This research aims to determine the risk mitigation technique for home financing takeover-funded products. The method used for this research is descriptive qualitative-case study. The data gained from this research is a primary data from an interview with three sources from Panin Dubai Sharia bank, and a secondary data of documentation and financial report of Panin Dubai Sharia Bank. The result of this research is Panin Dubai Sharia bank used reduction mitigation technique either on credit risk or operational risk. On the operational risk, Panin Dubai Sharia bank prepared document takeover and properties takeover further before the contract is done, and implementing Take over Operational Day only on Monday and Thursday. Meanwhile, for credit risk, Panin Dubai Sharia Bank used 4 kinds of systems such as backup of credentials, guarantees, internal ratings, computer models.Keywords: Mitigation, Risk, Take Over, KPR

The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy of BPBD Kutai Kertanegara Regency in disaster mitigation efforts to support an independent society so that later the performance program can be sustainable. In addition, it is also to determine the level of community participation in disaster mitigation efforts, whether the community can participate optimally with the existence of Destana. The method used is descriptive qualitative case study, where the researcher uses two data sources, namely primary and secondary. Primary data is obtained directly from the field while secondary data is not obtained directly in the field, through observation and documentation. The results of this study are that there are several strategies of BPBD Kutai Kertanegara Regency in maximizing community participation, including socialization and training carried out in stages, Destana development involving the community. In addition, community participation is high even though it is hindered by community professions. Community involvement in these areas cannot be separated from people's awareness of their disaster-prone areas so that awareness has opened their minds to participate and participate in disaster resilient village programs. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komparasi sistem dan prosedur yang diterapkan BPRS Bhakti Sumekar dan BPR JATIM pada pemberian pembiayaan produktif serta proses monitoring yang dilakukan sebagai upaya meminimalisir terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif. Pada penelitian digunakan data primer berupa hasil wawancara dengan pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan beberapa dokumen pendukung sebagai data sekunder. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BPRS Bhakti Sumekar dan BPR JATIM menerapkan strategi berupa analisa pembiayaan yang akurat dengan memperhatikan aspek 5C dan melakukan monitoring berupa pengawasan serta pelatihan untuk karyawan sebagai bentuk mitigasi risiko. Pembiayaan bermasalah yang dinilai masih potensial akan dilakukan proses 3R oleh komite penanganan pembiayaan, tetapi jika pembiayaan bermasalah dinilai tidak potensial maka akan dilakukan penjualan barang jaminan secara bersama atau melalui KPKNL.Kata Kunci: Analisa pembiayaan, monitoring, pembiayaan bermasalah, penanganan pembiayaan bermasalah. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the comparison of systems and procedures applied by the BPRS Bhakti Sumekar and BPR JATIM in providing productive financing to minimize the occurrence of non-performing financing, monitoring processes in productive financing, and strategies for handling non-performing financing. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a descriptive case study approach. The data in this study were obtained through interviews with 8 informants as primary data and several supporting documents as secondary data. The results of this study indicate that in the provision of productive financing, BPRS Bhakti Sumekar and BPR JATIM have implemented a strategy in the form of an accurate financing analysis that takes into aspects of 5C (character, capacity, capital, collateral and condition) and conducts monitoring in the form of supervision and provides periodic training for employees as a form of risk mitigation. Non-performing financing that has the potential to be restructured will be carried out a 3R (restructure / rescheduling / reconditioning) process by the committee that handles problem financing. Non-performing financing that does not have the potential to be restructured will be sold privately or through the KPKNL.Keywords: financing analysis, monitoring, non – performing financing, non-performing financing solutions

