Learning resources center plays an important role in supporting academic excecution at university. However, the learning resources center context was changed, especially the context regarding to the problems and needs on the implementation of learning resources center. This article discuss the shifting problems and needs on the implementation of learning resources center based on evaluation research findings using Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation models. The research was conducted in the State University of Jakarta’s learning resources center by non-participatory observation and interview with the stakeholders, questionnaire by stratified random sampling toward 212 students and 100 lecturers, and documents study of the learning resources center since 1986 to 2015. This research was conducted in PSB UNJ for seven months (November 2015 - May 2016). The problems updates and the needs developments that underlie the implementation of the learning resources center demands the development of vision and mission, goals, and new functions to be more responsive to the latest problems and needs.

Learning resources center (LRC) was being a place for developing learning systems, training regarding learning skills and instructions, and providing learning resources in university. However, at this time, the LRC existence in university tended to decrease compared to the condition at its establishment. This article discusses the decrease of the LRC existence, particularly regarding the opportunity of the LRC implementation that is reviewed from the formal basis, policies, and funding sources based on the results of the evaluation research by CIPP evaluation model. The research was conducted in the State University of Jakarta’s learning resources center by a questionnaire which is implements stratified random sampling toward 212 students and 100 lecturers, non-participatory observation, interview with the stakeholders, and documents study of the LRC since 1986 to 2015. The data were analyzed by statistical descriptive and qualitative. The research found that the opportunity for LRC implementation is very weak, due to no a substantively supportive policy and insufficient funding source, even though at the time of its establishment has a strong formal basis. A very weak opportunity could lead to the stunned of LRC in university. Hence, stakeholders should formulate policies that substantially support, and strive fixed and adequate funding sources to reinforce the opportunity of LRC implementation in university for the future.

<p><em>This research is motivated by the number of students who have a tendency to behave aggressively. One of the factors that is thought to influence is the ability to manage emotions. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the tendency to behave aggressively, (2) the ability to manage emotions, and (3) test the relationship between the ability to manage emotions and the tendency to behave aggressively in students. The population of the study was 205 students of SMP N 1 X Koto Singkarak in the July-December semester of the 2018/2019 academic year and a sample of 138 students was selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used is the Aggressive Behavior Trending questionnaire with a reliability of 0.942 and the Emotion Management Ability questionnaire with a reliability of 0.741. Data were analyzed by descriptive techniques and Pearson Product Moment. The research findings are: (1) the tendency of aggressive behavior of students in the high category, (2) the ability to manage students' emotions in the very low category, and (3) there is a significant negative relationship between the ability to manage emotions and the tendency to behave aggressively in students.</em></p>

The paper examined how cooperative societies operating in Rivers State have been carrying out poverty reduction activities among their members so as to help them contribute to community development. The study answered three research questions. The population of this study comprised 2,355 members of twenty one (21) registered cooperative societies whose activities cover thrift and loan, and thrift and credit facilities. Stratified random sampling technique was used to sample 1,103 representing 50% of the members of the twenty one (21) thrift loan and credit cooperative societies which were used for the study. Through the study, authors established that cooperative societies in the area of study have been empowering their members through their poverty reduction activities. However, factors such as Lack of capital and corruption among the heads of cooperative societies in the State have been militating against the effectiveness of the cooperative poverty reduction activities. Therefore, in order to sustain the cooperative poverty reduction activities, cooperators need cooperative education.

The purpose of this research is to describe how the lectures of the School of Education in State University of Jakarta use internet as a learning resource. The population covered all lecturers of the School of Education and respondents were selective by proporsional random sampling technique. The data were collected by using questioner and interviewing. The result of the research shows that most of the lecturers have utilized internet for their own interest but not for instructional purposes in the classroom. Very few of the respondents indicate that they are not familiar with internet. The problems in using internet as a learning resource include the limited knowledge of the lecturers in using internet for instructional purposes and limited facility available in the School of Education. This research suggests the School of Education encourages all the lecturers to take benefit of internet as learning resources in each course and it is an urgent need to provide enough facility to access internet for all of lectures.

This research is background by students who experience rejection from peers and become isolated students. Oneof the factors thought to influence it is emotional intelligence. This purpose of this research is to: Describe the emotional intelligence of students, Describe peer acceptance, and Test the significance of the relationship emotional intelligance with peer acceptance. The research approach uses a quantitative approach with descriptive correlational types. The population of this study was 354 students of SMPN 4 Padang and a sample of 201 students selected with Stratified Random Sampling. Data analyzed with descriptive statistical techniques and Pearson Product Moment techniques with the support of the program SPSS for windows 20. The research findings show that: Students emotional intelligence is in the hight category with a percentage of 60,70%, Peer acceptance is in a good category with a percentage of 54,73%, and there is a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and peer acceptance with a correlation coefficient of 0,504 and a significance level0,000.

Self-efficacy is the psychological aspect that shapes human activity. It comes from experience and ability about themselves to accomplish the task. In this article, discussed research findings in 2012 and 2015 on self-efficacy perception students in readiness to complete the task of college, whether there is a change during the period from three years after the condition of efficacy himself in completing the task. This research used a quantitative descriptive method, and took with proportional stratified random sampling. Research in 2012 found that perceptions of self-efficacy students in completing a lecture in the level of underprivileged and research in 2015 found that the level capable and have a contribution in preparedness in completion of the task. The question that will be discussed throughout this article, does self-efficacy have the effect of different educational backgrounds? These findings have an impact of the reality in the practice of counseling services which researchers and colleagues must recognize and handle.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of workload on the job satisfaction of the lecturers of State University of Malang and as a cause of job stress. This research is explanatory research. Employing proportionate stratified random sampling, this research is based on a sample of 176 people. The result shows that workload does not have a significant effect on the job stress. There is, however, a negative and significant influence of workload on job satisfaction. There is also a negative and significant influence of job stress on job satisfaction. Job stress does not mediate between workload and job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis masalah efektifitas pengelolaan perpustakaan di perpustakaan STMIK STIKOM Indonesia ditinjau dari segi Context, Input, Process, dan Product, serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi selama pelaksanaan program dan yang mungkin terjadi jika program dilanjutkan. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di Perpustakaan STMIK STIKOM Indonesia dengan melibatkan ketua STIKI, pustakawan, dosen, dan mahasiswa. Penentuan responden ditunjuk secara stratified random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian ex post facto, dan data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis secara deskriptif-kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan formula T skor yang selanjutnya dikonversi ke dalam Kuadran Glickmann. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen konteks, input, proses, dan produk menghasilkan kategori positif (+ + + +) yang masuk ke dalam kuadran I (sangat efektif). Pada komponen konteks, input, dan proses terdapat kendala kurang efektif pada responden kepala perpustakaan dan pustakawan, sedangkan pada komponen produk tidak ditemukan kendala.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of anxiety and stress among different groups of Sikkim's health-care workers, based on gender and previous exposure to ICU duties. The current study's sample included 152 HCWs who were chosen via stratified random sampling. The anxiety and stress dimension of the Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21) was used to assess anxiety and stress. Based on gender and previous exposure to ICU duty, different groups of health care workers were found to have varying levels of anxiety and stress.

This study aimed to analyze the direct and indirect influence between leadership competencies, organizational culture on employee performance at the State University of Manado. The method used is survey data collection techniques using a questionnaire circulated to 79 employees of class II and III were taken by proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis using regression analysis techniques with  Path Analysis models. The results showed that in total there are significant Leadership Competencies to employee performance through organizational culture at the State University of Manado
