he objective of research was to find out: (1) how the application of ASSURE learning design model can improve mathematic learning motivation and achievement in the 4𝑡ℎ grades of SD Negeri 01 Tlobo of Jatiyoso Sub District of Karanganyar Regency, (2) why the application of ASSURE learning design model can improve mathematic learning motivation and achievement in the 4𝑡ℎ grades of SD Negeri 01 Tlobo of Jatiyoso Sub District of Karanganyar Regency, (3) how the effectiveness of ASSURE  learning design model can improve mathematic learning motivation and achievement in the 4𝑡ℎ grades of SD Negeri 01 Tlobo of Jatiyoso Sub District of Karanganyar Regency. This study was a classroom action research conducted in 3 cycles. Each of cycle consisted 0f 4 stages: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subject of research was the 4𝑡ℎ grades of SD Negeri 01 Tlobo consisted of 23 students. Techniques of collecting data used were learning achievement test, motivation, observation, interview, and experiment. Technique of analizing data used was an interactive model of analysis encompassing: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of classroom action research were as follows: (1) the application of ASSURE learning design model formulated learning objective, explained the material and the way of working on the exercises not in a hurry, used discovery and expository method, used laptop, LCD and CD learning media, fold paper, and color marker, and the implementation of mathematic learning procedure appropriately in Elementary school could improve motivation by 91,30% and learning achievement by 95,65%, (2) the advantage of ASSURE learning design model application was that teh students were very interested in learning using laptop, LCD and CD learning media, fold paper, and color marker. The students were interested in and challenged in assigning task in tke learning procedure of undertanding concept. Its disadvantages were that the students demonstrated fold paper shyly in the fraction arithmatic operation, the students took more time to work on exercise, and the students had not been fluent in simplifying the fraction, (3) considering the result of calculation, it could be found: 𝑡𝑜𝑏𝑠 = 2,55, while 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 = 2,020, so that 𝑡𝑜𝑏𝑠 > 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒; therefore: the aplication of ASSURE learning designed model was used effectively for improving the mathematic learning motivation and achievement in the 4𝑡ℎ grades of SD Negeri 01 Tlobo of Jatiyoso Sub District of Karanganyar Regency

This study was a classroom action research. This study aims to improve the students’ learning motivation through the cooperative learning method, especially the numbered heads together model, which is relevant to the situation and condition in year VII A SMP Negeri 1 Haruai.  The learning motivation will impact to learning achievement.  The study consisted of two cycles.  The data were collected through observations, tests, quesioners, and documents.  The data were analyzed by the qualitative descriptive technique.  The result of the study show that during the action implementation, the students’ learning motivation were improved.  Therefore, the application of the model to improve the students’ social science learning motivation.Key words: learning motivation, numbered heads together model.

<p class="abstrak"><em>The research is intended to improve successfully learning motivation and achievement in Mechanical Engineering B, 11<sup>th </sup>grade at vocational high school of Bhinneka Karya Surakarta in Machinery Practical Learning using Practice Rehearsal Pairs learning model. The research is Classroom Action Research that conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages, there are: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The instruments to collect the data, there are questionnaire, interview, test, observation, and documentation. The data was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of research showed that there is an improvement in students’ learning motivation and achievement. The student’ learning motivation increased from 74.5% in cycle 1 to 92.59% of students having learned motivation belonging to minimally good category in cycle 2. The students’ cognitive learning achievement increased from 66.67% to 88.89%, the affective learning achievement increased from 81.48% to 85.19%, and the psychomotor learning achievement of students increased from 74.07% to 88.89% of students who could achieve MPC</em><em>.</em></p>

This research comes from the low percentage of achievement of the 6<sup>th</sup> Grade student’s Minimum Completion Criteria (MCC) at  SDN Unggulan Magetan. There are 2 of 19 students (10%) passed in the post test on the teaching materials to identify the Continents in the World by using the Drill model learning assisted by Google Maps, and the remaining 17 children were have not passed (90%). These data indicate that the learning outcomes in these teaching materials were incomplete. Therefore, in this case it is necessary to hold classical remedial. The classical remedial process in this case the writer did through classroom action research activities. The objectives of this classroom action research activity are: (1) determining the application of Google maps assisted Drill method in social studies learning; and (2) determining the effectiveness of the application of Google Maps assisted Drill method in social studies learning in order to increase student motivation and achievement. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research with 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: (a) formulation of an action plan, (b) implementation of action, (c) observation, and (4) reflection. Data were obtained through observation, tests, interviews and notes on the results of reflection. Results of the research revealed that (1) the application of the Google Maps assisted Drill method can increase motivation and learning achievement in the social studies subject of the 6<sup>th</sup> grade student at SDN Unggulan students; and (2) there was improving number of student learning motivation from cycle 1 to cycle 2. In cycle 1 the average score of student learning motivation reached 57.8, while in cycle 2 the average score of student learning motivation reached 78.6. seen from the results of tests conducted by the teacher after completing teaching and learning activities. As initial data or pre-cycle the average value reaches 56, then cycle 1 gets an average value of 64. In cycle 2 the average value reaches 78.

