Karanganyar Regency is an area that has great potential for agroindustry development. Equivalance with development priorities in this district, industry and agriculture have an important role. Agroindustry processing can improve the performance of the agricultural sector. The purpose of this research is to find out the priority map of agroindustry in Kranganyar Regency, to know the position of competing sweet potato agroindusty, and to formulate priority of development strategy of sweet potato agroindustry in Karanganayar Regency. The basic method of this research is descriptive analytic. Priority agroindustry was analyzed by Delphi method, and the determination of competing position and alternatives strategy was analyzed with Internal-External Matrix (IE) and Grand Strategy Matrix. The decision on strategy selection is determined by Quantitative Startegic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results showed that sweet potato agroindustry as leading agroindustry in Karanganyar Regency. Based on IE matrix analysis, the position of competing sweet potato agroindustry is in quadrant II (product development strategy and market penetration). Based on the Grand Strategy Matrix, the position of sweet potato agroindustry is in quadrant I which means having perfect strategic position. Based on QSPM obtained the most appropriate strategy recommendation of sweet potato agroindustry is product development strategy.

Koperasi merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan yang memberikan jasa layanan keuangan berupa simpan pinjam tidak akan bisa lepas untuk dihadapkan kepada persaingan dari koperasi lain dan lembaga keuangan lainnya. Untuk itu lembaga koperasi sangat penting melakukan identifikasi faktor-faktor internal yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan dari koperasi tersebut dan juga dapat mengidentifikasi faktor eksternal untuk dapat melihat peluang dan ancaman bagi koperasi sehingga mampu merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk memiliki keunggulan kompetitif bagi koperasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Koperasi Kuta Mimba dengan menggunakan metode wawancara kepada pengurus dan manjemen Koperasi Kuta Mimba, kemudian dilakukan analisa SWOT dan analisis IFAS, EFAS selanjutnya memberikan output berupa hasil analisa yang dijadikan dasar didalam menentukan merumuskan strategi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut Koperasi Kuta Mimba saat ini seharusnya menerapkan strategi agresif, maka perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan kekuatan internalnya  untuk  meraih  kesempatan/peluang  yang   ada,   mengatasi   masalah intern, dan menghindari ancaman-ancaman yang ada. Berkenaan  dengan  strategi agresif ini maka implementasinya berkaitan dengan penerapan strategi di segala bidang pada Koperasi Kuta Mimba melalui strategi pertumbuhan intensif dari Wheelen-Hunger yang meliputi : Strategi Penetrasi Pasar (market penetration strategy), Strategi Pengembangan Pasar (market development strategy), dan Strategi Pengembangan Produk (product development strategy). To support the improvement of dental health in the community it is necessary to overcome them. The efforts of PT Fondaco on the fact encourage the founder to become one of the suppliers who support a variety of dental experts in the treatment by providing various medical purposes.The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of external environment, and internal to competitiveness and analyze the competitive strategy of PT Fondaco Jayatama to improve competitiveness. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method by doing SWOT analysis (EFE and IFE matrix), IE matrix in matching stage, and QSPM analysis in desicion stage. The results of the EFE and IFE matrix analysis showed that Fondaco Jayatama can used all the opportunities and can overcomed threats from the rivalry. PT Fondaco Jayatama also has a good internal and can not be down by the external environment. PT Fondaco Jayatama was a strong competitors. The conclusion of this research is product development strategy is the best strategy to be apply in the organization.

Sentral Perkasa Jaya is a company that’s move in expedition. The problem faced is the development of technology causing intense business competition, resulting in decreased level of corporate income from year to year. In addition, the strategies used also tend to be monotonous, causing companies to compete with other companies. There are many problem of marketing strategy in the company, it can be an analysis of internal and external factors in the company. Next, internal and external factors will be analyzed again using SWOT matrix and IE matrix. After that Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) are used to analyze decision making selection about appropriate strategies applied n the company. Based on the calculation of strategies that have been done using two methods, SWOT and IE, then the appropriate alternative strategy for the company is a market penetration strategy and product development strategy. The results of the QSPM method indicate that the best alternative strategy is the product development strategy with a total score of 5.47. This product development strategy is a strategy whereby a company does an existing product repair, or develops a new product to increase sales.

