The study aims at: 1) describing the organization culture and performance, 2) finding out the simultaneuos influence of organization culture (variables of innovation, reward, cooperation or team work, result or outcome orientation and service orientation) on the performance. This is an explanatory research involving the employees of Polresta Malang as the analysis unit. The studi used proportional random sampling method and to collect data from 81 respondent a questionnaire was used The analysis technique used were multiple, partial regression, and determination. The result of study showed that: 1) simultaneously the organizational culture significantly influenced the performance, 2) partial(v the organization culture had also positive influence on the performance, 3) reward had the most significant influence on the performance. Based on the finding, therefore it is suggested that the organization pays more attention to reward, either material reward or non material reward, since reward is basically a dominant variable in influencing performance.

The e-commerce business has now developed rapidly, the impact of development is that the number of prosuct varies and easily earned. The ease of such information will result in consumers will be more consumptive infulfilling their needs, even they tend to make impuse buying. As one of the emerest e-commerece in Indonesia, Lazada should be able to see this as a great opportunity in as effort to increase the company’s sales and sustainability. One effort in increasing impulse buying is of external factors ranging from the promotion and quality of websites that are launched on e-commerce bussines. This study aims to know and prove how much influence promotion and website quality to impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang City. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,014 < 0,05). (2) Website Quality has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,046 < 0,05)Keyword: promotion, website quality, impulse buying.

<p>This research discussed Leadership, Competence and Performance on civil servants’ Career Development in Palembang City. With the aim of whether or not there was an influence of Leadership, Competence and Performance on civil servants’ Career Development in Palembang City. The population used in this research was Civil Servants (ASN) at the Secretariat Staff in the Government of Palembang City. The sample in this research was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of test proved that: 1). Partially the results revealed that there was a significant and positive influence between Leadership, Competence and Performance on civil servants’Career Development in the City of Palembang.2). Simultaneously Career Development was influenced positively and significantly by the Leadership variable, Competence and Performance.</p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong>leadership, competence, performance, civil servants’ career development, Palembang city.</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) rewrad, (2) achievement motivation, (3) performance of teachers working SMAN Negeri District of SukabumI. In the data analysis, this study used a survey method using a causal analysis technique Strip . This study used a sample of 150 teachers in six high schools in District of Sukabumi are selected using Slovin formula.The results showed that : first, there are positive influence between the rewrad and performance of teachers in schools . Secondly, there is a positive effect between achievement motivation and performance of teachers in schools. Third, there is a positive effect between the reward and achievement motivatioan of teachers in schools.

The purpose of this study to know the effect of murabahah margin revenue and musyarakah profit sharing revenue on BRI Syariah and BJB Syariah net profit. The object of research in this study is 4 years of financial statements at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia especially BRI Syariah and BJB Syariah. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sample used the Nonprobability Sampling approach with the Purposive Sampling method, From 14 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia, 2 banks were chosen with 32 sample financial reports per quarter. Data collection techniques are to use secondary data, namely with documentation and study of literature. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate a significant positive effect of murabahah margin income on net profit, there is no significant effect of musyarakah profit sharing revenue on net profit. And the positive influence jointly from murabahah margin income and musyarakah profit sharing revenue significantly, with an influence level of 80.7% and the remaining 19.3% are other variables that also influence net profit but are not examined in this study

Abstract: This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived organizational structure and employee engagement which is moderated by perceived organizational support. Organizational support provides assistance for employees in adapting to existing organizational structures. A good organizational structure will improve employee performance and create employee attachments to the work environment. Data from this study were taken from 90 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Surabaya Office with proportional sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that perceived organizational structure has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, and perceived organizational support reinforces the positive influence of perceived organizational structure on employee engagement.   Keywords:          perceived organizational structure, employee engagement, perceived organizational support

This study aims to examine the effect of audit opinion and audit delay on auditor switching and how the characteristics of the audit committee are able to moderate the influence of audit opinion and audit delay on auditor turnover. Determination of sample using purposive sampling method with samples of 120 companies. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study show that audit opinion has a negative effect on auditor turnover, while audit delay has a positive effect on auditor turnover. The characteristics of the audit committee are able to weaken the positive influence of audit delay on auditor switching. But the characteristics of the audit committee are not able to moderate the influence of the audit opinion on the auditor switching. Every company will strive to increase the value of the company through increasing the prosperity of the owner or shareholders by improving the company's performance. Increased corporate performance one of which can be done by applying social responsibility (CSR). This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the value of companies with profitability and free cash flow as a moderator. This research was conducted at mining company listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) year 2013-2016. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. The number of samples meeting the criteria is 10 companies. Methods of data collection is done by documentation method. Data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of moderation testing between Corporate Social Responsibility and corporate value shows a positive influence which means profitability and free cash flow strengthens the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility towards firm value. The purpose of this research was to understand the influence of DAR (Debt to Asset Ratio) , size, risk, tax, and liquidity on profitability (Return On Asset Ratio). This research is classified under a casual research and using purposive sampling method, thus 27 companies have been acquired that meet the criteria. A data analysis technique was used multiple linier regression analysis. The object of this study were listed mining sector company of Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011 – 2015. The data is documented from company financial and annual report. The methods of data analysis were multiple regression model. The result of this study indicates that DAR, risk, tax, and liquidity has no influence on company’s profitability. Meanwhile, size of the company has a positive influence on company’s profitability that represented by return on asset ratio.

The capital structure is very important for the company, this is because it involves the policy of determining the source of funding used, both from inside and outside the company. This study aims to determine the effect of asset structure, business risk, and firm size on capital structure with profitability as a moderating variable. The research was conducted on manufacturing sector entities that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2019 period. The population is 141 entities. Based on the purposive sampling method, the research sample used was 70 manufacturing entities. The data analysis technique in this study is moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the asset structure has a negative effect on the capital structure. Business risk has no influence on the capital structure. Firm size has a positive influence on capital structure. Profitability is able to moderate the effect of asset structure and firm size on capital structure. Profitability does not moderate the effect of business risk on capital structure. Keywords: Capital Structure; Assets Structure; Business Risk; Firm Size; Profitability.
