Abstract - In the 20th century this distance is still a constraint in efforts to measure and retrieve data. In an efficiency effort, a long distance measuring device is required. One method to measure from a distance is to use the Telemetry method. Telemetry is a method for measuring a variable in which monitoring is done remotely. The use of telemetry can be used to transmit data from the flowmeter sensor to be received by the receiver. This study discusses the effect of obstacles on transmitter work to send data to the receiver and test the accuracy of the flowmeter sensor. From this study it can be concluded that the effective distance of data transmission depends on the obstacle, the farthest distance is the moment without obstacles, then decreases when there is a hitch, and will decrease again when one receiver or transmitter is placed in a closed room. And for the accuracy of the sensor, the percentage of accuracy is low at the time of the slow water current, and vice versa high accuracy is obtained when the water current is fast. Based on the research we poured in this journal, water flow measurements using RF Arduino-based 433MHz Modules can measure the flow of water at a distance of up to 35meter with an average error of only 4.1%.

This paper presents a high-accuracy complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) driven ultrasonic ranging system based on air coupled aluminum nitride (AlN) based piezoelectric micromachined ultrasonic transducers (PMUTs) using time of flight (TOF). The mode shape and the time-frequency characteristics of PMUTs are simulated and analyzed. Two pieces of PMUTs with a frequency of 97 kHz and 96 kHz are applied. One is used to transmit and the other is used to receive ultrasonic waves. The Time to Digital Converter circuit (TDC), correlating the clock frequency with sound velocity, is utilized for range finding via TOF calculated from the system clock cycle. An application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) chip is designed and fabricated on a 0.18 μm CMOS process to acquire data from the PMUT. Compared to state of the art, the developed ranging system features a wide range and high accuracy, which allows to measure the range of 50 cm with an average error of 0.63 mm. AlN based PMUT is a promising candidate for an integrated portable ranging system.

Many monitoring methods for dam safety have been proposed in recent years but it is difficult to monitor the arch dam automatically. A novel inspecting method for arch dam safety monitoring is described in this paper. This measurement system is based on the principle of transmitting the comparative displacement one by one. The error and accuracy of the system is analyzed. By this method, a large arch dam can be measured automatically. Long distance data transmission system using CAN bus and Internet is established. It is convenient to monitor the safety of dams from long distances.

The history of mental development on the one and the history of his writings on the other hand form the two separate but essentially intertwined strands of an archeology of Ernst Bloch´s thought undertaken in this book. Bloch as a philosopher is peculiar in that his initial access to thought rose from the depths of early, painful experience. To give expression to this experience, he not only needed to develop new categories, but first and foremost had to find words for it: the experience of the uncanny and the abysmal, of which he tells in Spuren, is on the level of philosophical theory juxtaposed by the “Dunkel des gerade gelebten Augenblicks” (darkness of the moment just lived) and his discovery of a “Noch-nicht-Bewusstes” (not-yet-conscious), thus metaphysically undermining the classical Oedipus complex in the succession of Freud. In this book, psyche, work and the history of the 20th century appear concentrated in Ernst Bloch the philosopher and contemporary witness, who paid tribute to these supra-individual powers in his work as much as he hoped to transgress them.

The article examines the origin and development of Russian graphic landscape art, performed in the technique of engraving on linoleum. It covers the period from the early 20th century, the moment the first masters of this direction of graphic art appeared in Russia, until the late 1960s when linocut, the landscape, in particular, reached its prime and acquired its completely individual, unlike any other graphic technique, characteristic. The authors analyze the linocut landscapes of notable artists of the period described starting with the founder, N.Sheverdyaev, and the leading propagandist of linocut in Russia, I.Pavlov. The article describes the distinctive features of engraving and making prints by famous artists of the 20th century, graphic artists, and not only. This is M.Dobuzhinsky, B.Kustodiev, V.Falileev, K.Kostenko, N.Piskarev, later I.Sokolov, P.Staronosov, and many other not so famous artists. The Soviet period is represented by A.Kravchenko, M.Matorin, I.Sokolov, S.Yudovin, and, of course, A.Zyryanov, one of the well-known printers of the 1960s. The linocut technique is well established in almost all types of landscape. These were industrial, agitational works, glorifying the work of Soviet people, colorful sheets, and lyrical, delicate, and poetic works. The architectural and rural landscape occupied an important place in the work of the letterpress masters: in the urban landscape, of course, the images of the two capitals prevailed, which is not surprising since most of the artists studied and worked in Moscow and Leningrad. The authors of the article drew attention to the creative work of N.Lapshin, F.Smirnov, N.Novoselskaya, A.Smirnov, and others. In the article, the authors try to show how versatile and complex the linocut technique, especially colored, is. The authors want to show that the art of engraving on linoleum helped to view the landscape genre in graphics differently and, possibly, influenced the development of the landscape in other types of prints and painting. The authors are trying to prove that linoleum engraving rightfully takes an equal position with woodcut and etching. The works of masters working in this technique are exhibited in all museums in the country.

