The application of information system technology in a company or institution needs to be done, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a job. In this case study, Wikarta Mandala Hospital has not implemented information system technology for business process management that runs in the warehouse. Data collection on mutations of goods and recording of warehouse stock is still carried out using bookkeeping recaps. Data loss and delays in the compilation of warehouse reports, as well as errors when recording warehouse stock often occur. This will also affect the process of procurement of goods by the head of the warehouse and the warehouse officer must improve the report which causes redundant (double work). The warehouse inventory information system was created to minimize this. The development of information systems, use the incremental model to divide functional requirements into system modules. In this case, the application of additional methods is very helpful for resolving complex system requirements. In addition, the warehouse inventory information system also applies forecasting using the Double Exponential Smoothing method to predict the release of warehouse stock for the next period. With an alpha value (α) = 0.9 which results in a MAPE value of 0.29%. The resulting MAPE value <10% (less than) so that it can be categorized as good.

ABSTRACT
The provision of operational transportation services is used in daily or previously scheduled use. Every activity carried out in a company involves all components within the company. Various activities related to the company are certainly not free from lending company vehicles to smooth activities outside the office. The process of transportation services for vehicle loans at the Department of Infrastructure (SARPRAS) ITB STIKOM Bali is still done conventionally. The scheduling of official vehicle borrowers is not optimal because it only relies on archiving from existing vehicle loan forms, in addition the appointment of vehicle loans often clashes due to the date of borrowing errors. Based on this, it is necessary to simplify the process of scheduling operational vehicle loans in the SARPRAS section by conducting computerized loan sales, by building a desktop-based transportation management information system to minimize the occurrence of errors and improve the performance of transportation asset management at SARPRAS. The results of this study are in the form of Management E-Scheduling Transportation information system with Desktop-based Is Research method to make it easy for SARPRAS officers, especially ITB STIKOM Bali drivers to more easily provide information and scheduling services for lending office operational vehicles.
Keywords: Information Systems, Management, e-scheduling, Is research
Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Management, e-scheduling, Is research

A company should pay much attention to information systems security. It is necessary to secure the support system of the organization if we want continuity and effectiveness of business. In addition to providing security through technological precautions to prevent intrusion and abuse, it is necessary to pay more attention to the vulnerability and threats caused by the engaged users. Here we refer to unintentional threats, as a result of faulty workmanship or lack of knowledge of the information system. It is important to strive to reduce the possibility of causing the occurrence of incidents which are the result of improper use of information technology, which is due to ignorance. An organization shall consider and identify vulnerabilities of the system and threats to it. We confront the growing amounts of information in electronic form. Ensuring security of information systems (IS) in the workplace involves many steps that a company must adopt and carry out. The vulnerability of the systems is being examined, whereas the form of the new age of terrorism, cyber- terrorism, is being presented. This paper deals with ways of reducing risks and increasing safety and security of IS. It presents possible ways of ensuring the safe use of IS. Key words:Information system, management, safety, security.

A useful Information System is difficult to conceive and develop. Research on technology has revealed that end-user likes or dislikes may matter towards the success or failure of information system (IS). A highly complicated system in which developers have put lots of development efforts may fail if the end-user dislikes it after its initial installation. In software engineering literature it is claimed that system rejection is mostly caused by not meeting the non-functional requirements. In this paper, a study is being done on ‘turnitin®’ as technology and its acceptance to a group of students in order to find out confirmation of result as claimed by TAM while it is a post implementation research activity for technology acceptance.

AbstractNatural language (NL) is pervasive in software requirements specifications (SRSs). However, despite its popularity and widespread use, NL is highly prone to quality issues such as vagueness, ambiguity, and incompleteness. Controlled natural languages (CNLs) have been proposed as a way to prevent quality problems in requirements documents, while maintaining the flexibility to write and communicate requirements in an intuitive and universally understood manner. In collaboration with an industrial partner from the financial domain, we systematically develop and evaluate a CNL, named Rimay, intended at helping analysts write functional requirements. We rely on Grounded Theory for building Rimay and follow well-known guidelines for conducting and reporting industrial case study research. Our main contributions are: (1) a qualitative methodology to systematically define a CNL for functional requirements; this methodology is intended to be general for use across information-system domains, (2) a CNL grammar to represent functional requirements; this grammar is derived from our experience in the financial domain, but should be applicable, possibly with adaptations, to other information-system domains, and (3) an empirical evaluation of our CNL (Rimay) through an industrial case study. Our contributions draw on 15 representative SRSs, collectively containing 3215 NL requirements statements from the financial domain. Our evaluation shows that Rimay is expressive enough to capture, on average, 88% (405 out of 460) of the NL requirements statements in four previously unseen SRSs from the financial domain.

Abstract. A cross-regional multi-site inventory system with independent Poisson demand and continuous review (S-1,S) policy, in which there is bidirectional transshipment between the locations at the same area, and unidirectional transshipment between the locations at the different area. According to the M/G/S/S queue theory, birth and death process model and approximate calculation policy, we established inventory models respectively for the loss sales case and backorder case, and designed corresponding procedures to solve them. Finally, we verify the effectiveness of proposed models and methods by means of a lot of contrast experiments.
