The purpose of this study is to know: 1) The relationship of intellectual intelligence with learning outcomes of learners in SMKN 4 Padang. 2) Relationship of emotional intelligence with learning outcomes of learners in SMKN 4 Padang. 3) The relationship of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence together with the learning outcomes of learners in SMKN 4 Padang. This research is a type of field research (field research). The nature of this studyis quantitative. Variables are everything that willbe the object of research observation. Population is the amount that is on the object or subject studied that includes all the characteristics or properties possessed by the object or subject it. The population in this study were students of class XI SMKN 4 Padang Year Teaching 2015/2016 which amounted to 457 people. The sample is "part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population". The sample is the partial or representative of the population under study. Data collection techniques that the authors use in this study is to use standardized test instruments. Data processing techniques used in this study is a statistical data processing techniques using correlational analysis techniques and assisted by using SPSS 20.0 for windows. Based on the results of research and discussion in Chapter IV it can be concluded as follows: 1) Proven relation Intellectual intelligence to the results of learning PAI students class XI SMKN 4 Padang because r count 0.388> r table 0.195. 2) Proven relation of emotional intelligence relate to result of learningPAI student of class XI SMKN 4 Padang because r count 0,226> r table 0,195. 3) There is proven intelligence relationship intelligence and emotional intelligence simultaneously to the results of learning PAI students class XI SMKN 4 Padang because r count 0.389> r table 0.195.

Jenis penelitian ialah penelitian lapangan (field Study) ini digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan tentang EQ guru PAI, kemampuan guru dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moral keagamaan dan hubungan antara EQ dengan kemampuan guru PAI dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moral keagamaan. Adapun jenis penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kemampuan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam  menanamkan  nilai-nilai  moral  keagamaan  di  SMPN  02  Turatea, dengan menggunakan rumus product moment. Hasil penelitian terdapat korelasi antara EQ dan kemampuan guru PAI SMPN 02 Turatea dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moral keagamaan. Hal ini didasarkan pada perhitungan distribusi frekuensi kecerdasan emosional bahwa sebanyank 40% atau 10 orang responden menyatakan tinggi dan distribusi frekuensi menanamkan nilai-nilai moral keagamaan.   bahwa 48% atau 12 orang menyatakan sedang. Dan pada perhitungan r    = 0. 11 yang kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan harga “r” tabel dengan N     25   an  taraf signifikasi 1% = 0.505 dengan demikian 0.611 0.505, sehingga H   diterima sedangkan H   ditolak.Kata Kunci: Emotional Quotient, Guru, Nilai-Nilai MoralThis type of research is a field research (field Study) is used to describe the method of quantitative research on teacher EQ PAI, the ability of teachers to inculcate moral values of religion and the relationship between EQ with the ability of teachers PAI in instilling moral values of religion. The type of research in this thesis is a correlational study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and the ability of Islamic Education Teachers in instilling moral values of religion in SMPN 02 Turatea, using the formula of product moment. The results of the study there is a correlation between EQ and the ability of PAI teacher in SMPN 02 Turatea give from example religious moral values. It is based on the calculation of the frequency distribution of emotional intelligence that sebanyank 40% or 10 respondents obvious height and frequency distribution instill moral values moeslim that 48% or 12 people said it was. And the calcultation of r = 0. 11 is then to consultation a price "r" table with an N 25 level of significance of 1% = 0505 thus 0611 0505, so that H received while H rejected.Keywords: Emotional Quotient, Teachers, Moral Values

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the emotional intelligence levels and job satisfaction of the managers and to carry out a research in this sense. In the research, the relationship of emotional intelligence abilities in managers with their own job satisfaction was analyzed. The main population of the study included the managers in different grades of small, medium, and large scale entities from different sectors in Istanbul. The basic purpose of the study was to reveal the relationship between the emotional intelligence dimensions the managers had and their own job satisfaction. In this sense, it was analyzed the effect of emotional intelligence abilities managers had upon their own job satisfaction, and whether there was a relationship between them or not. The field research was carried out with reference to the theoretical framework revealed after the literature review.In methodology section of the study, the findings related to the research and the interpretations were included with the analyses. It was revealed depending upon the correlation and regression analyses performed within the scope of the research that interpersonal relationships factor had effect upon the job satisfaction.

