[Bahasa]: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan, pemahaman konsep, dan respon mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran CLM  yang diintegrasikan dengan mind mapping pada mata kuliah aljabar linier elementer I. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa prodi matematika dan pendidikan matematika semester gasal tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang mengambil mata kuliah aljabar linier elementer I. Instrumen utama dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri dengan instrumen pendukung yaitu lembar observasi, tes pemahaman konsep, angket respon, dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Langkah-langkah pembelajaran CLM yang diintegrasikan dengan mind mapping meliputi preview, participate, process (mengolah informasi dalam bentuk mind mapping), practice, dan produce. 2) Pemahaman konsep mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan setelah pembelajaran. Dan 3) Mahasiswa memberikan respon positif terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran CLM yang diintegrasikan dengan mind mapping. [English]: This research aimed to describe the implementation, students’ understanding and their responses on CLM integrated with mind mapping on Linear Elementary Algebra I course,  This research was qualitative descriptive research with the subjects involved were students of mathematics and mathematics education on 2016/2017 academic year who took Linear Elementary Algebra I course. The main instrument in this research was the researcher and the supporting instruments used are observation sheet, test, response questionnaire, and interview guide. The results showed that: 1) The steps of CLM integrated with mind mapping include preview, participate, process (process all information into mind mapping), practice, and produce. 2) The students’ understanding of the mathematics concept of were developed. And 3) the students responded positively to the implementation of CLM integrated with mind mapping by showing enjoyment in the course. Indonesian students still find it perplexing to acquire English pronunciation as both Bahasa as their mother tongue and English do not share equivalent phonological and phonetic systems. Meanwhile, Arabic (in this case is their Hijaiyah sounds) is proven to share some phonological resemblance to some English sounds. Therefore, it is the aim of the study to investigate the student perception of the implementation of Hjaiyah sounds in their English pronunciation class. The study employed a descriptive research design as the approach. The participants of the study were 36 students of the English Study Program in the academic year of 2019/2020. These participants were third-semester students undertaking their Intermediate Speaking class. Questionnaire and interview guide were utilized as data instruments. In collecting the data, some procedures including distributing the questionnaire and conducting the interview were carried out. In data analysis, the data from the survey were transformed into a percentage to obtain a more general image of the data description. The data from the interview were also transcribed. Finally, the findings were examined and discussed using both narrative and numerical description. As a result, this study has confirmed that the implementation of Hijaiyah sounds in teaching English pronunciation is perceived positively by the students. HIGHLIGHTS: Indonesian students still find it perplexing to acquire English pronunciation as both Bahasa as their mother tongue and English do not share equivalent phonological and phonetic systems. The objective of this research is to know how student hone their soft skill along online learning during Covid-19 pandemic. It is a descriptive research, applied through interview and questionnaire survey among 15 students taken Leadership Class, Academic Year of 2020-2021. This study has discovered by providing group discussion session, lecturer has generated enthusiasm for learning and student’s interaction during online learning. To enhance students’ soft skill along online learning, it is found by optimizing the usage of media and method of learning; up to date SLP, integrated the LMS with Whatsapp function through Collaborative Learning. Students are schooled by submitting mind mapping sub-subject task, class discussion, FGD team discussion, PPT submission and oral presentation in specific time limit every meeting. It is provided from up to date case studies in every meeting that help students in providing the practitioner's view, hone critical thinking, presentation and public speaking skills.

The aim of this research was to find out the using picture series in teaching writing skill for the fourth semester students of midwifery program in STIKES Bhakti Husada Mulia Madiun. This study was done on May 2020. The subjects were 32 students of the fourth semester students of midwifery program of STIKES Bhakti Husada Mulia Madiun in the academic year 2020/2021. The method used in this research was a qualitative descriptive research design. The techniques for collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation. During the research, the researcher acted as the teacher and observer during the implementation of picture series. The findings of observation show that there is good interaction between lecturer and students. The lecturer gives the task and assignment to make the students understand the material well. The finding of interview shows that by using picture series, the students can have the ideas how to start writing recount text well. They can arrange the picture series to help them in composing the writing. By using picture series the students can improve their writing based on the criteria asked by the lecturers. The criteria of the writing are vocabulary, content, language, mechanic and organization. The finding of documentation shows that the use of picture series in teaching writing recount text make the students interested. Thus, the learning process is supported that the students are better to write from their experiences to compose recount text. Then, the use of picture series is effectively used in helping students improve their performance in writing recount text. The future researcher can conduct the use of picture series in other skill of English such as on speaking skill. It is hoped can be used as the easy media to express the students’ creativity in their speaking. Furthermore, the researcher can do this study by using the other design such as the experimental research design in teaching English writing skill.

This study aimed to analyze the language error on the Bahasa Indonesia National Examination instrument test of the Junior High School in 2012/2013 academic year. The research were qualitative descriptive research. The data analyzed the twenty packets of Bahasa Indonesia National Examination instrument test Secondary School Examination in 2012/2013. Twenty packages National Secondary School Examination in 2012/2013 were qualitative data. Data were collected from a package about twenty National Exams then was analyzed by using the language errors. The types of errors found in language packages about twenty Bahasa Indonesia National Examination in 2012/2013 were faults field of phonology, morphology and syntax. The results showed that language errors that occur in twenty packets Discuss Indonesian National Examination in 2013 as many as 58 data. Data analysis results was presented in accordance with the type of language errors that indicate an error in the twenty language packs Indonesian National Examination in 2013, both in the areas of phonology, morphology, and syntax.

