This study aims to determine the effect of empathy on teachers work motivation in special needs school. The population of this study are the teachers of special needs school. This study uses a quantitative method with the sample amounted to 81 respondents. This study uses two scales which are the scale of teacher’s work motivation and empathy scale. Both of the scale were arranged by researcher based on work motivation theories of Louis George and Tara Sabhapathy. Empathy scale based on empathy theories of The QCAE (a Questionnaire of Cognitive and Affective Empathy). The hypothesis test used in this study using a regression analysis one predictor. Based on the analysis of data, obtained F count 11.272 > F Table 3.96 with p = 0.001 (p < 0.05). Its means there is a significant influence of empathy on teacher’s work motivation in special needs school. The result shows a positive influence which means if there’s a high level of empathy in special need school’s teachers, then the level of work motivation will be high.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

Abstract The study was conducted to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to Job Satisfaction the sampel of the study nurses were at the Persahabatan hospital. Using 125 nurses working in RSUP Persahabatan as sample. This study used quantitative method. Incidental sampling was used as sampling technique. The meansure of Job satisfaction variables in this study using instruments Job Satisfaction Scale (JSS) and OCB variables in this study was method using instrumen OCB by Organ. Regression analysis performed with SPSS version 17.00 for windows. The study explains that there is significant influence between Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to Job Satisfaction. Regression equation obtained is Y = 75,410 + 0.381 witch means there is a positive influence between job satisfaction with the OCB with the value F = 6.960; p = 0.009 (α <0.05). The determinant index (R Square) to the occurrence of job satisfaction and OCB shows 5.4% and the remaining 94.6% is influenced by other factors beyond job satisfaction. This research is aimed to find out the influence between participative budget, organization commitment and work motivation on the managerial performance of some automotive dealers in Bandung West Java. The method used in this research is empirical research through a mail survey. Data collection was conducted by using questionnaires in which Likert scale is used as the basis. The questionnaires were spread to 179 Dealer managers. The data which were collected, later on, were managed and were analyzed by using dual regression analysis (Multiple regression analysis) through the SPSS program. The result of this research shows that the participative budget, organization commitment, and work motivation give a positive influence on managerial performance. The significant influence of Participative Budget and Organization Commitment partially are about 0,044 and 0,000. The significant influence of Work Motivation on managerial performance partially is about 0,098. The significant influence of participative budget, organization commitment, and work motivation on managerial performance simultaneously are 0,000. It means that partially participative budget and organization commitment give significant positive influence on managerial performance, while work motivation gives insignificant positive influence on managerial performance.  Simultaneously, participative budget, organization commitment, and work motivation give significant positive influence on managerial performance.

This research was conducted to determine the role of empathy toward teacher's self-control in teaching at public elementary school. This research uses quantitative method. Adaptation from QCAE instruments (Cognitive and Affective Empathy Questionnaire) and self-control instruments were constructed based on Averill's theory is occupied as Empathy instruments. The sample of this research is 72 respondents, public elementary school teacher. The method used in this research is regression analysis. The result is positive influence. This shows the higher level of empathy teachers will have impact on the higher self- control. Presentation the influence result is 9,7% and rest influenced by other factors.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the partial and simultan influence of pedagogical competence, professional, and work motivation on teacher performance.Survey method using correlational quantitative approach is employed with a sample of 68 teachers, which constitutes the population.The data is analysed using descriptive analysis, and regression analysis to test R Square and hypothesis test of partial and simultaneous.From the analysis result and test, it can be concluded that there are positive and significant influence of pedagogic, professionalcompetence, work motivation on teacher performance partial and simultaneously represented by the regression equation Ŷ= 14,554 + 0,661 X1 + 0,477 X2 + 0,581 X3.This proves that the higher pedagogic competence, professional competence, and work motivation will impact ona higher teacher's performancein achieving educational goals. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisispengaruh kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru secara parsial dan simultan. Menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional.Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 68 orang guru, diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif regresi linier untuk menguji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Dari hasil analisis dan pengujian  diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru  secara parsial dan simultan, dengan  persamaan regresi Ŷ= 14,554 + 0,661 X1 + 0,477 X2 + 0,581 X3. Ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, dan motivasi kerja, maka kinerja guru juga tinggi dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan.

This research intends to determine: (1) the effect of work communication on employee performance, and (2) the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The population in this research are all employees of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa, totaling 65 employees. The sample utilized in this research is the entire population of 65 employees, thus it is called a population research. Instrument testing was carried out at PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. The validity test used correlation product moment, while the reliability test used Spearman Brown which processed by using SPSS 18.0 for Windows. In the validity test of work communication, there are 9 statements and all are valid. In the validity test of work motivation, there are 5 statements and all are valid. In the validity test of employee performance, there are 9 statements and all are valid. Furthermore, the classical assumption test includes multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test in this research applies multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. The results of this research indicate that: (1) Work Communication (X1) has a partially significant influence on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This is demonstrated by the magnitude of the significance value of 0.029 which is smaller than 0.05. In accordance with these results, it can be concluded that work communication has a significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. (2) Work Motivation (X2) has a partially significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). This is indicated by the magnitude of the significance value of more than 0.008 which is smaller than 0.05. According to these results, it can be inferred that work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. (3) Work Communication (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This is revealed by the magnitude of the significance value of more than 0.008 which is smaller than 0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. (3) Work Communication (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on the Employee Performance variable (Y).

