n this article, the researcher seeks to examine the right to education and study and women's labor rights in Iranian jurisprudence and law and the 2030 UNESCO document. The present study is a descriptive-analytical study using the library method to investigate the question. The results of the study indicate that both in Islam and Iranian law, as well as in international documents, the equality of women's rights with men is emphasized but the concept of equality in Islam is explained in the sense of proportion and not equality in international instruments, however, equality between men and women means that their rights are equal. Regarding the right to education, there is no contradiction between Iranian jurisprudence and law and the 2030 document because in both Iranian jurisprudence and law, as well as in the documents emphasized in the 2030 document, which leads to the empowerment of women, the right to equal education has been emphasized.

Abstract. Educational discrimination often occurs in people's lives. This is influenced by the distinction that appear from the community itself. This distinction can be seen from the perspective of the community to educational rights of men and women. The main factors that influence the emergence of discrimination against the right to education include normal or traditional rules that kill the character of women, the physical form of women, the economic pace, misinterpretation of religious teachings, and cultural beliefs that grow in the lives of rural communities. This requires a maximum effort in aligning the paradigm between rural communities and communities by involving religious teachings as supporters of the realization of equal educational rights for men and women. By using exploratory-descriptive eruption studies, it results in findings that the viewpoints related to equality of education rights of men and women are divided in two. First, the viewpoint of the community which encompasses patriarchal culture, humanism, economics, and education. Second, the viewpoint of the Hadith and the Al-Qur'an. Kedua, sudut pandang perspektif hadits dan Al-Qur’an.

Islam encourages Moslems to seek for knowledge regardless the area boundary, age, and field of interest. However, the Islamic education in Indonesia has not been able to facilitate men and women to obtain equal education. This gender gap is found in the policy, management, and teaching institutions of Islamic education. This has an impact on learner output, his/her roles and responsibilities in society. Although the President Instruction No. 9/2000, which foreruns the implementation of gender mainstreaming in national development, has been implemented more than a decade, the policy is neither fully understood nor well implemented especially in the field of Islamic education. Gender mainstreaming is still questioned because a number of institutions and relevant parties have not shown serious responses yet to overcome gender gaps in such areas as policy making, management, and learning. Carrying out analytical study on the gender mainstreaming in Islamic education is, therefore, inevitable: i.e. whether or not it has been practiced based on the implementation guidelines of gender mainstreaming in the national development.

Ghazaleh Alizadeh is an Iranian female writer and critic. In the novel of “House of Edrisis”, which is one of her most important works, she shows her feminist thinking in various ways. In this work, she criticizes the culture of patriarchy, marriage, and motherhood. In addition, judicial and legal laws, such as permission for polygamy, are challenged by Alizadeh in this work. She believes that patriarchy has intruded the mind of the society members, including men and women, and one way to clear the minds of people of this concept is respecting and honoring women. She also demands equal rights for women in terms of the right to education and the right to work. Evaluation of female characters in this work reveals that Roxana (the symbol of liberal feminist women) is the ideal character of Alizadeh, and Mrs. Edrisi and Ligha, who were submissive women in the patriarchy culture, start to fight along with men. According to Alizadeh, the only way for victory of women is their acquaintance with their abilities and rights and ending patriarchal domination. In this paper, we analyze her thoughts with regard to the different feminist doctrines

Way of boundaries between these two challenging concepts is the foundation of this study that leads to preventation of spearding the freedom of speech to make insulting and not so much that sanctities circle and religious beliefs can be extended that no place for free speech and thinking and criticism can be remained. The right to education is a fundamental aspect of human rights. It shapes life for a better tomorrow with a chance of an increase in better employment opportunities. It not only instills hope for a brighter future but also leads to the realization of other rights.1 Progress in human life is impossible without education, but despite this fact, refugees struggle to have access to education. Importance of the right to education increases when it comes to refugees because of its ability to uplift the standard of living. This paper will look at the right to education as a concept and the meaning attributed to the word education. It will shed light on the nature of the right; whether it is a socio-economic and cultural right or a political right. The paper will further examine international instruments which recognize the right to education in emergencies and comprehend how it has been applied to the case of refugees. It points out two positive examples where access to education has been provided by community-based organizations in collaboration with NGOs, governments, and other organizations. The paper acknowledges the barriers to higher education but is not ignorant of the fact that there is progress today as compared to forty years ago. The paper concludes that despite the conscious movement of the international community towards the right to education of the refugees, there is much that has to be done for the complete realization of this right.

This research article focuses on the theme of violence and its representation by the characters of the novel “This Savage Song” by Victoria Schwab. How violence is transmitted through genes to next generations and to what extent socio- psycho factors are involved in it, has also been discussed. Similarly, in what manner violent events and deeds by the parents affect the psychology of children and how it inculcates aggressive behaviour in their minds has been studied. What role is played by the parents in grooming the personality of children and ultimately their decisions to choose the right or wrong way has been argued. In the light of the theory of Judith Harris, this research paper highlights all the phenomena involved: How the social hierarchy controls the behaviour. In addition, the aggressive approach of the people in their lives has been analyzed in the light of the study of second theorist Thomas W Blume. As the novel is a unique representation of supernatural characters, the monsters, which are the products of some cruel deeds, this research paper brings out different dimensions of human sufferings with respect to these supernatural beings. Moreover, the researcher also discusses that, in what manner the curse of violence creates an inevitable vicious cycle of cruel monsters that makes the life of the characters turbulent and miserable.
