The research used in this paper is a qualitative research method with descriptive analytical case study method, which is an analysis that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and behaviors that can be observed with a predetermined method. The purpose of this method is to minimize the results of research difficult to manipulate because researchers have little chance to control events that will occur. The event in question is the empowerment of the Rungkut Jaya Surabaya Mosque Amil Zakat Institution in improving mustahiq welfare, so that the data needed is not enough historical data but interviews are needed, and direct observation in the field. Abstract: Article 35 of Law Number 2 of 2012 states that if there is residual land, the rightful party can request compensation in full for the leftover land that can no longer be used in accordance with the original designation and use. However, in its implementation, the implementing committee of the land acquisition still had difficulty especially for determining the criteria of the leftover land that could be compensated. Based on that issue, this study intend to (1) determining the characteristics of the leftover land that can be compensated; (2) knowing who has the right to determine the leftover land that can be compensated; (3) knowing the process of settling leftover land in land acquisition. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach to the case study method. The results of the study show that compensation that can be directly compensated for leftover land is land that has an area of less than 100m². For those who are more than 100m², the land acquisition implementation committee considers the shape of the remaining land, the leftover land area and access roads. The right to determine the leftover land is the land acquisition committee. Settlement of the leftover land carried out in Karanganyar Regency is based on a Circular from the Director General of Land Procurement.Keywords: Land Acquisition, Leftover Land, CompensationIntisari: Pasal 35 Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 menyebutkan bahwa apabila terdapat tanah sisa, pihak yang berhak dapat meminta ganti kerugian secara utuh terhadap tanah sisa yang sudah tidak dapat digunakan sesuai dengan peruntukan dan penggunaannya semula. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya panitia pelaksana pengadaan tanah masih kesulitan untuk menentukan kriteria tanah sisa yang dapat diberikan ganti kerugian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui karakteristik tanah sisa yang dapat diberikan ganti kerugian; (2) mengetahui siapa yang berhak menentukan tanah sisa dapat diberikan ganti kerugian; (3) mengetahui proses penyelesaian tanah sisa pada pengadaan tanah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ganti kerugian yang dapat langsung diberikan ganti kerugian adalah tanah sisa yang memiliki luas kurang dari 100m². Untuk yang lebih dari 100m², panitia pelaksana pengadaan tanah mempertimbangkan mengenai bentuk tanah sisa, luas tanah sisa dan akses jalan. Yang berhak menentukan tanah sisa adalah panitia pengadaan tanah. Penyelesaian tanah sisa yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Karanganyar berdasarkan Surat Edaran dari Direktur Jenderal Pengadaan Tanah.Kata Kunci: Pengadaan Tanah, Tanah Sisa, Ganti Kerugian

Hijabers Surabaya is a community of veiled women who become the mecca for young Muslim fashion . They are continuously creating the hijab with the latest fashions. Hijabs by Hijabers Surabaya are generally priced quite expensive. This situation raises the curiosity of researchers. How do Hijabers Surabaya present their lifestyle. And how is the relevance between fashion, hijab and capitalism in Hijabers Surabaya. To answer these problems, this study uses qualitative methods with the type of case study research. This qualitative research method was chosen in order to obtain in-depth and comprehensive research data regarding the lifestyle of Surabaya Hijabers and the relevance of fashion, headscarves and capitalism in Hijabers Surabaya. The data obtained were then presented descriptively and then analyzed with the social construction theory coined by Peter L. Berger.

Aim of scope this research is analysis the role of work motivation in employee performance in Tanjung Balai North Tanjungbalai District office Research method is a method used by researchers in collecting research data. In this study the method used is a qualitative research method which is a research method whose case study leads to a detailed and in-depth description of the portrait of what actually happens according to what is in the field of study. The results showed that the role of work motivation in employee performance in Tanjung Balai North Tanjungbalai District office that motivation is very influential is the work itself which it has if appropriate, but in reality there are still employees who find it difficult to carry out motivation due to the employee wanting to retire, this ditujukkan of employees in completing the work given is always not maximally done well, and the work given to employees in accordance with the expertise and ability of employees so that in the completion of the work will cause a feeling of dislike of the work with results that are not good too. So that it can be said that the work of the employee itself motivates them to work.

The main aim of this paper is to identify and specify factors that influence business analytics. A factor in this context refers to any significant characteristic that defines the environment in which business analytics and business in general are conducted. Factors and their understanding are essential for the quality of final business analytics solutions, given their complexity and interconnectedness. Factors play an extremely important role in analytic thinking and business analysts’ skills and knowledge. These factors determine effective approaches and procedures for business analytics, and, in some cases, they also aid in the decision to delay a business analytics solution given a situation. This paper has used the case study method, a qualitative research method, due to the need to carry out investigation within the actual business (company) environment, in order to be able to fully understand and verify factors affecting analytics from the viewpoint of all stakeholders. This study provides a set of 15 factors from business, company, and market environments, including their importance in business analytics.

This study was conducted to determine how the true meaning of listening to poetry and the fact that listening to poetry have not done particularly among students in Surakarta. The research problem is how to know the true meaning of listening to poetry and listening to poetry real fact that has not done well among students in Surakarta. The research method is qualitative research method description. With a population of this research is the students in Surakarta. The collection of research data by means of direct observation of listening skills and an understanding of the meaning of poetry poetry listening to the study population that is among students in Surakarta. The results of this study show that in the students in Surakarta still do not understand the true meaning of listening to poetry and listening to poetry have not done well. It can be concluded that the need for a good understanding of the listeners to understand the things that will be listened to and can determine the outcome of what has been obtained after listening to poetry.