This research aims to find and analyze the relationship of creativity with the emotional intelligence in the students MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat, Banten. In this study used quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 115 while a sample of 52 students and schoolgirls by using sampling techniques nonprobability sampling technique with type purposive sampling. In this study, data collection was conducted by sharing questionnaire poll for creativity variables and emotional intelligence variables. The results of the research that has been done first, there is a relationship between the creativity of students with the emotional intelligence of students, in the students of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat. Secondly, The size of creativity of students with the emotional intelligence of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat students, obtained the correlation coefficient = 0.27, with contributions, 07.29%, with significant student creativity variables and students emotional intelligence variables of 2.25. Degrees of freedom (df) 50 are consulted with Significance of 5% by 2.00. Thus obtained ≥ (0.25 > 2.00) at a level of significance 5% then Ha accepted and Ho was rejected. This indicates there is a low relationship between the creativity of students with emotional intelligence students, in the students of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat, Tangsel, Banten. Thus that there is a relationship between creativity and emotional intelligence.

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence towards the educators’ professionalism at SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda. This type of research is a field research with a quantitative approach, the data collection techniques in this study are observations and questionnaires which are then analyzed using the Alpha Cronbach formula, this is because the type of correlation in this study is multiple correlation, so to obtain valid and reliable results the calculation uses  the IMB SPSSP 20 with a significant level of 5%. The results found were the relationship between emotional intelligence and professionalism of educators at SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda was 0.750, and the relationship between spiritual intelligence and the professionalism of educators at SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda was 0.756, while the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence towards the professionalism of educators at SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda is 0.836. Thus all the existing variables are said to be related to one another.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aim is to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on geography learning outcomes. This study design was survey design. This study was divided into four stages those were the preparation stage, the implementation phase, the data processing stage, and the reporting stage. The subjects in this study was students from XII IPS I, XII IPS II, XII IPS III, XII IPS IV and XII IPS V. The data was collected in form of quantitative. There was two kinds of data that presented in this study, data obtained from teachers (personal documents), and data obtained from questionnaires. The results of the t test analysis are smaller than the 0.05 significance level. Therefore it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between emotional intelligence and the learning outcomes of geography. Emotional intelligence has an effect on learning outcomes of 35.7% and the remaining 64.3% is not examined by researchers since those come from another variable. The researcher expects that further research can combine or find other variables that can influence the learning outcomes of geography.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini ber­tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosinal terhadap hasil belajar geografi. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei yang dilakukan pada siswa. Tahapan penelitian dibagi menjadi empat, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pengolahan data, dan tahap pelaporan. Subjek dalam penelitian yaitu kelas XII IPS I, XII IPS II, XII IPS III, XII IPS IV dan XII IPS V. Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data kuantitatif yang diambil dari penyebaran angket. Data terdiri dari dua jenis yaitu data yang diperoleh dari guru (dokumen pribadi), dan data yang diperoleh dari penyebaran angket. Hasil analisis uji t lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan hasil belajar geografi siswa. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 35,7% dan sisanya 64,3% merupakan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Diharapkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengombinasikan atau menemukan variabel-variabel lain tersebut yang dapat memengaruhi hasil belajar Geografi.

Kelas khusus olahraga adalah kelas yang dikuhuskan untuk mengembangkan prestasi olahraga tanpa mengesampingkan prestasi belajar. Prestasi belajar merupakan pencapaian hasil dari pembelajaran yang telah dilalui. Namun sampai saat ini belum adanya hasil penelitian yang mengungkapkan mengenai faktor yang mendorong prestasi belajar siswa khususnya kelas olahraga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas khusus olahraga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa kelas khusus olaharga di SMAN 1 Ciparay. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket serta dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dihitung dengan bantuan microsoft excel 2007. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengarauh dan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas khusus olaharaga.  The relationship of learning achievement special students with emotional intelligence AbstractSpecial sports class classes are classes that are taught to develop sporting achievements without compromising learning achievement. Learning achievement is the result of learning that has been passed. Until now there has been no research results that reveal about the factors that drive learning achievement specially for sport class. The purpose of this study was to study whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence on student achievement in sports class. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive research. The sample in this study was 40 students of special sports class at SMAN 1 Ciparay. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study was calculated with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence and positive relationship between emotional intelligence on learning outcomes of students in special sports classes.

