There are sources which are needed by a nation, we can say human resource and natural resource. Human resources are one of the important sources for a nation for its growth, instead of natural source. But, still, there are people who have gone to different countries to get a better life for their future as they have said or there are still unemployees number stated. This is only the writer's side of view about the human resources which have a high contribution to the growth of a nation. A nation as a great organization needs to handle its human resources to make it great in many ways of life of the global era nowadays. Human resource management will be needed here and will make many policies to handle this source instead of natural sources.  If a nation doesn’t make any policies to handle to empower, to strengthen them to be great manpower who will conquer every competition of this global era. A fact that we have seen much nowadays is being an entrepreneur. Many young generations started to get settled by doing business that brought much youth too to be hired as part-timers or full-timers, that is really great scene of our youth nowadays (www.businessdictionary.com). They tried to be on their own, they opened their mind not always to be an employee who always got monthly income, so they don’t have to think too much about their life. For those youth, being an entrepreneur is a challenge, they will make other people see that they are able to stand on their own feet. Being an entrepreneur would give them a lesson about human resource management too by doing, and it would teach them more about running and manage their own business, instead of knowing that they could get by reading, listen, and watching from their schools, university, and courses

In the course of the research, we examined the impact of the selection and training system of a Hungarian automotive company on organizational performance, which together ensure the future development of the company. It contributes to the optimization of sales, purchasing and logistics processes, ensures customer satisfaction and the success of the company. In this fast-paced and globalized world, it is essential for companies to be aware that one of the most important factors of production is human resources themselves, whose proper selection and training are a key element in maintaining and developing economic competitiveness. Human resources play the biggest role in the operation of an economic organization. Process quality and process orientation reduce costs, increase profitability, and improve processes to always meet growing requirements. This is the basis of the quality strategy. Therefore, it consistently applies preventive quality assurance methods, learns from failures, eliminates the causes of mistakes without delays and transfers its experience to all areas of the company for preventive action. It is customer-oriented and strives for excellence in all areas, and thus makes it an obligation for everyone to aim for the highest level of customer service. Due to the special peculiarities and characteristics of the labor force, it cannot be compared to any of the production resources. Taking this as a basis, the human resource management used to be more of a functional purpose, while in recent decades human factors have become an essential source of competitiveness. The market operation and performance of an organization depends significantly on how we can select the most suitable workforce. We need to see what the strategic points that determine the role of HR are, and we are also looking for the answer in which direction the needs, expectations and professionalism given by the generational difference move the activities of human resources. The aim of the research is to get an answer to how the employees of one of the leading Hungarian players in the automotive industry perceive the importance of the selection and training of the workforce in maintaining and improving competitiveness. To this end, we used a semi-structured interview, with the help of which we evaluated the current selection and training processes in the light of competitiveness and made suggestions for the improvement and refinement of these processes.

The aim of the study was to obtain a formulation of the implementation of the One-Stop Services Policy (PTSP) in the North Jakarta Administrative City, namely the implementation of Perda No. 12 of 2013, and the Implementation of Presidential Regulation No. 91 of 2017 concerning the acceleration of ease of doing business through the implementation of an information technology-based licensing system (OSS). The research method used a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with a number of informants to determine the conditions and phenomena of the implementation of PTSP policies in North Jakarta. The research involved two research members from students in the framework of thesis research. The results of the research show that implementers have understood their duties and functions, but in the smooth running of their duties, they are constrained by a lack of human resources both in quantity and quality, support for information technology equipment that is not up to date, including the availability of information technology personnel at the district and sub-district levels. Then the OSS policy according to PP No. 24/2018 has not been fully effective, because it has not been fully integrated with the existing licensing system in PM-PTSP DKI Jakarta, namely JakEVO. The main obstacle to policy implementation, namely in terms of human resources, employee status has not been transferred to functional positions so that it affects career ranks and motivation. In addition, there is no HR competency standard for services, for online system services are not implemented according to target. The solution to overcome the obstacles conceptually has not been done.

Over time, this type of cooperative business slowly begins to lose its existencedue to increasingly fierce business competition. This is because the role ofcooperatives, which is identical to the provision of basic foodstuffs for theneeds of the community, has now been taken over by the existence ofsupermarkets both in cities and in the regions. This is due to the influence ofthe industrial technology revolution 4.0 which requires business people tocontinue to be able to improve services and offer technology-basedconvenience so that it has an impact on customer satisfaction. This literaturereview aims to describe the role of the use of information technology systemsfor accounting for primary cash receipts and disbursements in cooperatives.