The existence of philanthropic institutions in Indonesia has provided many roles, one of which is the welfare of the community through ziswaf funds, but most people do not have knowledge related to philanthropic institutions. Lack of knowledge of philanthropic institutions causes the role of institutions to be less than optimal. The existence of this paper will provide knowledge about the existing programs at the ACT institution, so that it can be used as a reference in participating in helping the welfare of the community, both nationally and internationally. This study aims to examine the role of ACT for the welfare of the global community, because ACT is still consistent in global humanitarian action. The method used is a qualitative research method using a case study method. ACT's role for the welfare of the global community is realized through programs such as distributing waqf and humanitarian workers, especially in conflict-affected areas, even having branch offices such as in Palestine.Keberadaan lembaga filantropi di Indonesia telah banyak memberikan peran salah satunya menyejahterakan masyarakat melalui dana ziswaf, namun mayoritas masyarakat belum memiliki pengetahuan terkait lembaga filantropi. Kurangnya pengetahuan terhadap lembaga-lembaga filantropi menyebabkan peran lembaga kurang maksimal. Adanya tulisan ini akan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai program-program yang ada pada lembaga ACT, sehingga dapat dijadikan referensi dalam keikutsertaan membantu kesejahteraan masyarakat, baik di wilayah nasional maupun internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana peran ACT untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat global, karena ACT sampai saat ini masih konsisten dalam aksi kemanusiaan global. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Peran ACT untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat global direalisasikan melalui program-program seperti penyaluran wakaf dan tenaga kemanusiaan, terutama di wilayah terdampak konflik, bahkan memiliki kantor cabang seperti di Palestina.

       This research is aimed to figure out and explain the role of social capital by seing from the correlation of networks, norm, and belief to improve the welfare of the community with maqashid syariah indicator. Qualitative research method and case study were used in this research as the strategy. This research possess an unit analysisof social capital and the improvement of social welfare which receive a loan with free riba from Rombong Sedekah Fondation. The data was collected by interviewing and observing to the direct object of the research. This research is interviewing staff on Rombong Sedekah Jombang Foundation andpeople who get donations from foundation. The qualitative explanatory was used as the techniques of analysis by explaining the results of the interviewers and of the direct observation. The result reveals that social capital with norms. Networks, and belief play a important role to improve the social welfare by seeing from maqashid syariah.

This paper explores self-plagiarism in three different articles that reported results of the same research project on reading in a foreign language. This article follows the qualitative research method and an exploratory case study was used. Results support that both inadequate paraphrasing and adequate paraphrasing were given. Regarding inadequate paraphrasing some similar words and ideas were found. On the other hand, using different authors in a specific idea, having different numbers of words in a common issue, and being versatile to present information might lead to adequate paraphrasing. Conclusions suggest that a dialog between editors and authors must be given in order to clear self-plagiarism up. Finally, conclusions also suggest that editors should consider the inclusion of some similar information in articles written by the same author or the same research members

One of the factors that play a role in the success of Madrasahs is the potential for female teachers, considering that the teacher profession is very much in demand by women. And the research locus that will be researched by the author, the majority of the teachers are women. Based on this background, the following problems can be raised: 1) The potential of female teachers in improving the existence of MI Ma'arifTabanan Bali for the 2020 academic year? and 2) What are the constraints and solutions for the coaching program for female teachers at MI Ma'arifTabanan? This study uses a qualitative research method, which by definition is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written words or words from people or observable sources. Sources of data or words in this study were obtained by the author through interviews with people who can be trusted. In this study the authors collected data through several informants including: 1. Head of Madrasah. 2. Management of the Ma'arif Education Institute. 3. Teachers. 4. Employees. 5. Madrasah Committee. Based on the explanation of the results of the research and discussion by the author, it can be concluded that female teachers have the potential to improve the existence of Madrasah IbtidaiyahSanggulanTabanan for the 2020 Academic Year. This is in accordance with the theoretical study which states that potential is an ability that has various possibilities or hopes for further development, either in the form of strength, power, or ability that is obtained by the community directly or through a long process.

The finding result of Alfred Binnet dan Theodore Simon (1905) about IQ (Intelligence Quotient) is perceived by many people as a determined factor of an individual success in various life sectors. Therefore, the emphasizing on academic activities in schools including elementary schools is based on intellect/IQ and hard skills over soft skills. However, IQ and / or intellect approach has not succeeded yet in improving a student’s learning achievement in academic performance results, hard skills, moreover soft skills. This research is aimed to understand deeply on the importance and the need of soft skills development in schools especially elementary school. The study employs qualitative research method with multiple case study design, in which a meaning making activity is underlined as the first objective of interpretive research in understanding social phenomena of education activities. The phenomena of soft skillsoccurs in real-life events andcurrent situation, as well as programs and activities. In this qualitative research method the researcher conducted three main activities such as in-depth interview, observation and to get relevant data collection in order to enrich and complete the previous obtained data. Based on findings, it is known substantively that students’ soft skills will not be developed if the instructional management focuses on academic. Besides, soft skills will enhance significantly students’ academic results, because soft skills will enable and improve students’ potentials to reach the best learning achievement. In Islamic perspective, the quality of soft skills within akhlak-adab domain will be more better if soft skills’ development are referred to a sound heart (qolbun salim). Finally, it is shown in formal finding that the instructional management of students’ soft skills is a must and it is importance to be implemented in education particularly in elementary school.