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Truba Jaga Cita. The study's population was 195 employees and a sample of 131 people was determined using the slovin formula. The data used is primary data using the results of the disseminated questionnaire. The analytical techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and determination test The results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test through F test say that there is an influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at PT. The problems in this study are: (1) is there an influence of organizational climate on the performance of junior / MTs teachers in Susukan District, Semarang Regency; (2) is there any influence of work motivation on the performance of SMP / MTs teachers in Susukan District, Semarang Regency; (3) is there an influence of organizational climate and work motivation on the performance of SMP / MTs teachers in Susukan District, Semarang Regency.The purpose of this study is: (1) to find out whether there is an influence of organizational climate on teacher performance; (2) to find out whether there is an effect of work motivation on teacher performance; (3) to find out whether there is an influence of organizational climate and work motivation on the performance of SMP / MTs teachers in Susukan District, Semarang Regency.The population in this study were SMP / MTs teachers in Susukan District, Semarang Regency, which amounted to 157 people, with a sample of 113 people determined by proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, requirements test, single regression analysis and multiple regression analysis which was calculated using the SPSS for Windows version 21 program.From the results of the study, it can be seen that the average score of the organizational climate score of 120.58 is quite good; the average work motivation score of 126.16 includes a fairly good category; the average score of the teacher's performance score of 117.30 is quite good. Prerequisite test results from the research data obtained normal distribution data, homogeneous, linear, not multicollinear, and heteroscedasticity did not occur. From the hypothesis test it was found that there was a positive influence of the organizational climate on teacher performance as stated by the equation Y = 68.786 + 0.402X1; correlation strength of 0.405 with a contribution of 0.164 or 16.4%. There is a positive effect of work motivation on teacher performance which is expressed by the equation Y = 69.409 + 0.380X2; correlation strength of 0.389 with a contribution of 0.151 or 15.1%. There is a positive influence of organizational climate and work motivation together on teacher performance which is expressed by the equation Y = 49,624 + 0,290X1 + 0,259X2; with contributions of 0.221 or 22.1%.The performance of junior high school / MTs teachers in Susukan District, Semarang Regency is influenced by the organizational climate and work motivation of teachers. Aspects of warmth, personal relationships between school members, and the task of teachers in terms of training students still need to be improved. The principal must make efforts to improve the condition.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. The research method used is a quantitative method with the use of primary and secondary data. The population and sample are 50 respondents, who are employees of PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. The result of this study is that compensation has an effect on increasing performance by 2.7%. Partial hypothesis test obtained t arithmetic > t tabel or (1.144> 2.011), this is reinforced by the significance of P value <Sig. 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and partially significant effect between compensation and employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 38.4%. Partial hypothesis test obtained t count > t tabel or (5,470>2,011), this is reinforced by the significance of P value <Sig. 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and partially significant influence between motivation on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing of communication and work motivation contributed 42.8%, while the remaining 57.2% was influenced by other factors. From the hypothesis test, it was obtained that F arithmetic > F tabel or (1,308 < 2,800), this was also strengthened by the significance (0.000 < 0.05). Thus H0 is accepted H3 is rejected. This means that there is no simultaneous positive and significant effect between compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan penggunaan data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dan sampel adalah sebanyak 50 responden, yang merupakan karyawan PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja sebesar 2,7%. Uji hipotesis parsial diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (1,144>2,011), hal ini diperkuat dengan signifikansi P value <Sig. 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 38,4%. Uji hipotesis parsial diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,470>2,011), hal ini diperkuat dengan signifikansi P value <Sig. 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji hipotesis simultan komunikasi dan motivasi kerja berkontribusi sebesar 42,8%,  Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (1,308<2,800), hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan signifikansi (0,000<0,05). Dengan demikian H0 diterima H3 ditolak. Artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. The leadership style on the Management Institution of Government Finance and Asset in Makassar City is tend to the delegate leadership style such as the authority of leader delegate is rather complete to the staff. Therefore, the staff can carry out the work duty freely. This research aims to know and to analyze the influence of leadership style, work commitment, and work motivation to the staff work satisfaction on the Management Institution of Government Finance and Asset in Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province of Indonesia. To implement the aim, this study uses the data collecting through the observation, documentation, and distribution of questionnaire. The analysis uses the quantitative descriptive analysis, hypothesis test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. Result shows that the leadership style, work commitment and work motivation have the positive and significant influence to the staff work satisfaction on the Management Institution of Government Finance and Asset in the Makassar City. Based on the regression analysis result, it indicates that the dominant variable which influences the staff work satisfaction on the Management Institution of Government Finance and Asset in the Makassar City is the leadership style. In addition, the leadership style, work commitment, and work motivation have positive and significant influence to the staff work satisfaction.