Prior to becoming the most dominant cultural product of the modern age, the film began its history as a journalistic concept. The first films made by the brothers Auguste and Louis Lumière in the late 19th century were documentaries. The first film made at the beginning of the 20th century in Serbia was also a type of a newsreel, a documentary. Some of the first cinema owners and cinematographers were journalists. This paper explains the development of documentary film in Serbia, which, in addition to being a film genre, also became a television genre in the second half of the 20th century. The goal of this paper is to show the development path starting from the first feature film and newsreel, to television news - one of the most frequent TV programs of the moment – by using the example of Serbia.

Wireless Sensor Network is a wireless network technology that includes sensor nodes and embedded systems. WSN has several advantages: it is cheaper for large-scale applications, can withstand extreme environments, and data transmission is relatively more stable. One of the WSN devices is nRF24L01+. Within the specifications given, the maximum communication distance is 1.1 km. However, the most effective distance for transmitting data in line of sight and non-line of sight is still unknown. Therefore, testing and analysis are needed so that the nRF24L01+ device can be used optimally for communication and data transmission. Through testing analysis on nRF24L01+ line of sight, Kuta beach location in Bali and non-line of sight on the STMIK STIKOM Indonesia campus. The effective communication distance of the nRF24L01+ module in line of sight is between 1 and 1000 meters. The distance of 1000 meters is the limit of the effective distance for sending data, and the packet loss rate is less than 15% which is included in the medium category. Meanwhile, in the non-line of sight, the effective distance of the nRF24L01+ communication module is 20 meters, and the packet loss is close to 15%, which is a moderate level limit. With the analysis module, nRF24L01+ can be a reference in determining the effective distance on WSN nRF24L01+ in determining remote control equipment data communication.

AbstractFor automating the harvesting of bunches of tomatoes in a greenhouse, the end-effector needs to reach the exact cutting point and adaptively adjust the pose of peduncles. In this paper, a method is proposed for peduncle cutting point localization and pose estimation. Images captured in real time at a fixed long-distance are detected using the YOLOv4-Tiny detector with a precision of 92.7% and a detection speed of 0.0091 s per frame, then the YOLACT +  + Network with mAP of 73.1 and a time speed of 0.109 s per frame is used to segment the close-up distance. The segmented peduncle mask is fitted to the curve using least squares and three key points on the curve are found. Finally, a geometric model is established to estimate the pose of the peduncle with an average error of 4.98° in yaw angle and 4.75° in pitch angle over the 30 sets of tests.

Measurement of high voltage AC, DC and Impulses on a laboratory scale using expensive measuring instruments. In addition, the measurements taken are at a voltage level of 15 KV. Integrated measurement of high voltage AC, DC and Impulses for 15 KV voltage levels using sign transformers has never been done. Whereas high voltage generation using a sign transformer is only able to generate voltage up to 15 KV voltage only. For that we need a voltage measuring device that is able to measure up to a voltage of 15 KV, and does not require expensive costs. In this Final Project, a high voltage monitoring module for impulse high voltage generator module will be designed using visual studio c #. The results of monitoring the high voltage generator module on the C # visual studio form successfully went well. The voltage test performed produces a value close to the actual value with an average error of 0.01 volts. Unfortunately this test is still not perfect because it is still susceptible to noise so that the measurement process is often interrupted.

I artiklen sættes med afsæt i fjernvandreruten fokus på, hvad det er der gør, at vi i Danmark ikke har samme vandrekultur som i vores nabolande.The Missing LinkA long-distance footpath runs from Kilpisjärvi in northern Finland to Alexandroupolis in Greece. However the track does not cross intact but is interrupted on the island of Funen in Denmark. It is no coincidence that the rupture is in Denmark, nor that it is on Funen. In this article this ‘missing link’ provides the starting point to discuss a walking culture, which in Denmark is notable by its absence.At the beginning of 20th century, thanks to the influence of neighbouring countries, the culture of walking did increasingly make itself felt in Denmark. Longer walks became popular and many Danes embarked on hiking tours, walking for several days and spending the night at special ‘vandrehjem’ (or ‘youth hostels’). Since the Second World War this culture has more or less disappeared, and the question asked here is why?The article is divided in two parts. In the first there is a historical review of the development of the Danish culture of walking from the beginning of 20th century until the late 1930’s. This is followed by a discussion of the circumstances that led to the disappearance of this walking culture, focusing on the long distance footpath. This centres on a jostling for supremacy among sporting factions and on the struggle between various outdoor interests, between different management concerns, and between farmers, the state and local authorities about who should have the right to develop and exploit the landscape in southern Funen area. In this struggle organisations representing outdoor activities have been poorly organized and until now the landscape has primary been developed on the premises of agriculture, industry and urbanism.Today the position and status of outdoor life (friluftsliv) and the culture of hiking are improving. Councils in particular are focusing on health, tourism and attracting new residents´, and there is both a political and a popular will to establish hiking trails. For the long-distance footpath these changes mean that the missing link on Funen now disappears and that the hiking trail across Europe is established.
