This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence towards the educators’ professionalism at SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda. This type of research is a field research with a quantitative approach, the data collection techniques in this study are observations and questionnaires which are then analyzed using the Alpha Cronbach formula, this is because the type of correlation in this study is multiple correlation, so to obtain valid and reliable results the calculation uses  the IMB SPSSP 20 with a significant level of 5%. The results found were the relationship between emotional intelligence and professionalism of educators at SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda was 0.750, and the relationship between spiritual intelligence and the professionalism of educators at SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda was 0.756, while the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence towards the professionalism of educators at SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda is 0.836. Thus all the existing variables are said to be related to one another.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the emotional intelligence levels and job satisfaction of the managers and to carry out a research in this sense. In the research, the relationship of emotional intelligence abilities in managers with their own job satisfaction was analyzed. The main population of the study included the managers in different grades of small, medium, and large scale entities from different sectors in Istanbul. The basic purpose of the study was to reveal the relationship between the emotional intelligence dimensions the managers had and their own job satisfaction. In this sense, it was analyzed the effect of emotional intelligence abilities managers had upon their own job satisfaction, and whether there was a relationship between them or not. The field research was carried out with reference to the theoretical framework revealed after the literature review.In methodology section of the study, the findings related to the research and the interpretations were included with the analyses. It was revealed depending upon the correlation and regression analyses performed within the scope of the research that interpersonal relationships factor had effect upon the job satisfaction.

A competitividade tem demandado das instituições ações voltadas para a valorização efetiva dos seus colaboradores, onde a satisfação pessoal e profissional se torne um fator motivacional que impulsione a produtividade das partes envolvidas. O endomarketing é uma ferramenta de gestão que proporciona a aplicação de ações para o melhoramento da comunicação interna, gerando melhorias nas relações interpessoais entre os nutricionistas, que atuam como gestores, e seus colaboradores. Neste sentindo, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo detectar o uso desta ferramenta em Unidades Produtoras de Refeição, bem como, descrever o relacionamento do nutricionista gestor com seus colaboradores. Como metodologia de investigação, utilizou-se a pesquisa de campo na forma quantitativa e exploratória, sendo possível delinear a coleta de dados, por meio de um questionário com 25 (vinte e cinco) questões, o qual se aplicou a (23) vinte e três profissionais em nutrição. Através da referida pesquisa, foi possível identificar que o endomarketing é essencial para a obtenção de resultados positivos. A ação do endomarketing na nutrição resulta diretamente na melhoria da produtividade e na qualidade do serviço do colaborador, contribuindo para fidelização dos consumidores externos. Nowadays, competitiveness has demanded, from the institutions, actions increasingly focused on the effective valorization of its employees, where personal and professional satisfaction become a motivational factor that drives the productivity of the parties involved. The endomarketing as a management tool being used in nutrition, brings this purpose, as it provides the application of actions for the improvement of internal communication, causing benefits in relations among nutritionists. Therefore, the objective of this research is to detect this tool in nutrition, in Meal Producing Units, as well as to describe how it should be the relationship of the nutritionist manager with his collaborators. As a research methodology, field research was used in quantitative and exploratory form, and it was possible to delineate the data collection through a questionnaire with 25 (twenty-five) questions, which applied to (23) twenty-three professionals in nutrition. Through this research, it was possible to identify that endomarketing is essential for obtaining positive results. The endomarketing action in nutrition results directly in improving the productivity and quality of the employee's service, contributing to the loyalty of external consumers.

