The importance of self-discipline for everyone, especially new teenagers, will form a complete personal pattern in developing their potential. This study aims to improve student discipline through the application of Group Guidance Services. The research method used in this study is a quasi-experimental research method. The study population numbered 45 students, the total sample of 10 students selected by simple random sampling technique. This research uses an instrument in the form of a discipline questionnaire with a Likert scale type. Data were analyzed through T-test. The results showed that from the initial test data, the average discipline attitude of students was 86 and after being treated in the form of group guidance services, the average discipline behavior of students increased to 132.5, the increase in discipline attitude was 46.5 points. The results of implementing BK assessments based on group guidance services have a significant positive impact on student discipline.

This study aims at determining the effectiveness of powerpoint games in developing initial mathematical abilities. The approach used was quantitative with a quasi experimental method type pretest-posttest group design. The population of this study was all of the group B early young learners in Koto Tangah Subdistrict, Padang City 2018/2019 academic year. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a total sample of 30 children. The data were collected by using an initial mathematical ability test adopted from REMA the Research Based Early Mathematics Assessment. Data analysis technique was an independent t-test, seeing a comparison of differences in average scores. The result shows that powerpoint games were effective in developing early mathematical abilities in the experimental group compared to the control group. The use of powerpoint games can be an alternative learning media in developing other aspects of development.

GROUP GUIDANCE SERVICES WITH SELF-REGULATION TECHNIQUE TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATION. Learning Learning Motivation students before being given group guidance with self-regulation techniques, knowing Learning Motivation students after given group guidance with self-regulation techniques, knowing the effectiveness of group guidance with self-regulation technique to improve Learning Motivation Student Study Program Guidance and the Counseling Muhammadiyah University of Metro. The long-term goal target after this research is to design a program or model of group guidance with self-regulation techniques in improving learning motivation for Higher Education Level. Sampling in this study using Probability Sampling technique in the form of Simple Random Sampling, which is taking the sample members of the population done randomly without regard to the strata in the population. The subject of the study is the University Muhammadiyah of Metro Student Guidance Study and Counseling Study Program without considering certain criteria. The measuring tool used is the scale of Learning Motivation (learning motivation). The experimental method of one group pretest-posttest design. The results of Group Guidance services with self-regulation techniques can improve the learning motivation of University Muhammadiyah of Metro Guidance and Counseling Study Program students.

Objective The study is aimed at uncovering the impact level of employee motivation and creativity on innovation implementation among SMEs sector in Nigeria Methodology/Technique The study adopted a survey research method to elicit data from the sample of selected SMEs using simple random sampling technique. This article aims to examine the effect of outdoor education activities on student respect behavior. The research method used in this study was an experimental method using the Pretest-Posttest Two Experimental Group Design. This research was conducted in Padalarang State High School 2, West Bandung Regency with a total sample of 40 students, consisting of 15 women and 25 men who were selected using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant increase in students' respect for behavior through outdoor education activities. This research is expected to be a solution for educators to overcome the problems of moral degradation that occur among the younger generation.

The purpose of this study is to see the effect of the implementation of literacy culture on improving the character of elementary school students. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The research design used in this study is quasi-experimental design with the design of one group Pretest-Posttest. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. Data analysis in this study used pair sample t-test with the help of SPSS 25.0. Based on the results of different tests using the Wilcoxon formula shows that the significance value is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Implementation of Literacy Culture on Improving Character of Elementary School Student.

The online deposit service implemented by BMT UGT Sidogiri Klampis Bangkalan Branch is an effort or strategic steps carried out by BMT UGT Sidogiri to attract customers and provide satisfaction and create customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing online deposit services on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The design of this study is quantitative research with data collection methods through questionnaire surveys or questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling method with a total sample of 88 people who use online deposit services. Analysis using simple linear regression, the data is processed using the SPSS 19.0 program. The results of the study show that: (1) the description of quality online deposit services with a percentage of 87%. (2) An overview of customer satisfaction with online deposit services is quite good with a percentage of 84% (3) An overview of customer loyalty to online deposit services by 85% (4) There is a significant influence between online deposit services on customer satisfaction (5) There is a significant influence between online deposit services to customer loyalty. So based on these results, this deposit service should continue to be run and developed in order to continue to provide satisfaction and create customer loyalty that has a positive impact on the existence and progress of the company.

ABSTRACT This study is based on preliminary observations at SMP Negeri 14 Banjarmasin, there are students in schools who do not apply the discipline attitude in the school environment. It was known from students who arrived late at school, dressed not according to the rules, did not go to school without information, went out during class hours, chatting with friends during class hours, neglecting schoolwork and this was often complained by other subject teachers. The formulation of the problem in this study is how much the level of discipline of students before or after being given services and whether group guidance services with role playing techniques are influential to reduce students who lack discipline. This study aims to find out how much the level of discipline of students before and after being given services and knowing group guidance services with role playing techniques can have an effect on improving student discipline. This research method uses quantitative pre-experiment. The population in this study was class VIIIA with a total of 33 students. The results of student discipline before the group guidance service with role playing techniques from the initial test (O1) and the final test (O2) are said to increase student discipline because the value of posttest is higher than the pretest. Thus the researchers concluded that group guidance services were effective in increasing the discipline of class VIIIA students in SMP Negeri 14 Banjarmasin. The present study was undertaken to investigate the impact of social networking on self-esteem of higher secondary school students. A total sample of 200 social networking users and non users of higher secondary school students were selected from four higher secondary schools by using simple random sampling technique. Information blank was employed for collecting data for social networking and Coopersmith's self-esteem inventory (1981) was used for measuring the self esteem of higher secondary school students. Statistical techniques such as mean, percentage and t-test were used for data analysis. The findings revealed that there is a positive impact of social networking on self-esteem of higher secondary school students. It was further revealed that the percentage of male social networking users is greater than the female social networking users.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between motivation with Organizational Commitment at Senior High School Region 1 East Jakarta Administration. The research approach was quantitative research. The research method used was survey data. With the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study were all teachers Senior High School in Region I East Jakarta Administration. The research sample using simple random sampling technique. Total sample study as many as 91 people. Data collection motivation variable (X) and organizational commitment variable (Y) using a questionnaire. The results of the study there is a relationship between motivation and commitment to the organization, this means that the higher the motivation, the higher organizational commitment of teachers at the Senior High School Region I East Jakarta Administration.

This research is motivated because of low learning motivation shown by sleepy behavior during class hours, often forgetting assignments given by the teacher, cheating on friends' work, less attractive to him in doing assignments, difficulty understanding lessons, learning if there are exams or tests, discouraging each face difficulties. This research was conducted quantitatively in a quasi-experimental design with the form of a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students of class XI Kesatrian 2 Semarang High School. Samples taken in this study were 34 students of class XI IPS 3 which were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group of 17 students and the control group of 17 students. With the determination of research subjects using simple random sampling techniques. The data of this study were obtained through a psychological scale of learning motivation. Then the modeling guidance services provided by the modeling technique are on target and on the right material. This is because students after getting a modeling technique group guidance services can apply effective study habits, able to increase enthusiasm in achieving learning goals. Suggestions for supervising teachers are expected to help the supervising teacher to find out student competencies in enhancing learning motivation.