ABSTRAKPeningkatan produksi susu di Indonesia masih belum mencukupi kebutuhan konsumsi susu diIndonesia yang juga terus meningkat. Koperasi Produksi Susu (KPS) hadir untuk memfasilitasi parapeternak sapi perah. KPS tidak dapat menjalankan seluruh kegiatannya sendiri maka KPS menjalinkerja sama dalam memenuhi sarana produksi, distribusi, kualitas, dan kontinuitas. Tujuan penelitianini adalah untuk mengetahui pola dan keragaan kemitraan yang terjadi pada KPS Bogor. Penelitiandilakukan di KPS Bogor di Jln. Baru Kedung Badak, Kelurahan Kedung Badak, Kecamatan TanahSareal, Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain deskriptif kualitatif dan teknikpenelitian studi kasus. Responden dan informan ditentukan dengan sengaja. Data yang digunakanadalah data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KPS Bogor memiliki enamperusahaan mitra yaitu PT. AMS, CV. MAJU, Cimory, Indolakto, Nutrifood, dan Unican. Hanya satudari enam perusahaan ini yang memiliki perjanjian tertulis yaitu PT. AMS dalam bentuk Kerja SamaOperasi (KSO). Perjanjian tidak tertulis dengan Indolakto, Cimory, Nutrifood, dan Unican dalambentuk kemitraan subkontrak, dan CV. MAJU dalam bentuk vertical forward linkage. Dalampelaksanaan kerjasama antara KPS dan mitra, banyak proses yang dilakukan secara spontan.Kata kunci: susu, keragaan, kemitraan, kerja sama bisnis, spontanABSTRACTMilk production in Indonesia is still insufficient to fulfil increasing milk consumption in Indonesia.West Java is one of the largest milk production centre in Indonesia and also place where there aremany milk production cooperatives (MPC). MPC presents to facilitates the dairy farmers. MPC wasnot able to run the entire business itself, then it cooperates with various partners in term ofproduction facilities, distribution, quality control, and continuity. The purpose of this study is todetermine the pattern and the performance of partnerships at the MPC in Bogor. The study wasconducted at the MPC in Bogor located at Jln. Baru Kedung Badak, Kedung Badak Village, TanahSareal District, City of Bogor, West Java. Descriptive design and a qualitative case study researchtechnique were used in this study. Primary data were collected by using participant observation andinterviews. Both primary and secondary data were used in this study. Important results suggest thatMPC in Bogor has six partner companies, namely PT. AMS, CV. MAJU, Indolakto, Cimory,Nutrifood, and Unican. Only one (PT. AMS) of these six companies has written agreement and inform of Joint Operation. The unwritten agreements with Indolakto, Cimory, Nutrifood, and Unicanare in subcontract partnerships form, and CV. MAJU is in vertical forward linkage form. The purpose of this research is to find out the financial report that CV. Mitra Dinamis did, and to find out if the financial report of CV. Mitra Dinamis has been appropriate according to SAK EMKM.The research method that been used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Kind of data in this research is using primary data and secondary data. Data collecting methods are interviews, observe, and literature review. The result from this research showed, that CV. Mitra Dinamis only created invoice financial report, resulting in this case not yet appropriate to SAK EMKM that presuppose a complete financial report, including financial position report, profit and loss report, and note of the financial report. And financial report that CV. Mitra Dinamis did not yet appropriate enough according to SAK EMKM.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penyusunan laporan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh CV. Mitra Dinamis, dan untuk mengetahui apakah penyusunan laporan keuangan pada CV. Mitra Dinamis telah sesuai dengan SAK EMKM. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini mempergunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa CV. Mitra Dinamis hanya membuat laporan keuangan berbentuk invoice. Sehingga, hal tersebut belum sesuai dengan SAK EMKM yang mensyaratkan laporan keuangan lengkap terdiri atas Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Laba Rugi, dan Catatan atas Laporan Keuangan (CaLK). Dan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh CV. Mitra Dinamis belum sesuai dengan SAK EMKM.

This study was conducted to obtain an overview of the communication barriers between lecturers and students during the online class in the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a case study and descriptive qualitative in which the result obtained from the research and the processed of the data about the communication barriers that occur in online lectures are deeply processed. The collected data consists of primary data that is obtained from online interviews and discussions with informan. Secondary data is obtained from various literature sources related to information and policies online lectures. Based on the result of research, show that at least there are three communication barriers that take place in online lectures, namely technological, environmental, and psychological barriers. Those three barriers are considered as lecture processed disruptions which implicate that there are students' difficulties in studying and understanding the lecture material well.

