ABSTRACKMalaria remains a health problem in the world. In Indonesia, malaria is one of the causes of the outbreak  in the province of East Java. Pandean is a public health center thatcounted for large numbers in cases of malaria in Trenggalek. Although Pandean public health center has conducted treatment of imported malaria, the cases are still high. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of officers in the implementation of discovery and treatment program of imported malaria, including the availability of human resources, training, knowledge and understanding of the auth. This research is a descriptive observational research. Respondents in the study were 8 people, including Program Managers Of Malaria, 2 Microscopic and 5 JMD in Pandean public health center area. Data retrieval was implemented with interviews against the respondents and secondary data searches in  Pandean. The results showed they have the good availability of human resources, but there is no the head of JMD yet. Officer of the discovery and treatment of malaria have had a good knowledge, they have received training, and also have a good working understanding of auth, malaria program officer Role has been good, but they need to keep the improvements including recruitment of the head of JMD to avoid duplicate tasks so that the control of imported malaria can run optimally. Keywords: Malaria import control, The role of officers, Public Health Center

Acute respiratory infections (ARI) are a disease that can cause death in infants in developing countries including Indonesia. Exclusive breastfeeding and formula milk and environment are factors that influence the incidence of ARI. This study aims for determine differences in infants aged 0-6 months in Lameuru public health center. The study uses a comparative descriptive method with a retrospective study approach. Until in this study were all infants aged 0-6 months. The total sample of 116 babies. The data used are secondary data take from medical records using observation sheets. Data analysis using chi square test. The results of this study showed that babies who were given formula milk experienced more ARI namely 30,2% while babies who did not experience ARI were given 34,5% exclusive breast milk. There is a difference between formula feeding and exclusive breastfeeding for the incidence of ARI p= 0,003 (p<0,005). It was concluded that there was difference between formula feeding and exclusive breastfeeding for the incidence of ARI in infants aged 0-6 months at the Lameuru public health center. It is recommended for nursing mothers to continue breastfeeding with exclusive breast milk to their babies until the age of 6 months.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence BPJS users of the Tiered Referral System in the Work Area of Pokenjior Health Center, Padangsidimpuan City. This research is an analytical research type with explanatory research type. The populations in this study were all BPJS users or patients undergoing health services at the Pokenjior Public Health Center in Padang Sidempuan City with a sample of 98 patients participating in the Health BPJS. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Pearson Correlation test and multiple logistic regression tests. The results showed that there was an influence of BPJS user knowledge (p = 0.007), officer attitudes (p = 0.003), availability of infrastructure and human resources (p = 0.002), and referral information (p = 0.003) to the tiered referral system at Pokenjior Public Health Center. The results of multivariate analysis and modeling show that BPJS user knowledge, availability of infrastructure, and human resources and referral information are the dominant factors influencing the tiered referral system. Thus it was concluded that the knowledge factor of BPJS users, the availability of infrastructure and human resources as well as the referral information had a significant effect on the tiered referral system in Pokenjior Public Health Center, and the availability of infrastructure and human resources was the biggest or most dominant factor affecting the tiered referral system in the work area Pokenjior Public Health Center in Padangsidimpuan City

