commonplace among its young people. Russia is a country that is free with no rules, no wonder if there have been many not embracing certain religion. In fact, according to data Russia is a country accessing the largest porn sites in the world. Habiburrahman in his Bumi Cinta reveals some religious aspects. He incorporates the concept of religion with social conflicts in Russia. Therefore, the writer reveals two fundamental issues, namely: 1. What is the characters' religiosity in the Habiburrahman El-Shirazy'sBumiCinta? 2. What is the characters' religiosity in the BumiCinta in their relationship with God, fellow human beings, and nature ?. To achieve the objectives, the writer uses the religious literary criticism based on the Qur'an and Hadith. It emphasizes religious values in literature. The writer also uses the arguments of scholars and schools of thought to strengthen this paper. This theory is then used to seek the elements of religiousity in the Habiburrahman El-Shirazy'sBumiCinta. In this novel, the writer explains there are strong religious elements and religious effects of its characters, especially the belief in God, faith and piety

In this autoethnography, I explored my daily challenges and frustrations working as a teacher of gifted students in inclusion classrooms in an elementary public school. Inquiring about how I coped with these challenges and eventually thrived in the position, I journaled weekly about my teaching experiences during a six-month period and collected e-mails to teachers and parents. I employed constant comparative analysis and five themes emerged: frustration, isolation, advocacy, collaboration, and influence. I discussed the themes within the greater social and cultural context, drawing upon psychology and educational theories.

Education is considered as one of the main pillars of society. An educated society leads the development of a nation. Education is also one of the areas which is also strongly influenced by it and social change. The fact that the educational systems are in permanent change does not show instability. But rather on the other side, they serve to better adapt the society which is changing. Starting from the beginning the education system in Albania has experienced changes after the collapse of the communist system and the approach of society to these changes has been a sensitive issue. These changes were not very studied, since they were in a very unfavorable environments, in which our education system came from a widespread politicization, and they did not always have the right fruits which was often perceived by us as experiments. These changes have not passed without debate, not only by academics, but also by students and civil society. Methodology: The work is based on a comparative analysis over these three decades, relying also on INSTAT’s statistical data.Main results: In this paper, I will show the transformation of the higher education system and how today the Law on Higher Education after three years of implementation has encountered a number of problems where the state and universities are moving from one to the other and finally that those who suffer the consequences of this law are the Albanian young who are not finding themselves in the Albanian market.

A general aim of the present study is to address the issue of what constitutes the concept of innovation from teacher cognition in the context of second language (L2) writing. This study presents a qualitative exploration into the innovative teaching practices of six Vietnamese EFL teachers coming from three emphases of L2 writing teaching instruction: L2 writing teaching with an emphasis on (1) language skills development, (2) reading text comprehension, and (3) focused textual features. Employing constant comparative analysis into finding interpretations, this study sets the focus on exploring the teaching background of the participants and the dimension of how teacher self-efficacy has an influence on teacher implementation of innovative L2 writing teaching practices. Findings from the study suggest patterns of teacher concerns and teacher thinking of in their L2 writing teaching practices. Further implications are discussed in line with future research and teaching development.

<p>Critical Comparative Nursing Assessment (CCNA) is a theory about how the competence of completing Bachelor of Nursing students in New Zealand is determined. Semi-structured, audio-taped interviews and field notes were used to collect data from twenty-seven nurses with experience in undertaking competency  assessment. A Glaserian grounded theory approach was used to guide the data collection and analysis. This utilised the processes of constant comparative analysis, theoretical sampling and saturation to generate a middle range substantive grounded theory. This is presented as a model consisting of four emergent categories that explain how nurses formulate professional judgements about competence. These are a) gathering, which describes the processes used to collect evidence of practice to inform decisions; b) weighing up, which explains how evidence is analysed using the processes of benchmarking and comparative analysis; c) judging brings into focus the tensions inherent in making professional judgements about competence and how nurses formulated these, and d) moderating, which describes the processes nurses use to validate decisions and ensure that professional responsibilities and public safety are upheld. The basic social psychological process of comparing integrates these categories to explain how nurses resolve the tensions associated with making decisions about competence. This research presents a new way of viewing and understanding how nurses assess competence. It identifies where the challengers and tensions related to the assessment of competence lie and suggests strategies that if implemented could further enhance the validity and reliability of assessment outcomes.</p>