The purpose of this study is to find out the technique of risk mitigation in home ownership financing (PPR) conducted by PT Indo Tata Graha. This study uses qualitative approach with descriptive case study strategy. The data in this study were obtained through primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of documentation. The results of this study indicate that the risk of home ownership financing (PPR) consists of risks of cancel, default risk, risk of miss manage and the risk of delays in the delivery of goods). To minimize the occurrence of losses and impacts due to risk, Sharia Property Developer has risk mitigation carried out which is divided into two stages, namely before the occurrence of risk and after the occurrence of risk.Keywords: house ownership financing (PPR), PT Indo Tata Graha, risk in house ownership financing, risk mitigation of sharia property developer

This paper will examine the impact of PR electoral systems in a divided society. This research will explore the strength and weakness of the current electoral system and institutional design of Sri Lanka and will recommend changes to decrease the risk of minority exclusion in decision making and ethnic violence. The objectives of this research are to examine the character of the merits and demerits of the PR, and to investigate and assess the impacts of the PR in the multi ethnic societies of Sri Lanka. The study is a qualitative case study, and primary and secondary data sources have been employed to gather relevant data. The My Fieldwork was conducted in Sri Lanka, with the intention of gaining a better and more thorough understanding of the current situation. The interviews conducted were as such not structured or semi-structured, due to the interviewees’ varying professional background and institutional affiliation. Accordingly, unstructured interviews, as well as informal conversations and meetings, were conducted throughout Sri Lanka.

Absrtact This study investigated the influence of business environment efficiency on competitiveness of locally manufactured goods by Autosterile East Africa, Kenya. This study used case study design. This study sampled 69 respondents, including 8 top level employees, 22 middle level employees and 39 lower level employees in Autosterile East Africa. Census sampling was used to select the respondents. Secondary data was obtained from the Autosterile East Africa publications that touches on determinants of competitiveness. Questionnaires used in the survey formed the primary data and was analyzed by use of Statistical Packages for Social Science version 23. Linear regression analysis was done to test the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The study findings led to the conclusion that business environment efficiency have a positive relationship with competitiveness of locally manufactured goods. The findings revealed that business environment efficiency is significant determinant of competitiveness of locally manufactured goods. It was found out that the demand for goods and services and political stability influences competition of goods and services. The regulations dictate the competition among companies and supply of goods and services controls a firm's competitive advantage. Abstract Background: Entrepreneurship is essential in creating, fulfilling and forming a healthy economy. This study is conducted to investigate Factor Affecting on Entrepreneurial Intention: The case study on Wollo University Students. Some studies have been done in this area but only a few were conducted in Ethiopia. This research aims to address the gap that exists due to the weakness of previous studies to verify the factors that affect entrepreneurial intention and provide more clarification on the topic. Methods: For the purpose of this study explanatory research design was employed. The researcher used stratified random sampling to classify all participants into seven colleges and one school of law. From each stratum proportionally by using purposive sampling to select 226 respondents with graduate students from college of business and economics for the desire of the study. Both primary and secondary data were collected. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaire from 210 students. Secondary data were collected from previous studies and used as reference. Results: The correlation and regression analysis has been applied to see the relationship and how independent variables influence entrepreneurial intention. From the analyses it is confirmed that demographic factors have statistically insignificant effect on entrepreneurial intention, while personal factors, environmental factors and family background have a statistically significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Conclusions: Based on the findings it is concluded that demographic factor does not affect entrepreneurial intention while personal factors, environmental factors and family background affect entrepreneurial intention.

<p>The focus of this research is to describe the strategy of adversity quotient for the management of the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) to develop innovations in turning barriers into opportunities for non-formal education programs. Qualitative research with this type of case study was carried out at PKBM Mentari, using structured interviews as the primary data collection method, in order to obtain primary data and document matrix methods to obtain secondary data. the data were analyzed using interactive techniques belonging to Miles and Huberman with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are the adversity quotient strategy that generally implemented by PKBM is very good, this can be seen from the indicators including: 1) Organizing learning activities flexibly in terms of time, so that it does not interfere with the daily activities of the community; 2) Provide learning at affordable costs so as not to burden the community in participating in learning; 3) Making the community the main partner in the continuation of teaching and learning activities at PKBM and 4) Building synergies with local village officials. The relatively short research time is the main limitation in compiling this study, so that it only maximizes the statements of the main informants. </p><p><strong> </strong></p>
