This study aims to analyze the impact of the organizational culture on the creative behavior by taking a field study on a sample of commercial banks operating in Jordan. To achieve this objective, a questionnaire which included 30 items was built and developed. The reliability and the sincerity of the tool were tested. Then, the questionnaire used on a sample study of 250 employees in the commercial banks operating in Jordan was selected at random. This was done using a stratified random sample method. A number of findings found in this study include the following: a. Rise in the means of the organizational culture dimensions which include work teams, ability to adapt, and the ability to innovate. It also includes the creative behavior dimensions such as problem solving, change susceptibility, and amplitude to contact. These results indicate that the employee’s responses in the commercial banks operating in Jordan about the mentioned dimensions were positive. Also, this means that the evaluation level of these dimensions was high from their perspective. b. Existence of a statistically significant impact at the significance level (α = 0.05), for the organizational culture dimensions which are work teams, ability to adapt, and ability to innovate, and on the creative behavior of the employees at the commercial banks operating in Jordan. The study, however, gave a number of conclusions and recommendations.

This paper mainly concentrates on examining the impact of monetary policy on commercial banks’ profit in Vietnam by using panel data regression. In our study, the data is collected from 20 commercial banks which were doing business in Vietnam’s banking market, ranging from 2007 to 2014 in annually frequency. Monetary base (MB), discount rate (DIS) and required reserve ratio (RRR) are used as proxies for monetary policy. Profit before tax (PROFIT) is used to represent commercial banks’ performance. The results show that there is a positive relationship between banks’ profits and monetary policies. Among those chosen variables representing SBV’s monetary policy, only MB has a significant positive impact on bank’s profit at the significance level of 10%. On this premise, the study recommends that MB should be one of the variables in the center of being concerned in the SBV’s policies regarding the banking performance and stability.

The study aimed to identify the level of creative behavior, and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the variables of creative behavior (brainstorming, ability to change, problem solving) in government institutions in Jordan. The study aimed to identify the level of institutional performance, and analyze the impact of creative behaviors of employees on the performance of government institutions in Jordan. The study adopted descriptive & analytical methodology based on a questionnaire applied to a sample of 50 employees in government institutions. The study found that there is a statistically significant relationship between the creative behaviors of employees and performance in government institutions in Jordan, and in the light of the findings, the study reached the recommends to increase attention to the creative behavior of employees in government institutions.

Every company has their own unique culture. Organizational culture is a set of norms, values, beliefs and vision that define how employees and managers intermingle within an organization. Irrespective of whether a preset list of company values present or not, an organization develops its own culture. However, organizations haven’t been paying as much attention to organizational culture until now. A 2015 study by Deloitte University Press found that 87% of the organizations surveyed now cite culture and employee engagement as their top challenges. Thus the current study aims at analyzing the impact of cultural dimensions on performance management in IT organizations. Analysis, conclusion and recommendations were drawn out based on the research and findings. The study found a significant association between experience of the respondents and their responses towards often getting reminder and warning to complete their tasks. The study has also found a significance variance between age of the respondents and the practices of Human Resource Department. The study has also found an association between variety of tasks being handled and employees’ performance.

A learning can run well supported by an appropriate learning model. In this study the Search Solve Create Share (SSCS) and Think Pair Share (TPS) learning models are used. This research is a quantitative study using t test. The purpose of this study is to study whether there are differences between the SSCS learning model and the TPS learning model on students' mathematical problem solving abilities. This research is a quantitative study with a research design. Random Design Group Pretest-Posttest Group. The results of this study obtained a P-value smaller than the significance level. Hypothesis testing from this study provides conclusions about the TPS learning model better than the SSCS learning model in improving students' mathematical problem solving abilities.

The aim of the current research is to reveal the impact of the application of the quality system (9001) in controlling administrative, financial and supplies matters in the Ministry of Education, an applied study in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical method was used, and a questionnaire was developed to collect data from the study sample which consisted of (130) male and female employees working in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the level of apply the quality system came at a high degree with a means of (3.84), and the degree of controlling administrative matters was high with a means of (4.47), and the degree of controlling financial matters was high with a means of (4.26), and the degree of controlling necessary matters was high with a means of (4.09). In addition, there is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the application of the quality system (9001) in all its dimensions (administrative responsibility, procurement, document control, and control of quality records) in controlling administrative and financial, and supplies matters in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley. Based on the results reached, the research recommended the need to constantly develop and update the quality system in line with the quality standards (9001) due to its clear impact on improving the performance of the Directorate of Education in the Southern Jordan Valley and its employees, and working to embody the standards and principles of the quality system (9001) in the organizational culture of the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley, so that it becomes a major feature of the organizational culture axis and a fundamental pillar for the success of its performance and achievement of its objectives.

This paper aims to examine the impact of capital structure and growth on the profitability of domestic commercial banks in Cambodia. The study uses a panel least squares (PLS) method using a sample of 10 domestic commercial banks in Cambodia over the period of 2005-2013 to examine the relationship between capital structure, growth, and profitability of commercial banks. The finding reveals that capital structure variables including debt to equity (DE), equity to loan (EL), and equity to deposit (ED) have a significantly negative impact on return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) with 1% significance level. Moreover, the growth variables including growth in assets (GA) and growth in equity (GE) have shown a positive relationship with ROA and ROE. A significant relationship exists only between GE and ROE at 1% significance level.

This paper shows how organizational culture can act as an obstacle to change and problem resolution. The introduction describes how the author's interest in 'problem cultures' arose, and the next two sections attempt to define and refine the definition and methodology of organizational culture. The main section summarizes the problematical characteristics of those cultures studied: six cultural orientations are identified and their effects examined. A number of issues are then discussed: by what process does culture shape behaviour? What evidence is there for the wider existence of the cultural orientations described? A 'universal-variable' thesis or organizational culture is put forward, and the concluding remarks seek to establish a relationship between organizational culture and orientations to change.