Background: Ngantang Public Health Center, being a public health center, always tries to apply minimum service standards. Services provided are a form of effort organized to meet community needs. Purpose: The research objective was to explore customer perceptions about the quality of buildings, equipment, human resources at Public Health Center Ngantang. Methodhs: The design used in this research is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study design, which describes customer perceptions about infrastructure; quality of buildings, equipment, human resources at the Public Health Center Ngantang. The sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study consisted of 21 people, namely 5 BPJS PBI, 5 General, 5 Independent BPJS and 6 patient companions as triangulation informants. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Results: The results of the research on customer perceptions about the Public Health Center Ngantang building are the contours of lands prone to landslides, adequate parking facilities, unsafe security facilities, building components and materials are good enough, facilities for persons with disabilities and the elderly are incomplete, consumables are not yet available, furniture is less structured, human resources or labor lack of sympathy and empathy. Conclusion: By conducting this research, it can be used as a reference for Public Health Center Ngantang in improving the quality of infrastructure. consumables are not yet available, water furniture is less structured, human resources or labor lack sympathy and empathy. Toddlers are the age group that most often suffer from malnutrition and lack of nutrition. Based on data  from the Batam City Health Office in 2017 regarding the scope of monitoring the growth and development of infants at 49.6% of the target set by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia which is 80%. Baloi Permai Public Health Center is the lowest public health center with 35.8% achievement coverage. This study aims to analyze of monitoring growth and development of toodlers in the working area of Baloi Permai Public Health Center. The study design used qualitative methods. The number of informants in this study were 8 people. Data analysis using content analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that coordination of growth and development monitoring for toddlers is pooled interdependence, lack of standard operating procedure and standardization of skills. Indirect supervision in the form of recording and reporting has not been implemented. Coordination in monitoring the growth and development of toddlers in the working area of Baloi Permai Public Health Center is not optimal so it needs cooperation with related parties and the active role of all parties to reach the scope of growth and development of toddlers.

Background: Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (IVA) is a simple way to detect cervical cancer as early as possible. IVA is the examination of the cervix (cervical) by looking directly (with the naked eye) cervix after cervical neck with a solution of acetic acid 3-5%.Objective: To know the factors associated with the IVA examination in the Mother Age Fertile Age at Wara Palopo Public Health Center of 2017.Method: This research use analytic survey with cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all mothers of fertile age couples in Wara Puskesmas of East Luwu Regency as many as 6,276 people. The sample in this research is part of population with sampling technique yiatu purposive sampling counted 98 people. Data collection through primary data (questionnaire) and secondary data. The data were processed using Statistical Product and Servise Solutions (SPSS) version 20.0 and analyzed univariat and bivariate with chi square statistical test and presented in the form of frequency distribution table.Results: There is a knowledge relationship with IVA examination (p Value = 0.002 <0.05 and there is an implementation relationship with IVA examination (p Value = 0,000 <0.05).Conclusion: There is a relationship of knowledge with IVA examination at Puskesmas Wara Kota Palopo Year 2017. Sanitation clinic is an innovative health promotion program that is useful to tackle environmental-based diseases. Sanitation clinic activities such as counseling, home care and health interventions. This study aims to know of sanitation clinic activities at Gucialit and Gambut Public Health Center in tackling environment-based illness (PBL). Descriptive research type, using secondary data from sanitation clinic and health profi le of district health offi ce of Lumajang and Banjar 2014-2016, accompanied by indepth interview on information. Sanitation clinic activities obtained at Gucialit and Gambut Public Health Center such as counseling, home care and health intervention are going well. The internal referral system functions optimally, so patient visits at sanitation clinics increase. The existence of sanitation clinics in the Gucialit and Gambut Public Health Centers is very benefi cial in overcoming environmental-based diseases. Every Public health centers is important to carry out sanitation clinics, to support promotive services in tackling environment-based diseases. Abstrak Klinik sanitasi merupakan inovatif program promosi kesehatan yang bermanfaat untuk menanggulangi penyakit berbasis lingkungan. Kegiatan klinik sanitasi seperti konseling, kunjungan rumah (home care) dan intervensi kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan klinik sanitasi di Puskesmas Gucialit dan Puskesmas Gambut dalam menanggulangi penyakit berbasis lingkungan. Jenis penelitian deskriptif, menggunakan data sekunder laporan klinik sanitasi dan Profil Kesehatan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lumajang dan Kabupaten Banjar tahun 2014–2016, disertai indepth interview pada informan. Kegiatan klinik sanitasi yang diperoleh di Puskesmas Gucialit dan Puskesmas Gambut seperti konseling, pada tindak lanjut (home care) dan intervensi kesehatan berjalan dengan baik. Sistem rujukan internal berfungsi optimal,sehingga kunjungan pasien di klinik sanitasi meningkat. Keberadaan klinik sanitasi di Puskesmas Gucialit dan Gambut sangat bermanfaat menanggulangi penyakit berbasis lingkungan. Setiap Puskesmas penting untuk melaksanakan klinik sanitasi, untuk mendukung pelayanan promotif dalam menanggulangi penyakit berbasis lingkungan.