The purpose of the research was to implement the Explicit Instruction Learning Model using trainer PLC media to improve the students’ learning achievement and motivation in assembling PLC system subject. The research methodology used classroom action research with XII TOI students of SMK Negeri 2 Depok as the sample. The research instruments used were formative tests and practice job sheets. The result of research showed that the average formative test in cycle I was 76,10 ; in cycle II was 80,32 and in cycle III was 83,77. Based on the findings, it means that the students ‘scores were higher than the provided minimum requirement score after using the Explicit Instruction Model using trainer PLC media in cycle I,II and III. The students’ learning motivation in cycle I, II and III were 67, 82 ,and 85 respectively. It can be concluded that the students’ learning motivation was improving from (≤ 75 ) to ( ≥ 75 ) at the second and third cycles.

The objectives of this study were (1) to increase the motivation to learn the mathematics of students of XII MIPA-2 with three-dimensional material through the application of E-learning using Microsoft Teams and Youtube, (2) to increase the mathematics learning achievement of students of XII MIPA-2 with three-dimensional material through the application of E-learning using Microsoft Teams and YouTube. The method used is classroom action research. Data collection through tests and non-tests. The test technique is to determine learning achievement using the items while the non-test technique is to determine the development of learning motivation using observation sheets. Data analysis used comparative descriptive for learning achievement data and qualitative descriptive for learning motivation data. The results of this classroom action research showed that the students 'motivation to learn mathematics increased from low to high and the average score of students' mathematics learning achievement increased by 20.85% from 65.05 to 78.61 with an increase in completeness level of 57.88%, namely from 52, 78% to 83.33%, so theoretically and empirically through the application of E-learning using the Microsoft Teams and Youtube application it can improve the results of motivation and achievement in learning mathematics in three-dimensional material for students of class XII MIPA-2 SMA Negeri 1 Jepara in the odd semester of 2020 -2021. The learning of listening to the story of the child has been given to the students of grade VI of SD Negeri 020Tembilahan Hilir. However, the existing picture shows that classically, the result only reaches an average of20% or is not satisfactory based on preliminary tests. This research is a classroom action research conducted byclass VI SD Negeri 020 Tembilahan Hilir with subject 20 people. Data collection techniques through tests andobservations. Then the analysis technique is done descriptively. The result of the research concludes that thestudents' learning achievement has increased. This is seen in the preliminary study of 20%, or only 4 studentsout of 20 students completed, in the first cycle increased to 50% because of 20 students 10 students, and in thesecond cycle increased by 85% of 20 students 17 students.