This research is focused, how to apply several effective Arabic learning methods in improving the ability to read the Kitab Kuning to the Students PBA IAIN Palu. This research is a field research, which provides a systematic description of situations and events, intact and actual, and explain the relationship of the problem being studied. Data collection techniques with field studies, in-depth interviews and observations. The data obtained in the field are then analyzed and compiled in a draft question and answer between the researchers who then make general conclusions to be reported as a result of the research that has been done. The results of this study indicate that the application of several methods among the students of IAIN Palu is not effective except for the qawaid tarjamah method, as mandated in the 1998 curriculum. There is no meeting point between the curriculum and curriculum implementers, in this case the lecturers who are the main factor in not implementing the method according to expectations. While the qawaid tarjamah method is more effective than other methods. In addition, the language skills and reading of the Kitab Kuning owned by IAIN Palu students are very standardized even though the qawaid tarjamah method is very fruitful but not optimal. This is due to the application of the direct method using the Nazariyah al-Wahdah theory, but there is no stability in reading and translating.

This study aims to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with anxiety reduction in students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Institut Kesehatan Helvetia Medan 2016/2017. This study used quantitative approach. Measuring instruments used in the form of emotional intelligence scales are based on the theory of emotional intelligence by Goleman who has 30 items and anxiety reduction scales that are based on Conroy's theory have 30 items. The samples of this study were 80 students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Institut Kesehatan Helvetia. The data analysis method used in this study is the Pearson Product Moment correlation with the correlation r = -0,649, with a significant p = 0,000 means (p <0.01). The results of the research showed that there was negative but significant correlation between emotional intelligence and student anxiety reduction. This shows that the higher emotional intelligence possessed by students, the easier it is to anxiety reduction, and the lower the emotional intelligence possessed by students, the more difficult it is to anxiety reduction.

The purpose of this study is to know: 1) The relationship of intellectual intelligence with learning outcomes of learners in SMKN 4 Padang. 2) Relationship of emotional intelligence with learning outcomes of learners in SMKN 4 Padang. 3) The relationship of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence together with the learning outcomes of learners in SMKN 4 Padang. This research is a type of field research (field research). The nature of this studyis quantitative. Variables are everything that willbe the object of research observation. Population is the amount that is on the object or subject studied that includes all the characteristics or properties possessed by the object or subject it. The population in this study were students of class XI SMKN 4 Padang Year Teaching 2015/2016 which amounted to 457 people. The sample is "part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population". The sample is the partial or representative of the population under study. Data collection techniques that the authors use in this study is to use standardized test instruments. Data processing techniques used in this study is a statistical data processing techniques using correlational analysis techniques and assisted by using SPSS 20.0 for windows. Based on the results of research and discussion in Chapter IV it can be concluded as follows: 1) Proven relation Intellectual intelligence to the results of learning PAI students class XI SMKN 4 Padang because r count 0.388> r table 0.195. 2) Proven relation of emotional intelligence relate to result of learningPAI student of class XI SMKN 4 Padang because r count 0,226> r table 0,195. 3) There is proven intelligence relationship intelligence and emotional intelligence simultaneously to the results of learning PAI students class XI SMKN 4 Padang because r count 0.389> r table 0.195.

This paper is to answer the relationship between the value of sufism courses with the morals of students. This research is a quantitative approach with field research conducted at IAIT Kediri. Researchers used data collection methods with documentation and distributed questionnaires with a sample of 69 students from 115 students. Research findings, sufism is one of the subjects at IAIT Kediri. Students have high academic grades and a moderate level of morals. Researchers found the relationship between the value of sufism science subjects and the morals of students obtained r count value of 0.139 with a significance of 0.051 so Ha is accepted if using a standard probability of 10%. This means that there is a positive relationship between the value of sufism subjects and the morals of students. The higher the value of sufism courses, the better the morals. Although the magnitude of the correlation coefficient is very weak.

