In the last few years, it has often been said that the current fashion system is outdated, still operating by a twentieth-century model that celebrates the individualism of the 'star designer'. In I- D, Sarah Mower recently stated that for the last twenty years, fashion has been at a cocktail party and has completely lost any connection with the public and daily life. On the one hand, designers and big brands experience the enormous pressure to produce new collections at an ever higher pace, leaving less room for reflection, contemplation, and innovation. On the other hand, there is the continuous race to produce at even lower costs and implement more rapid life cycles, resulting in disastrous consequences for society and the environment.

Historically, the American school has been regarded as an essential vehicle by which the child can prepare for adult success. Despite substantial theoretical argument that childhood learning can both prepare children for later schooling and also be an interesting process in itself, the schools, led more often by “people-activists” rather than “scholar-activists,” have tended on the one hand to be uninteresting or on the other hand to lack depth and substance. The paper argues that every child has a right to an interesting school and goes on to propose that, in its best sense, an interesting school is a place which respects the child's interest in a learning process that is deep and filled with intellectual and emotional substance.

Violence has been a part of daily life in both traditional and digital media. Consequently, neither the existence of violence in the media nor the debates on this subject are new. On the other hand, the presentation of violence in fictional content should be viewed from a different point of view, especially in the context of aesthetization. Within this context, in this chapter, the serial of Penny Dreadful is analyzed. As analyzing method, Tahsin Yücel's model of the “space/time coordinates of narrative” is used. And the subject of “aestheticization of violence” is analyzed through a serial with the elements of person, space, and time. Thus, the role of not only physical beauty but also different components in the aestheticization of violence is examined.

It will be thought for sure that any kinds of knowledge will be accumulated and enhanced as Unique Cloud and Smart Cloud. And as a result of this phenomenon, the related space for the world will be able to be indulged in the world of getting processed information as a final use of data for a daily life. This is a very comfortable world to live, but, on the other hand, there might be a possibility which there will be many or some who live only under the offered information and knowledge from intelligent computer systems (Mini Cloud, Unique Cloud, Smart Cloud). So, it is very important to have knowledge of us in investigating whether or not Unique Cloud and Individual Cloud are useful enough to use by inspecting from the outside world even though we are to live in the hypothetical world. And here the authors propose a method to resolve some of the problems under these situations by an idea of “Individual Cloud.”

Chapter 4 examines the topic of the relationship between faith and reason in the thought of Peter Chaadaev, recognized as the first original Russian philosopher. He treated faith and reason as two reliable paths representing feeling (of a temporary nature) and reasoning (which is more constant and stable) respectively, and both leading to God. Opposed to materialism and the newly found positivism, he tried to build a harmonious correlation between faith and natural science. It is argued that, according to Chaadaev, faith is the first stage of cognition but, on the other hand, it demands the confirmation of reason. Therefore, theology and science are complementary disciplines.

With the help of a questionnaire addressed to 882 Senegalese secondary students we have investigated their views of the ideal mother, ideal father, and ideal teacher. We also examined how they perceived their relationships with their teachers and the incidence of family and school environment. Starting from Tap's classification (1966), we have tried to show that love and confidence were the qualities most expected from mothers. On the other hand, characteristics such as authority, pedagogical preoccupations, and justice were expected from fathers. Contrary to Tap's findings (1966) for French subjects, gentleness was a quality given more for fathers than for mothers. Conversely mothers were expected by our subjects to be more dynamic than fathers which contrasts with Tap's results. The students value the moral or affective qualities of the ideal teachers much more than their intellectual qualities. The psychological traits of their actual teachers are described in a rather severe manner; unfavourable answers are more frequent. The prestige of the teacher seems to be still high; they are highly respected in the family circles of 81% of the students. Although the relationships are unequal between parents and teachers intellectually, contacts between them are highly desirable for 75% of the students.

This article revisited the relevance of returning students home's national policy while avoiding the dangers of coronavirus 2019 in the school environment. There has been no medical certainty stating that the danger of the Coronavirus spread among schools is that the government must issue policies that are without good reason as the safest solution. On the other hand, the policy of returning students to study at home also raises some doubts. This study intended to examine various literatures on the suitability of government policies regarding school closures that have been running for almost one year. The data were then analyzed using a descriptive phenomenological approach to obtain medical reasons related to the risk of spreading the virus among school adolescents. Finally, the researchers found that the government policy to repatriate students is still motivated by excessive concern about the transmission of the epidemic among students in the school environment. Until now, the government has not had a strong reason to close schools to avoid the virus. On the other hand, this policy may impact on student learning and other socio-economic disadvantages. Thus, the government would consider these findings in evaluating policies related to overcoming the dangers of the pandemic in the school environment, which consider the disadvantages of education. This article is a potrait of constructing frame of mind in writing, communication and human being. Communication is a process of transforming idea to the other in which the idea can be formed through encoding process to be reformed and reconstructed in decoding process by receiver. The new order framework is the new paradigm of mind. Further more, writing is an action to pour idea to be sedimented and embeded in the form of documented written. Related to writing, communication means transfering message from sender to the other either verbal and or non-verbal process. On the other hand, humaniora is a realm of meaning within human spirit to be humanized and civilized by oneself through education. Educating human being is also a teaching and learning process toward oneself-personalization. The personalization is so called humanization process.
