The study was based on a formulation of problems, namely are Operational Cost versus Operating Income (ROA), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Business Performance (ROA) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., and Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of operational cost compared to Operating Income (ROA), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Business performance (ROA) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, and Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The method used in this research is quantitative method. This method is used to predict the effect of one variable with another variable. In this study the variable X (Operating Expenses compared to Operating Income (ROA), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) are independent variables (free) and Y (Return On Asset) is the dependent variable (dependent). The data obtained was secondary, and to analyze the data, multiple regression analysis was used. During the observation period of the study showed that the data were normally distributed. Based on the test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test found no variable that deviates from the classical assumption tests, this shows that the available data are qualified to use a multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is significant influence of operational costs when compared to Operating Income (ROA), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero ) Tbk, and Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. with test results of multiple linear regression equation

The study was conducted to test how it affects partial independent variables and is simultaneous with bound variables. Where the free variables are Total Asset Turn Over(TATO), Debt To Equity Ratio(DER), Return On Equity(ROE), Price Earning Ratio(PER), and which become variables dependent is the Stock Price. The study had 52 populations while the sample consisted of 34 companies in 3 periods of consumer goods companies, So the total amount of data over three years was 102. In the visible T-Test results, a conclusion can be drawn that partially shows TATO and DER have no effect and no significance to the Stock Price. Where the variables ROE and PER have an influence and significant impact on the Stock Price. Then following the results of the F test, it can be concluded TATO, DER, ROE, and PER there is an influential and significant simultaneous on the Stock Price. The research was tried by the procedure of multiple linear regression methods and the test hypothesis using the Spss 23 process.

ANALISIS VARIABEL YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIAOleh : Suseno STIE SATRIA Purwokerto ABSTRACT The aims of the research are (1) to analyze influence of age, scale, financial leverage, and profitability to performance of firms at The Indonesian Stock Exchange. (2) to determine the most influential variable on the performance of the firms. Hypotheses proposed in this research were: (1) Age, Scales, Financial Leverage, Profitability influences the performance of firms, (2) Age influences the performance of firms, (3) Scales influences the performance of firms, (4) Financial Leverage influences the performance of firms, (5) Profitability influences the performance of firms. Instrument of analysis employed in the research was multiple linear regression with t test and F test. The results of analyses of t test showed that profitability did not influence the performance of the firms. It was indicated by the value of computed t which was smaller than the value of t table. Meanwhile, the t test of age, scale and financial leverage indicated that the value of computed t > t table. It means that these variables (scale and financial leverage) influenced the performance of the firms. The F test showed that the independent variables of age, scale, financial leverage and profitability as a whole significantly influenced the performance of the firms. It was indicated by the calculated F > the value of F table, the value the age computed t which was smaller than the value of -t table..Based on the research results that age and profitability do not influence the performance of the firms, it is suggested that investors should not pay any attention to those variables. On the other hand, they should pay attention to the variables of scale and financial leverage. It is recommended that for further research should include longer periode of the sample.