The objectives of present study were to formulate development strategies for dairy goat' farms that capable of supporting goat's milk agribusiness. Three medium scale dairy goat farms located in Bogor Regency which has population of more than 100 heads and has established more than 10 years were purposively selected for the study. Data were collected during February to May 2014. The design of this study was based on descriptive qualitative approach (rapid appraisal approach). Data were analized using internal factors evaluation (IFE) and external factors evaluation (EFE), strategic position and action evaluation (SPACE) matrix, and grand strategy matrix. It was revealed that dairy goat farms in Bogor Regency were located in quadrant I in SPACE matrix, which was on the aggressive strategy. Dairy goat farms have many resource advantages, despite facing various threats. The Grand Strategy Matrix analysis showed that dairy goat farms were in quadrant I. Dairy goat farms were in an excellent position to take advantage of the opportunities, overcome internal weaknesses and avoiding multiple external threats. The best strategies to be selected for dairy goat farms were market penetration and product development.

The weakening of crude oil price had caused the performance of Daya Minyak, Ltd decline. The efforts to improve had succeeded in improving performance, but it was still below the industry average. Therefore, in 2020 a research was carried out aimed at systematically formulating Daya Minyak, Ltd business strategy for the years 2021-2024. This applied research was conducted qualitatively, using the business strategy formulation model from David and David (2016) where external strategic issues were compiled in the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix and internal strategic issues in the International Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix. The weighted value of the EFE matrix is 2.93 and the weighted value of the IFE matrix is 2.97, which meant that the future business strategy is to hold and maintain. Two alternative strategies, market penetration, and product development were developed using the Internal-External (IE) matrix and the TOWS matrix. Two priority strategies, namely a strategy to increase market penetration through integrated services at low costs and a product development strategy through increasing local content with international standards are determined by the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).

PT Samudra Nusantara Logistindo (PT SNL) is a company engaged in international cargo transportation services (international freight forwarder). Purpose of this study is to analyze the internal and external conditions and formulating business strategy and in order to gain competitive advantage for companies. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method research types such as of case studies. We have used Data Collection Techniques using interviews, surveys and questionnaires provided by the relevant parties in the company. These obtained data has been analyzed using a matrix IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, IE, SPACE, Grand Strategy and QSPM. The results of the IFE Matrix 2.885 and EFE Matrix are 2.623. The Result of the following Matrixes TOWS, SPACE, IE, Grand Strategy alternatives that can be applied in the company will be market penetration and product development strategy. The final results of this study concluded that the recommendation or proposal of an appropriate business strategy for the company based on the results obtained through a matrix of data processing is QSPM Market development strategy are then followed by the product development.

Article to describe how to develop a strategic flexibility as company responses and strategy in facing the government regulation of Standard Euro 2. Article also discussed the new product development concept based on market perspective. Research analysis was a descriptive statistic with a simple random sampling from a number of populations. The result describes that the government regulation of Standard Euro2 is supported and positively responses by industry and market. In spite of this, strategic flexibility is an approach to reach industry competitive advantage in term of product development strategy.

<p>Andesite stone mining activities in Bogor area is now growing, one of the andesite stone processing business is PT Duta Keluarga Imfaco located in Bogor Regency, West Java. The economically valuable andesit stone is expected to be the mainstay of the income of the surrounding community, characterized by the increasing market demand and the growing interest of the community towards andesite stone. The purpose of this study are (1) to identify internal and external factors of PT Imfaco Family Ambassador; (2) Developing appropriate market development strategies; and (3) Develop alternative strategies of andesite stone marketing development. The study used descriptive and analytic methods that are case studies. Determination of respondents with purposive sampling method, with consideration that mastered the problems to be asked. Data analysis with IFE and EFE matrix to identify internal and external factor of company, then mapping with IE matrix, to see company position. Preparation of strategy with SWOT matrix, yield several alternative strategies that can be implemented. The final stage with the QSP matrix, to determine the priority of the most appropriate strategy to be implemented. Based on the results of IFE and EFE matrix analysis, indicates the company is in a stable position in responding to external situations. The result of analysis with IE matrix, company is in quadrant V, that is growth and stability, where strategy that can be done is market penetration and business development. Results of analysis with SWOT matrix obtained alternative strategies that can be implemented and with the QSP matrix obtained the most appropriate strategy to be implemented in order to develop the company's marketing strategy is to expand the marketing network.</p>