Penelitian ini mengkaji kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMA N 4 Magelang dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual SMA N 4 Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan penelitian di lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data, berupa observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, yakni ROHIS sebagai lembaga yang ada di sekolahan yang memiliki kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan. Kegiatan tersebut berimplikasi pada pengembangan pengetahuan dan wawasan agama Islam peserta didik yang kurang tergarap pada kegiatan-kegiatan pembelajaran Pendidikan agama Islam di kelas. ROHIS juga membantu siswa dalam menggali potensi diri, kreativitas, pengalaman keagamaan dan menguatkan keimanan.[The paper examines extracurricular at SMA N 4 Magelang in developing emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. The study uses a qualitative approach in the field (field research). Data collection techniques, in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews. The conclusion talks ROHIS as an institution in schools that have religious activities. These activities have implications for the development of knowledge and insight into spiritual faith students who have not been explored in religious worship with learning activities in the classroom. ROHIS also helps students to explore their potential, creativity, religious experiences and strengthen their faith.]

<p>The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence and thought kretaif to mathematics achievement, emotional intelligence to determine the relationship of mathematics achievement and determine the relationship of creative thinking to mathematics achievement. The method used in this study is a survey with multiple correlation analysis. Population in this research is class VIII SMP N 01 West Cikarang, West Java. The sample in this research is class VIII SMP N 01 West Cikarang, West Java are registered in the school year 2013/2014 as many as 60 students from 12 classes. This study was based on the realization that, the students are people who are steeped in the teachings of Islam. With that being religious teachings they learned, it will make intelligent students of spiritually. Spiritual intelligence possessed of students is expected to shape the personality of students. Issues raised in this study is the relationship between spiritual intelligence with personality students of al-Hidayah Boarding School in Karangsuci Purwokerto. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between spiritual intelligence with personality Al Hidayah Boarding School students Karangsuci Purwokerto or not. This type of research is a field research with quantitative approach to examine the population or a particular sample. The sample was 111 students. Data collection techniques used in this study are observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis is by using Product Moment Correlation analysis. Based on the research conducted, the conclusion about the relationship between spiritual intelligence with personalitystudents of Al Hidayah Boarding School Karangsuci Purwokerto, namely 1) The calculation result obtained Rxy around 0,729 or (Rxy = 0.729). 2) The result of that has been found (Rxy = 0,729) then consulted with the value of r table (rt) contained in the table of product moment. It can be known by using the test significance level of 5% and 1%. 3) test significance level of 5% were Rxy value greater than the value of rt or (0.729 > 0.195). Test significant level of 1% Rxy is greater than the value of rt or (0.729 > 0.256). The authors propose the hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, Ha, which reads “There isRelationship Between Spiritual Intelligence With Boarding School Pupils personality AlHidayah Karangsuci Purwokerto” is acceptable as truth. Artikel ini dilatarbelakangi dari kesadaran bahwa seorang santri merupakan orang yang sedang mendalami ajaran agama Islam. Dengan ajaran agama yang sedang ia pelajari tersebut, nantinya akan menjadikan santri cerdas secara spiritual. Kecerdasan spiritual yang dimiliki santri ini diharapkan dapat membentuk kepribadian santri. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam artikel ini adalah adakah hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan kepribadian santri Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah Karangsuci Purwokerto. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan kepribadian santri Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah Karangsuci Purwokerto. Penelitian lapangan (field research) ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 111 santri. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan mengenai hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan kepribadian santri Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah Karangsuci Purwokerto, yaitu 1) Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh rxysebesar 0,729 atau (rxy= 0,729). 2). Hasil yang telah ditemukan yaitu (rxy= 0,729) kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan nilai r tabel (rt) yang terdapat pada tabel product moment. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dengan menggunakan uji taraf signifikan yakni 5% dan 1%. 3) dari uji taraf signifikan 5% ternyata nilai rxy lebih besar dari nilai rt atau (0,729 > 0,195). Dari uji taraf signifikan 1% rxy lebih besar dari nilai rt atau (0,729 > 0,256). Hipotesis yang penulis ajukan (Ho) ditolak maka Ha yang berbunyi “Ada hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan kepribadian santri Pondok Pesantren Alhidayah Karangsuci Purwokerto” diterima kebenarannya.