Al-Ijarah's Islamic Financial System has produced strategic results. The Islamic financial system to differentiate from conventional financial systems based on interest (interest), the Islamic financial instrument is the al-ijarah (lease) system. This study aims to reveal the impact of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) business actors on the Islamic financial system using the al-ijarah instrument; reveal the effect of business land managers leased to MSMEs regarding the Islamic financial system using the al-ijarah instrument. This research puts forward a qualitative descriptive research method with case studies of culinary business actors and providers of land for rent in Malang Raya, East Java. Data analysis uses a gradual approach, namely: analyzing important statements, formulating, describing, reducing data towards findings, propositions, and conclusions. The researcher, as the main instrument, performs data analysis simultaneously. Researchers prioritize observation and interviews. This research found two things: (1) Al-Ijarah business actors successfully overcame obstacles and obstacles. However, they initially applied their abilities as they were, but they could use their management skills quite well after developing. (2) The benefits for entrepreneurs who provide business / al-ijarah land leases are that they are successful in delivering strategic places, easy to reach, availability of parking spaces, and security aspects.

Introduction Nurses make up the largest portion of the health care system throughout the world, hence, making the profession the backbone of health care. The nursing workforce is made up of both males and females. However, the majority of nurses are predominately females with the number of male nurses reported to be unappreciable. Objective The study therefore aimed to explore the experiences and motivation of male nurses in a tertiary hospital in Ghana. Methods A qualitative descriptive research design was employed to explore the lived experiences of male nurses. A total of 20 male nurses were purposively selected, and in-depth interviews were conducted with a semi-structured interview guide. The interviews were tape-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and analyzed using content analysis. Results The findings revealed 2 major themes: motivation and experiences of male nurses. The subthemes were individual motivations, external influence, intersecting social reactions and public perceptions, mixed encounters with patients, and satisfaction with the profession. Conclusion Male nurses are motivated to a large extent to be part of the nursing profession but will be deeply involved in the profession if some factors affecting them are addressed. Future studies may address the roles of nurse managers in mentoring more males to be involved in the nursing profession.

Nowadays, public relations in higher education institution become an integral part of the management team. It must contribute to achieve organizational goals and demonstrate an organizational accountability identified by measurable result. Placement public relations at certain positions in management has consequences in the process of implementation of the public relations function. It happened because the management, workflow and hierarchy greatly affects work patterns as well as patterns of decision making in carrying out communication tasks performed by public relations.The goal of research to find out the role and position in public relations in management education institution (university) in achieving its objectives. After identification of roles and positions performance public relations firm, the study aims to evaluate the performance of public relations as part of management.This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with the study subjects were Mahendradatta University Public Relations and internal stakeholders. Data drawn from interviews with the help of the interview guide and then processed into information that can answer the research objectives.The result of the research shows that not all public relations officers in Mahendradatta University, do their role as real public relations officers. They also do not have the same understanding about the role of a public relations officer will just place public relations in same position as marketing.

The purpose of this study is to describe the Teacher's Strategy in Improving Reading Skills for Al-Qur'an Students at SDIT Aulia Batanghari. Qualitative descriptive research type. The results of the teacher's strategy in improving Al-Qur'an reading skills are the application of the Qur'anic learning method in the classroom, mentoring, teacher cooperation with peers, cooperation with schools with parents, school collaboration with the community and the provision of facilities and infrastructure. The factors that support the PAI teacher's strategy in improving Al-Qur'an reading skills include: Students already have the ability to read the Qur'an, a family environment that can be a role model and teach children to read the Qur'an. PAI teachers are competent and are committed to improving Al-Qur'an reading skills to their students. Islamic community environment. Facilities and infrastructure in schools are adequate.

The current study was carried out to identify the teaching writing strategies in remote teaching setting. This study was a case study. The study was conducted at SMK N 3 Singaraja. The participants of the current study were X grade English teachers of the 2020-2021 academic year, which consist of four teachers (2 females and 2 males).  In conducting the study, observation and interview guide were used. The data were analyzed with guidance of analyzing qualitative data by Miles, Huberman, & Saldana (2014). The findings showed that the teaching writing strategies implemented by English teachers were guided writing, mind mapping, scaffolding, and dictogloss. In this remote teaching setting, English teachers are encouraged to be more creative in designing instruction and carrying the teaching strategies for teaching writing. Further study is suggested to identify teaching strategies used by English teacher in remote teaching for different language skills.

This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of mathematics education students to the service of the study program. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Subjects in this study are active students of mathematics education courses semester academic year 2016/2017. Aspects reviewed to find out the satisfaction of the service of mathematics education program based on five dimensions of responsiveness, reliability, empathy, assurance, and tangibles. The results showed, in general of the five dimensions, the satisfaction of students of mathematics education to service study program in terms of five dimensions feel quite satisfied.