The Accreditation Process is still a frightening specter at every Puskesmas. Accreditation is a benchmark for extrenal quality assurance at each puskesmas through Organizational Learning efforts. The study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Learning on Improving Accreditation of Kubutambah I Health Center and Sawan I Health Center in Buleleng Regency - Bali. The method used is a mix method, observational research type with cross-sectional approach. The population in this study involved 2 Community Health Centers namely Kubutambah 1 and Sawan 1 with 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with closed questions that had a valid and reliable test of 0.6. Data analysis used in the study was a logistic regression statistical test with α 0.05. Analysis of Kubutambahn I Public Health Center and Sawan I Public Health Center in Buleleng Regency showed that out of 100 respondents or information from 2 health centers there were Organizational Learning in the good category of 62% and 38% not good. good category 98% and not good as much as 2%, the relationship between Organizational Learning and the performance of accreditation of puskesmas in Buleleng Regency with a p-value of 0.047, which means it is smaller than α 0.05 so there is an influence of Learning Organization on accreditation. There is the effect of Organizational Learning on the performance of accreditation at Kubutambahn I Puskesmas and Sawan 1 Puskesmas in Buleleng Regency

Implementation is the implementation of laws in which various actors, organizations, procedures, and techniques work together to carry out policies in an effort to achieve policy objectives or policy programs. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage The Meranti Islands District Health Office experienced the lowest exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 2019, namely Alai Community Health Center, which is 25% where the achievement of the exclusive Breastfeeding Program (ASI) in Meranti Islands Regency in 2019 is 50% and still far from the national target of 80%. This study aims to determine the implementation of the exclusive breastfeeding program at Alai Public Health Center, Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency in 2020. This type of qualitative research uses observational research. When the research was conducted in June-August at the Alai Public Health Center, Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency. The research subjects were the head of the puskesmas (IK1), pregnant women (IU1), PJ KIA (IP1), and posyandu cadres (IP2). Data analysis is used by systematically arranging the interview guidelines, then processing the data, data from observations are identified to describe each variable, a summary will be presented in narrative form. The results of this study indicate that the policies in the exclusive breastfeeding program have been implemented but the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still low because many pregnant women do not follow the recommendations that have been given by health workers in counseling such as the benefits of breastfeeding. It can be concluded that health workers in the policy of the exclusive breastfeeding program provide counseling to pregnant women and approach pregnant women in order to achieve an exclusive breastfeeding program. It is recommended that the head of the Alai Community

The impact and dangers  of  Pulmonary Tuberculosis  incidence is causing death. In Bengkulu province in 2011 there were 1.565 cases of  pulmonary  tuberculosis in 2012  there were 1,670 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in 2013 there were 2.671 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and in 2014 there were 2.014 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis this showed that pulmonary tuberculosis was still high. The purpose of this study was to study the relationship of PMO role with                         the success of the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in working area of Sukamerindu Public Health Center Bengkulu. The type of research used was                 an analytic survey, with Cross Sectional research design. Population in this research was all patient of pulmonary tuberculosis in working area of  Sukamerindu Public Health Center Bengkulu which had treatment 5 months amounted to 36 people in 2015. Samples taken by using total sampling which amounted to 36 people. Data analysis was done by univariate and bivariate analysis using uni Chi-Square (χ2). The results of this study were 41 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,  20 people (55.6%)  had good role of  PMO, and there were 30 people (83.3%) who had successful treatment, there was a significant relationship between the role of PMO with successful treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with moderate category. It was  suggested to the related institution to improve and supervise the cadre of  (PMO) so that the success of   the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis will  increasing. Keywords : drug  supervisor (PMO), successful  treatment, pulmonary  tuberculosis  patients