The article analyzes the elements of theoretical and methodological knowledge on the successful functioning of the ecumenical paradigm and attempts to actualize them in the context of interfaith dialogue, which would be marked by concretized productivity. A short historical digression was also made in order to consider the influence of educational philosophical and ideological tendencies on the formation of the modern ecumenical paradigm.Examples of key elements that contribute to the effectiveness of the main dialogical forms of ecumenism are given. The explication of the concept of such a component of the ecumenical concept as "spiritual ecumenism" provides an opportunity to outline its significance as an integral element in the integrity of Catholic ecumenism and proves the practical benefits of this component for the ecumenical movement. It was found that the Second Vatican Council made adjustments to the Catholic understanding of ecclesiology, and the focus of the Catholic Church's teaching government on "Eucharistic ecclesiology." Also in the article, based on official documents of the Catholic Church, the attitude of modern Catholicism to the issue of restoring Eucharistic communion with the participants in the ecumenical dialogue is revealed. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the historical and cultural impact on the formation of the praxeological element of the ecumenical paradigm, the correlation of controversial views on the functionality and effectiveness of key forms of ecumenical dialogue. In the course of the research, such research tasks were achieved as the analysis of the historical formation of the main aspects of the ecumenical movement; a comparative analysis of the polar views of researchers and theologians on the ecumenical concept in general; a comparative analysis of the main vectors of ecumenism development under the influence of socio-cultural transformations; the common religious elements of Christian denominations, which are key in the process of constructing the main dialogical forms, were highlighted.

Thirty mothers, ranging in age between 30 and 46 years, participated in seven focus groups aimed at analyzing perceptions and ideas of the characteristics of a good parent and parent–child relationship in southern Italy (Sicily). The discussions were transcribed and analyzed using the constant comparative analysis approach. Two major themes, discipline and affection, emerged from the discussions about the idea of a good parent, with seven further subthemes. In defining good parenting beliefs and practices, Sicilian mothers mostly believed that control, discipline, and demandingness were imperative and prioritized over warmth and responsiveness. Despite the importance given to demandingness, a good parent–child relationship was predominantly described as the result of a balance between love and control, mainly based on communication, confidence, and respect. Our findings were interpreted and discussed with consideration to the collectivistic and familistic nature of Sicilian society.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of employment reporting in the office BPJS Employment Ketenagakerjaan Gresik. Using 6 informants from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employee and 4 informants from the participant to know comparison of effectiveness and efficiency of reporting in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Gresik. The analysis was done by using constant comparative analysis technique. The results show that Online reporting application meets the indicators of effectiveness and efficiency.

Aims: This paper aims to describe forms of online youth civic engagement that center the experiences of youth with historically marginalized identities and documents ways that youth are civically engaged. Demographics: Twenty U.S.-based, digitally active youth ages 16-21 years old were interviewed. Seven participants (35%) identified as female, nine (45%) as male, and four (20%) as gender nonbinary. Twelve (60%) identified as a first or second generation immigrant. Settings: Youth were recruited through youth-led movement accounts on Twitter and contacted via Direct Messaging. Methodology: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with youth between March and September 2020, a period spanning the outbreak of COVID-19 and rise in participation in the Black Lives Matter movement. Analysis: Inductive Constant Comparative Analysis was used to document forms of youth civic engagement on social media and understand how youth ascribed meaning to their civic engagement. Findings: Framed by literature on critical consciousness and psychopolitical resistance to oppression, findings highlight three forms of online youth civic engagement: Restorying, Building Community, and Taking Collective Action. Implications: These findings indicate that, for youth with identities that have historically been marginalized, social media is an important context to be civically engaged in ways that resist oppression and injustice.