Abstrak Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar PPKn dengan menggunkan model Brain Based Learning Kelas VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong Bengkulu pada tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 di Kelas VII B dengan jumlah 26 siswa (Laki-laki 11 dan Perempuan 15). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menggunkan siklus model Kermmis dan Mc Taggart yaitu rencana, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, tes evaluasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik Analisi Data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar dari pra siklus. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa upaya untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu dengan menggunakan model Brain Based Learninghasil jumlah perhitungan pra siklus dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 50,00%, pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan tuntas dengan persentase 57,69%, dan pada siklus II mengalami kenaikan kembali dengan presentase 65,38%. Sesuai dengan KKM 70 dan Indikator keberhasilan 60% dengan hasil yang diperoleh di siklus II maka, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dihentikan karena prestasi belajar siswa meningkat dan sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan. Kata Kunci : Prestasi Belajar, PPKn Brain Based Learning Abstract This Classroom Action Research aims to determine efforts to improve PPKn learning achievement by using the Class VII B Brain Based Learning model of SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research was conducted in Rejang Lebong Bengkulu Regency in the 2019/2020 school year in Class VII B with a total of 26 students (male 11 and female 15). This Classroom Action Research uses the Kermmis and Mc Taggart model cycle, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Data collection was carried out by observation, evaluation tests, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive, namely an increase in learning achievement from the pre-cycle. The results of the study concluded that efforts to improve student achievement in class VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu using the Brain Based Learningmodel resulted in the number of pre-cycle calculations with a completeness percentage of 50.00%, in the first cycle experienced an increase in completeness with a percentage of 57.69% , and in the second cycle it increased again with a percentage of 65.38%. In accordance with KKM 70 and success indicators of 60% with the results obtained in cycle II, this Classroom Action Research was stopped because student learning achievement had increased and had reached predetermined success indicators. Teacher has a very important role in creating an exciting and enjoyable learning environment in math lessons.Learning atmosphere is not exciting and fun for students usually to create learning activities that are less harmonious.As in SD 06 Perawang Barat is still low learning achievement of mathematics students, especially VD class with the number of students 32 people.Based on the mathematical repetition value of grade VD students contained in table 1 can be concluded that most students have not reached the established KKM that is 60 in 2012/2013           Another effort that teachers do is to provide practice questions (PR). Then the teacher also repeats the material that the students have not understood. But the effort made by the teacher has not achieved the expected result; low student learning achievement to mathematics is a material for researchers, that the need for mathematics learning that can improve the results of learning mathematics.               The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student achievement on the subject matter of the fractional matter in the VD SDN 06 Perawang Barat class in the even semester of the academic year 2012/2013?       The form of this research is collaborative classroom action research, in collaborative classroom action research involving teachers, principals, and outsiders in one team simultaneously, with the aim of improving learning outcomes, the development of theory and teacher performance improvement. This team relationship is a partnership, meaning that the position of team members with each other is the same that aims to think about the issues to be studied in classroom action research. In this case the researcher serves as a teacher. Action will be done is in order to improve the results of teaching mathematics at class VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat.               The data in this study were collected with observation sheet and mathematics learning result test. Observations were made to the activities of the students and teachers during the learning process for each meeting by filling out the observation sheets that have been filled in by observing the observation sheets of each teacher and student behavior on the observation sheet. While data is about mathematics learning result collected through daily test (UH1) and daily test (UH2) which contains problem based on indicator that will be achieved based on lattice test result of learning.               The data obtained in this research is then analyzed through descriptive analysis.Descriptive data analysis aims to describe data about student learning outcomes on subject matter using in problem solving.               Based on the results of research and discussion concluded that the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student learning achievement at VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat class on the subject matter using fractions in problem solving.

The aim of this study was to improve the learning achievement and activities of students through the implementation of the Problem Solving learning method in Mol Concept. This study was conducted by using two cycles of classroom action research. The subject of this research was 25 students of class X-2 MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh. The result of the implementation of learning Problem Solving method showed that there is improvement of student learning achievement from Cycle I to Cycle II. It could be seen from the results of research that showing about 64% of students had passed learning in Cycle I and about 88% in Cycle II. While the observation was conducted, the improvement of learning activities of students amounts 50%. Based the result of this study, it is can be concluded that the implementation of learning Problem Solving method can improve the learning achievement and activities of the student in Mol Concept.

IMPROVEMENT OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ON LESSONS OF LIMIT THROUGH VARIATION PEER-TEACHING MODELSThis research aims to improve Mathematics learning activities and improve mathematics learning achievement of the Limit material through the variation peer-teaching models model for class XI MIPA 3 students in the 2018/2019 academic year. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 9 Bogor. This research was conducted from January 2019 to June 2019. The subjects in this Classroom Action Research were students of SMA Negeri 9 Bogor in class XI MIPA 3, totaling 35 students consisting of 13 male students and 22 female students. Data collection techniques with written tests and observations. Data analysis using comparative description analysis and qualitative description. The results of this Classroom Action Research are: students' mathematics learning activities in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II have increased. The average score of student learning activities in the initial conditions of 2.74 increased to 3.77 in the first cycle and increased to 4.30 in the second cycle, while the mathematics learning achievement of students in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II increased. The average value of student achievement in the initial conditions of 39.13 increased to 71.17 in the first cycle and increased to 88.13 in the second cycle. The percentage of students who completed also increased, in the initial condition, students who completed learning were only 17.14%, increasing to 50% in cycle I and increasing to 80% in cycle II. This increase is due to the variation peer-teaching models learning method, all students can be actively involved in learning. Students who are appointed as tutors are active in helping their group members overcome learning difficulties. Students who have difficulty learning actively ask questions and discuss with tutors who are their own friends.
