This chapter describes how Tourism 4.0 is a concept that combines tourism and the fourth industrial revolution, and although the literature in this field is very scarce, this concept has been explored in some research projects, such as the government-sponsored research project in Slovenian tourism. People with various kinds of access requirements represent a combination of challenges and opportunities for the tourism industry. Tourism 4.0 set up the main goals of making tourism accessible to everyone at any time. Therefore, this new phenomenon may have an essential role in the development of accessible tourism. The adoption of technological components in accessible tourism enables the development of a new technological solution that can facilitate access to tourism products for disabled people, contributing to the development of accessible tourism. The new term Accessible@Tourism 4.0 is the answer to the role of the fourth industrial revolution in accessible tourism, emphasizing the effect of Industry 4.0 components in the tourism sector.

This research synthesizes study findings about job specifications in the era of disruption and industry 4.0. Industrial revolution 4.0 era, based on digital technology, artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation, changes the type of jobs in the workforce to keep accelerating and unpredictable. The journals studied are from 2015 to 2019. This research focuses on the problem of job specifications in the era of disruption and industry 4.0 era in Taiwan. Revolution industry 4.0 brought more significant changes to all aspects, including education. The assessment and comparison of education management in Taiwan has led to the industry 4.0. Besides analyzing the types of jobs and competencies that graduates must have in accordance with industry 4.0 demands, this research also discusses job specifications that will still exist and new competencies that must be developed in order to face industry 4.0 in Taiwan. Vocational education as an education that creates job-ready graduates, must be ready to face industry 4.0. Therefore, this research discusses the ways in how to anticipate this problem. The research method used in this research uses literature review by analyzing journals related to job specifications and industry 4.0 competence. Based on several studies that have been carried out, the types of jobs that will still survive and the types of new jobs that will exist to face industry 4.0 can be classified, as preparation for the development of vocational education.

The aim of the industrial revolution is to completely change the industrial processes. An important pillar of this change is the robots. With Industry 4.0, production will be completely transferred to robots capable of communicating with each other, recognizing needs with data analysis, and detecting the environment with sensors. The inclusion of robots in the production process will reduce the need for human labor and this will lead to an increase in unemployment.  For the purpose of solving this problem, in 2017 “robot taxing” was proposed by Bill Gates to the literature. The employers who choose to employ a robot are required to pay tax according to Bill Gates’ proposition. These taxes will be used for the aim of reducing unemployment and helping to minimize the inequality of income. Turkey's fourth industrial revolution can be said to follow behind. However, it is still to prepare the policy in question. The problem of taxing robots is encountered. In this paper, it is aimed to evaluate the applicability of a possible robot taxation system in Turkey.

This study will explain the influence of industrial revolution 4.0 on the competence of STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang Students. The workforce needed by the industry today are those are competent in the use of digital technology to create smart factories, such as one of the Internet of Things (IoT). The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 opens the opportunity to all students to acquire expertise in accordance with the latest technological developments. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out an up-skilling program or reskilling of students based on the needs of today's industry because talent is the key or important factor for the success participation in industry 4.0. This study uses participatory qualitative research method, which emphasize the depth of the results of research where researchers are directly involved as research instruments. Data is obtained through literature studies, interviews and direct practice. The results of this study will explain the efforts in preparing and mapping the competence of STIE Development students in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. in creating competent students. This is important if our nation wants to be empowered in the days of the fourth industrial revolution which is all automatic and robotic characterised by the latest technology.

The globalization processes associated with the fourth industrial revolution («Industry 4.0» - digital transformation) are gaining momentum in the context of social digitalization, which requires, in our opinion, the adoption of appropriate strategic management decisions and their implementation to prevent possible dangers. In addition to the institutional support of digitalization processes and the creation of a digital technology market, there is a need for motivated consumer activity of the "digital product" and both collective and personal awareness of the possible prospects and consequences of these transformations.

The increasing application of industrial robots with enhanced capabilities is an important enabler for the fourth industrial revolution. This development, however, will not only change the production process itself, but also has implications on the production facilities. This article introduces the spatial requirements for industrial buildings of the fourth industrial revolution and aggregates them in a new factory typology, the robo-factory.
