Kata kunci : PTK, inkuiri, teori-praktik, peneliti pendampingAbstract : Classroom action research is one form of teacher inquiry activities to improve the quality of teaching processes and student learning achievements. There are three important characteristics of classroom action research (CAR) that should be known by teacher. First, it is conducted by teacher based on their awareness in relation to his/her teaching process. Second, it is a teacher’s inquiry activity which should be conducted through self reflection. Third, it is conducted by teacher as form of teaching innovation during his/her professional activities. In the efforts to developsteacher spirits and ability to proceeds classroom action research, therefore it is important to provide broad facility for teacher to be involved in lecturer’s research activities as co-researcher and to joint dissemination of scientific articles about theories and practices of the lassroom action research. Keywords : CAR, inquiry, theory-practices, co-researcher

Learning to apply the process skills approach, teaches students to discover and develop the facts by themselves. the concept of learning presenting, students' courage in ideas, opinions and questions, effort, activity and creativity in the learning process and the level of student attitudes that dominate in the learning process. This learning activity helps students to be more active in asking. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, consisting of the action planning stage, the stage of implementation of the action, observation, and the stage of evaluation and reflection. Students and teacher activity data derived from observations and interviews for the assessment process, while data on student learning outcomes obtained through tests given at the end of each cycle. Indicators of success of this study extend from the average value grade students can reach the KKM 65 and with a percentage of 85%. The results showed that the average value of students in cycle I and II increased from 72.70 into 82.43 with the difference in value of 9.73. While the percentage of students who earn a minimum value standard upward cycle I and II also increased from 73.91% to 86.95% by a margin of 13:04%. This means that action research is in compliance indicators to be achieved. The purpose of this classroom action research (CAR) is to aim to find out whether there is an increase in learning outcomes in the subject of Citizenship Education students using cooperative learning strategies. This research is a classroom action research study involving 30 students of class X Accounting SMKN 2 Tanimbar Selatan consisting of 5 women and 20 men. Some of the variables investigated in this study are as follows (1) input variables which include students, lesson material, learning resources, (2) the variable process of organizing teaching and learning activities, such as teaching and learning interactions, student questioning skills, student learning methods, and (3) output variables such as student curiosity, students' ability to apply knowledge, student learning motivation, student learning outcomes, student attitudes towards learning experiences through improvement activities. There are four stages carried out in carrying out this research activity, namely: the stages of planning, implementation of actions, observation and interpretation as well as analysis and reflection. This research was conducted in two research cycles. From the results of the action in the first cycle, it was found that the average value of students was 78.67 with the highest score of 90 and the lowest value of 65 and completeness of learning only reached 77% or 23 students out of 30 students, still below the established completeness of 85% of students unfinished learning 23% or 7 students out of 30 students. Thus the next learning cycle still needs to be designed. Results in Cycle II the average value of students 81.00 with the highest value of 95 and the lowest value of 70 and completeness of learning has only reached 87% or 26 students out of 30 students, already above the mastery that has been set that is 85% of students who have not finished learning 13 % or 4 students out of 30 students. Thus there is no need to design further learning cycles. The results showed that the use of cooperative learning strategies in fact can improve learning outcomes in subjects Citizenship Education in class X Accounting for SMKN 2 Tanimbar Selatan 2018/2019

Action research is a participatory approach that is used in an array of contexts. From its first proposition it comprises four core principles: participation and collaboration; a constant spiral cycle of self-reflection; knowledge generation; and practice transformation. Praxis and emancipation are two important analytical categories in AR, but are conceptualized differently in the two existing AR traditions. These conceptualizations reveal different AR aims, which lead to either the use of AR as a method (Northern tradition) or as a methodology (Southern tradition). Much depends on the researchers’ interest and worldview. Our objective in this paper is to compare how emancipation and praxis are theorized in both traditions. This discussion intends to add insight into the methodological understanding and utilization of AR.

This study is an action research (PTK) using the model Kemmis and MC. Taggart (1988). Kemmis develop a model which would exist sarkan spiral of self-reflection system starts with a plan, action, observation and reflection, for re-planning is the basis for a square - square troubleshooting. Student achievement SD Negeri 03 Padang District of Lengayang Marapalam Academic Year 2015/2016 class VI is still not satisfactory. This research is a class action ( classroom action research ). In the initial condition (prasiklus) achievement of sixth grade social studies on the competence of the formation of market prices are still low. Of the 22 students who score less than KKM 14 students (53.57%), within the limits of KKM there are five students (25%) and exceeded the limits of existing KKM 3 students (21, 43%) with an average grade 66.75.
