This study aimed to analyze the direct and indirect influence between leadership competencies, organizational culture on employee performance at the State University of Manado. The method used is survey data collection techniques using a questionnaire circulated to 79 employees of class II and III were taken by proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis using regression analysis techniques with  Path Analysis models. The results showed that in total there are significant Leadership Competencies to employee performance through organizational culture at the State University of Manado

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of discipline, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Adi Raya Construction Gresik. The sample used proportionate stratified random sampling technique with 77 employee sampling using krejcie table with error size 5%. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. Results of multiple linear regeresis proves that discipline, compensation and organizational culture is shown to have a partially significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Adi Raya Construction Gresik. These results can be interpreted that the existence, discipline, compensation and organizational culture that has been applied to improve employee performance in PT. Adi Raya Construction Gresik.

ABSTRACTIn the temporary observation the performance of employees in BPR was still low, less activities of service. As for example the credit administration did not only perform their own duties but also did the transfer, and there were still employees who came late and, there were employees who did not finish the job on time, some employees still looked relaxed in doing the job. So it could be concluded that the performance of employees in PD. BPR was still low. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of compensation and organizational culture on employees' performance in PD. BPR Kuningan.This research used a quantitative approach and survey method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Sample and population was employees in PD. BPR Kuningan, amounting to 89 people. Data collection used questionnaires. The validity test and reliability test of data collection were carried out, the results of instrument test stated that the instruments used in this study were valid and reliable. Multiple regression analysis was used to find out to what extent of influence among variables.The result of this research showed that: (1) both compensation and organizational culture had positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) compensation had positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) organizational culture had positive and significant effect to employees� performance.Compensation and organizational culture needed to be improved and maintained on the performance of employees so that the tasks and objectives of the agency could be achieved in accordance with expectations and achieve satisfactory results.�Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Culture, and Employees� Performance�ABSTRAKPada pengamatan sementara kinerja pegawai yang terjadi di BPR masih rendah dilihat, kurang berjalanya pelayanan. Seperti misalnya bagian administrasi kredit selain melakukan tugasnya sendiri juga merangkap bagian transfer, dan masih adanya pegawai yang datang terlambat serta, masih adanya pegawai yang dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya tidak tepat waktu, pegawai masih terlihat santai dalam mengerjakan pekerjaanya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada PD. BPR masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PD. BPR Kuningan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survey. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Sampel dan populasi yaitu pegawai pada PD. BPR Kuningan yang berjumlah 89 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian di uji validitas dan realibilitasnya, hasil uji intrumen menyatakan bahwa hasil intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh antar variabel menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) kompensasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kompensasi dan budaya organisasi perlu ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan atas kinerja pegawainya agar tugas dan tujuan instansi tersebut dapat dicapai sesuai dengan harapan dan mencapai hasil yang memuaskan.�Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kinerja Pegawai.

This study aims to examine the effect of the organizational culture and the leadership upon job satisfaction and job performance of the employees. The samples of this study are 125 employees of PT Promed Farma at the manufacturing division applying the proportional random sampling technique. And the hypothesis test has applied the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The Result of the Analysis has indicated that the organizational culture and the leadership have positively affecting job satisfaction. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have significantly and positively affected job performance of the employees, nevertheless, directly leadership has not significantly affected job performance of the employees. This research has proven that the organizational culture and the leadership have indirectly provided bigger effect upon job performance of the employees when it has been built up thru the highest level of job satisfaction. The variables of the organizational culture, leadership and job satisfaction have determined job performance of the employees which is 75% and the rest of 25% has been determined by other variables that have not been studied yet.Keywords: Organizational Culture, leadership style, job satisfaction and employee performance.

