<p>This study describes and examines several problems, first, in the implementation of population administration services at the Loket Desa in Wonogiri Regency are touts-free. Second, the model of population administration service at the Loket Desa that is free of touts that can be applied by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wonogiri Regency. This research is a descriptive empirical research using an inductive approach. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used through documentation studies, interviews and observations. The data analysis of this research is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification</p><p>The widespread use of touts' services are still found in population administration services. This happened because people feels that services in population administration must go through complicated and long bureaucratic procedures. In fact, as bureaucratic reforms and government policies progressed, population administration services became easy, simple and free. On the other hand, using the services of touts makes management costs expensive and becomes an illustration of the low quality of service. Based on these problems, we need a new innovation that is "INFO CEPAT, INFO KILAT", by utilizing the WhatsApp application with the automatic reply method and as a means that can be used to find information about village counter services and can conduct consultations on population document issues. Hoped with this innovation, that the Loket Desa innovation service can be free from touts.</p>

This research aims to analyze the strategy of leaders in improving the quality of education in Zulhijjah Muara Bulian boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed kiai has four roles, in improving the quality of education, namely educators, administrators, managers, and supervisors. Improving the quality of education is done by pursuing the welfare of teachers and contributing thought to the progress of the region and able to become cadres of scholars who will lead the ummah in the future by maintaining educational inputs, processes, and outputs.

Serve is a part of action/service for others to be able to meet the needs and desires. Customers satisfaction might be checked by comparing the expectations of consumers with the desired quality of service what they receive in fact. This research was conducted to find out how customer satisfaction with the quality of service the management of Grand City Balikpapan. Research used qualitative methods. Data sources are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. Data collection instruments through the interview grid with the 5W + 1H method. The validity of the data was examined through triangulation and data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or verification (conlusion drawing / verification). Finally Grand City Balikpapan consumers have been satisfied with the quality of service provided by the Sinarmas Land Group management.

This study examines the Quality of Electronic Identity Card Services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Palu City. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques, carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informant withdrawal technique using purposive. The number of informants in this study amounted to 5 people. The theory used is the theory of Zethmal, Parasuraman and Berry, which consists of 5 (five) aspects : tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Based on the results of research conducted, that the quality of Electronic Identity Card Services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palu City is not optimal. First; tangibles, namely inadequate facilities and infrastructure such as the lack of space for waiting rooms and limited available seats, as well as public toilets that look unclean. But in terms of the appearance of the apparatus is quite good. Second; reliability, namely the ability of the apparatus to use assistive devices is good, it's just that the services provided do not fully refer to the service flow. Third; responsiveness, namely the response of the apparatus who received the applicant's complaint was very good, but the speed of processing electronic identity cards was not maximized. Fourth; assurance, which is the guarantee given by the apparatus to the applicants that is not on time. However, the permit fee charged is in accordance with applicable regulations. Fifth; empathy, namely the service provided is not discriminatory and the apparatus always provides courteous and friendly service. Thus, from the five aspects of service quality above, there are still several things that need to be addressed, so that the quality of service provided can be maximized.

This study aims to identify and describe the form of language errors at the syntactic level in the sentence field in the Youtube commentary of Najwa Shihab Melawan Corona. This type of research is qualitative or can be interpreted as research that emphasizes the quality of data collected using descriptive methods. Sources of data in this study are comments written by YouTube users on the Najwa Shihab Melawan Corona broadcast. The data in this study are writings that represent the opinions of Youtube users regarding related videos. The data collection techniques used in this study were reading and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study was data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study found language errors in the sentence field in the form of non-subjected sentences, non-predicated sentences, lucky sentences, duplication of subjects, illogical sentences, ambiguity sentences, conjunction omissions, Excessive use of conjunctions, unparalleled sequences, use of foreign terms and use of unnecessary question words.

This study aims to determine the management of education financing in relation to efforts to improve the quality of education. This research is focused on the managerial head of the Aliyah Imam Muslim madrasah, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research uses qualitative methods based on descriptive studies. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman model stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used triangulation and member crosscheck. The results showed that the management of education financing at Madrasah Aliyah Imam Muslim Serdang Bedagai Regency has a family principle, is effective, efficient, productive, transparent and can be accounted for in accordance with existing procedures, namely the upward hierarchical pattern to the Chairman of the Foundation. In improving the quality of education, the principal is in charge of managing education as best as possible and reporting the draft budget for school financing is given to the Head of the Foundation, the head of madrasah also has the task of how to improve the quality of education in Madrasahs by coordinating every activity with peers in order to realize the quality of education through education financing management

The purpose of this research is to find out what factors most influence the quality of products at PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Sukabumi. This study aims to determine the influence of population administration policy implementation to service quality Issuance of a death certificate in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Tasikmalaya District, which is based on the theories that are relevant to the research conducted. The method used in this research is explanatory research, which is a research-based survey. Data collection techniques used through observation, documentation, and questionnaires, while data analysis is used through multiple regression testing subsequent partial (lane) of each dimension studied (path analysis). The results of the study showed that the implementation of a policy of population administration influence the quality of service the issuance of a death certificate in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Tasikmalaya Regency is determined by the size and purpose of the policy, policy resources, characteristics or properties of entities implementing agencies, communication among relevant organizations with implementation activities, the attitude of the executive, and the environment as economic, social, political.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the quality of service issuance of Proof of Registration of Fishing Vessels (BPKP) in the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of South Sumatra Province and what factors influence it. Data collection techniques used were the distribution of questionnaires to 60 respondents who were capture fisheries business actors with a Likert Scale assessment, as well as conducting unstructured interviews, non-participant observation and secondary data collection. The dimensions used are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The value of service quality based on tangible dimensions is 4.2 or good, based on the reliability dimension is 4.1 or good, the responsiveness dimension is 4.0 or good, the guarantee dimension is 4.1 or good, and based on the empathy dimension is 4.1 or good. Of all these parameters, it was concluded that the quality of BPKP issuance services in the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of South Sumatra Province in 2016 was good with a score of 4.1. The conclusion is based on an assessment of an average of 58 respondents or 97.4% of respondents.

AbstractThe research objective is to depict the stages of forming of the street children’s autonomy in the Rumah Singgah Bina Anak Pertiwi, South Jakarta, and the characteristics of their autonomy. We use in-depth interviews and document searches in data collection. Miles and Huberman's techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing were used for data analysis. The results showed that: (1) The stages of forming the autonomy of street children began with treatment, then empowerment which is a factor of the autonomy; (2) The characteristics of their autonomy can be seen from their ability to carry out all their activities independently, to be able to manage their own lives, to control their emotions, to share ideas and to make decisions and choices according to their views.  AbstrakTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tahapan pembinaan kemandirian anak jalanan di Rumah Singgah Bina Anak Pertiwi Jakarta Selatan, dan karakteristik kemandirian mereka. Kami menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan penelusuran dokumen untuk pengumpulan data. Teknik Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tahapan pembentukan kemandirian anak jalanan diawali dengan pengobatan, lalu pemberdayaan yang menjadi faktor kemandirian; (2) Karakteristik kemandirian mereka dapat dilihat dari kemampuan melakukan segala kegiatannya secara mandiri, mampu mengatur kehidupannya sendiri, dapat mengontrol emosinya, dapat berbagi ide dan membuat keputusan dan pilihan sesuai dengan pandangan mereka.

This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.