This study aims to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with learning outcomes Biology X class students MIA MAN 3 Medan Year Learning 2017/2018. The population in this study is all students of class X MIA MAN 3 Medan consisting of 5 classes. Sample used 2 classes from 5 classes with total 81 students. To obtain the data of emotional intelligence used questionnaire that has been validated by a validator lecturer. While the results of biology learning taken from the value of daily student ulagan obtained from teachers of Biology study. The data obtained are searched for the mean value, standard deviation, and test the data requirements. Emotional intelligence of students has ± SD of 91.30 ± 9.26, while the student's biology learning outcome is 78.37 ± 8.73. From the results of statistical analysis known the relationship of emotional intelligence with the results of biology students have a linear regression equation and have a meaningful relationship, this we can see from the high correlation coefficient of 0.871 and the amount of emotional intelligence contribution to student biology learning results of equal 75.69%. This means that emotional intelligence has a positive relationship with learning outcomes Biology X class student MIA MAN 3 Medan Year Learning 2017/2018.Keywords: Emotional intelligence, learning outcomes.

Critical thinking skills is a very important aspect that students must have in learning chemistry, especially in solving problems that require deeper alternative solutions. This research aims to analyze the relationship of critical thinking on student learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material. In this research, there were 48 students sampled, the technique used for sampling was purposive sampling. For data analysis in this research using correlation and regression tests with a probability value of 0.05. From the results of the linearity and correlation tests found that students 'critical thinking skills have a relationship with student learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material by 0.599 and the regression results also show the same thing that there is a significant relationship between students' critical thinking skills with learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material that is seen from the comparison of the significance value (0,000) with a probability value (0.05), (0,000 <0.05) means that there is a positive relationship between critical thinking skills with student learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material in SMAN 1 Kampar. The contribution or contribution of students' critical thinking skills to learning outcomes in the hydrolysis material is 35.9% while the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors. The higher the level of critical thinking skills of students, the greater the significant functional relationship to learning outcomes, and also the greater contribution / contribution of critical thinking skills to student learning outcomes.Keywords : Critical thinking skills, learning outcomes, correlation and regression analysis, salt hydrolysis

ABSTRAKHasil belajar (prestasi belajar) merupakan perubahan perilaku yang diperoleh seseorang setelah mengalami aktivitas belajar. Perolehan aspek-aspek perubahan perilaku tersebut tergantung pada apa yang dipelajari oleh seseorang. Berhasil atau tidaknya seseorang untuk belajar disebabkan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pencapaian hasil belajar (prestasi belajar) yaitu berasal dari dalam diri orang yang belajar dan ada pula yang dari luar dirinya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya, diantaranya adalah motivasi dan minat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan minat masuk Program Studi D  III Kebidanan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa  STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa Program Studi D III Kebidanan STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro sebanyak 39 mahasiswa dengan  teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 39. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Analisis hubungan variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Yates Correction. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara motivasi masuk Program Studi D III Kebidanan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa           (ρ =0,027) dan ada hubungan antara minat masuk Program Studi D III Kebidanan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa (ρ =0,044). Saran untuk Program Studi D III Kebidanan STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro agar meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa Prodi D III kebidanan STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro dengan cara dosen atau pembimbing akademik menciptakan kondisi pembelajaran yang menarik, sarana prasarana yang menunjang, hubungan antara dosen dan mahasiswa yang baik, sehingga mahasiswa terdorong untuk butuh dan terus belajar dan melakukan pemantauan dan pendekatan lebih dalam terhadap mahasiswa tentang tujuan mereka untuk masuk di Program Studi D III Kebidanan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, minat, prestasi belajar  ABSTRACT      Results of learning (learning achievement) is obtained by a person's behavior changes after experiencing learning activities. Acquisition aspects of the behavior change depending on what is learned by someone. Success or failure of someone to learn due to several factors that affect the achievement of learning outcomes (learning achievement) that comes from within the person who studied and some are from outside himself. Many factors influence it, such as motivation and interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation and interest in D III Midwifery Studies Program with student achievement STIKES Insan Scholar Husada Bojonegoro. This type of research is analytic correlation. This study used cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all students of the D III Midwifery STIKES Insan Husada Bojonegoro Scholar at least 39 students with a total sampling with a sample of 39. This study used a questionnaire instrument. Variable correlation analysis done using Yates Correction. Results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between motivation incoming D III Midwifery Studies Program with student achievement (ρ = 0.027) and there is a correlation between interest in D III Midwifery Studies Program with student achievement (ρ = 0.044). Suggestions for Study Program D III Midwifery STIKES Insan Scholar Husada Bojonegoro in order to increase student achievement Prodi DIII midwifery personnel STIKES Scholar Husada Bojonegoro by way of a professor or academic supervisor creates an attractive learning conditions, infrastructure that support, the relationship between faculty and students good , so that students are encouraged to take and continue to learn and perform monitoring and deeper approach to the students about their goals for entry in the D III Midwifery Studies Program.