A research that aims to determine the profile of student’s creative who have a concrete sequential thinking styles, sequential abstract, concrete random, and abstract random in solving physics problems at the State University of Makassar. This study is a qualitative research. The sample was taken by using purposive random sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed using Miles and Hubermann model. The results describe creativity of student thinking style in solving physics problems. The conclusion shows that the concrete sequential of thinking’s style "less creative", abstract sequential "quite creative", random concrete "less creative" and abstract random "creative" in solving physics problems at the State University of Makassar

Abstract :This study aims to analyze the effect of the Adversity Quotient on students' entrepreneurial motivation at the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The total population is 1,209 students. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique with a sample of 300 students. In collecting data, a questionnaire was used as a technique for collecting it. Simple regression analysis is a data analysis technique used with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect in increasing student entrepreneurial motivationAbstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efekAdversity Quotientterhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. Jumlah populasi adalah 1.209 orang mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random samplingdengan sampel berjumlah300 orang mahasiswa. Dalam pengumpulan data digunakan angket sebagai teknik pengumulannya. Analisis regresi sederhana merupakan teknik analisis data yang dipakai dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa adversity quotient memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa.

The main problem in this study was suboptimal employee performance in PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia, so that it was suspected that selection and placement affected employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia. The research type was quantitative research. The research population was 252 employees and the sample was 72 respondents sampled by simple random sampling technique and the data collection method used questionnaire. The data analysis was multiple regression analysis, t test and F test using SPSS 24. Based on the analysis result on the effect of selection on employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of Suzuki Finance Indonesia, there was no positive and significant effect. Therefore, h1 was rejected and h0 accepted. As for the effect of placement on employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of Suzuki Finance Indonesia, there was positive and significant effect. Therefore, h2 was accepted and h0 was rejected. Meanwhile, the effect of selection and placement on employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of Suzuki Finance Indonesia was positive and significant. Therefore, the hypothesis was proven.

Performance is a general description of the level of achievement of the implementation of a program activity, wisdom in realizing the suggestions, goals, vision and mission of the organization / agency, then between performance and motivation have a very close relationship because a person's performance is determined by one's ability to carry out tasks given well and able to be responsible for carrying out work. This research was conducted at the Mentawai Islands District Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries by using a sample of 45 people with sample selection. In this study using the Total Sampling technique, namely by taking the entire population as a sample as long as the population is known to be limited. With data analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Motivation affects performance significantly and positively for employees of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Mentawai Islands Regency. The Influence of Professionalism, Organizational Commitment and Ethical Sensitivity on Intention to Do Whistleblowing: Case of Asset and Finance Management Body of Bali Province.The purpose of this research is 1) To know the positive influence of Professionalism on Intensity in doing Whistleblowing case study in Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Provinsi Bali. 2) To know the positive influence of Organizational Commitment on Intensity in doing Whistleblowing case study in Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Provinsi Bali 3) To know the positive influence of Ethical Sensitivity on Intensity in doing Whistleblowing case study in Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Provinsi Bali. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample in this research were 167 employee of Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Provinsi Bali. This study uses simple random sampling technique. Data were analysed using regression analysis techniques, descriptive statistic, determination, f-test, and t-test by software SPSS for windows. The results of the study found that 1) Professionalism has positive and significant effect on Intensity in doing Whistleblowing. 2) Organizational Commitment has positive and significant effect on Intensity in doing Whistleblowing. 3) Ethical Sensitivity has positive and significant effect on Intensity in doing Whistleblowing. The phenomenon of local brands is increasingly in demand and favored by the community, especially for teenagers. High enthusiasm has an impact on the rise of local brands in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the love of local brands (brand love), fashion lifestyle, and buying interest in purchasing decisions of Ventela sneakers. The population used in this study were all students of the UNESA who bought and felt interested in buying Ventela sneakers. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample size of 100 respondents from a population of 26,475 students. Data collection was carried out by surveying and distributing google form questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple regression analysis; f test and coefficient of determination; and hypothesis testing (t-test). The test results show that local brand love (brand love) is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 11.38. The fashion lifestyle variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 3.587.The purchase interest variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 4.468
