There is no doubt that almost all companies recognized the necessity and the significant role of marketing strategies in the development and the progress of any business. However, the challenge still is how to elaborate and create effective marketing strategies? The purpose of this study is to investigate and illustrate how we could create efficient marketing strategies by using the Collective Intelligence approach? Interviews were conducted with marketing department teams; added to participants from other department members and also customers and stakeholders. through three different steps (before, during, and after the use of this approach); in order to provide and discover the feedbacks and results of all participants through the implementation of the Collective Intelligence approach. Following the result; There is a consensus from the participants of this research study confirmed that the use of this new concept of collective intelligence will not only transform the design of the future trajectory of elaboration of marketing strategies but also the future of work.

The purpose of this research study was to identify how mega-events that had been established in the official calendar of SPTuris (São Paulo Tourism Company) in 2020, of the Municipality of São Paulo, Brazil, have adapted to the coronavirus pandemic. The study verified the impacts and obstacles caused in the event industry as well as the mitigation of such difficulties. A presentation was made on concepts, classifications of events, their history, and position in the market, including a description of actions by organizers not to stop all activities; the authors also included an interview with a representative of two companies in the event industry. The study conclusion was that most events opted for the internet and social media, in addition to drive-thru and delivery activities in the case of gastronomy; and that there have been gains in health safety and in the role of hybrid events in the future.

The success of epicyclic gears in marine main propulsion has been well established. Their small size and weight has led to their introduction in many types of vessel. Epicyclic gears were used in many of the very early naval gas turbine powered vessels and, indeed since then, nearly 250 gears have been supplied for use with a marinized version of the “Proteus” gas turbine. The construction of this and other gas turbine propulsion gears is discussed in some detail to illustrate the basic concepts and design of the gearing. Because of the difficulties in providing astern power in a gas turbine powered ship without the use of a C.P. propeller, there has been interest in the use of a high power reversing gear. Here epicyclic gearing shows a definite advantage over the equivalent alternatives and indeed was used in the naval vessels referred to earlier. Some of the parameters relating to large reversing epicyclic gears are described and the future role of reversing gears is discussed. The description of recently delivered merchant marine triple reduction epicyclic gears is given. The gears transmit 8200 kw from an industrial type of gas turbine and are each installed in a 45,000 tons bulk carrier. Epicyclic gears have played a significant role in the development of gas turbine ship’s propulsion and their future role is discussed in relation to present and projected requirements.

This research study explains the “Role of producers in giving awareness and treating reenacted crime stories in Pakistani TV Channels” and how is awareness given and crime being treated by using camera angles, animation, indoor & outdoor sets and props by the producers. Study is based on the notion of awareness regarding crimes and reenacted crime shows and role of producers during production of any program. Research study analyzed content of program to monitor the agenda of crime shows. Two methodologies of research quantitative and qualitative by using method of content analysis and framing analysis has been used in study. Data was collected by analyzing content of programs and observing the production techniques which used in reenactment crime shows. Study discussed production elements of shows that play significant role to set agenda of sensationalism & exaggeration of crimes among viewers.

BACKGROUND As the COVID-19 pandemic rages on worldwide, social distancing and minimising face-to-face interactions remain key to reducing the spread of disease. As a result of this change, the field of tele-dermatology has matured rapidly and has become widely adopted. OBJECTIVE The objectives of this paper are to review the literature on the use of tele-dermatology during the COVID-19 pandemic - to identify how tele-dermatology services were implemented, the benefits of tele-dermatology, its challenges and limitations, and the implications for tele-dermatology in the future. METHODS A literature search for articles on the PubMed database was conducted using the keywords “tele-dermatology” and “COVID”. Results were filtered for articles written in English and published in the years 2020 and 2021. We included articles that meet the following criteria: studies that describe the experiences of an institution that has implemented tele-dermatology during the COVID-19 pandemic or qualitative studies surveying the perceptions of patients and/or doctors after using tele-dermatology as a platform. We excluded articles that merely discussed tele-dermatology without describing any first-hand experience. To prevent duplication of findings, we also excluded system reviews. Relevant articles were identified by their title and abstracts. Full text, where available, were retrieved for the identified articles. RESULTS The results were retrieved on 26th May 2021. A total of 112 results were identified. 33 articles met the inclusion criteria, of which 30 articles had full text available for retrieval. The following themes were identified from the articles and discussed: implementation of tele-dermatology, the benefits of tele-dermatology during a global pandemic, the limitations of tele-dermatology, and the possible role of tele-dermatology in the future. CONCLUSIONS The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly hastened the adoption of tele-dermatology worldwide. As we adapt to the increasing prevalence of this relatively new platform and overcome its various barriers and limitations, there is no doubt that tele-dermatology will play a significant role in the care of patients suffering from skin diseases in the post COVID-19 era.

PurposeWhat is the future of work going to look like? The aim of this paper is to show how the sociology of expectations (SE) – which deals with the power of visions – can make important contributions in terms of thinking about this issue by critically evaluating the dominant expert positions related to the future-of-employment- and artificial intelligence (AI) debate.Design/methodology/approachAfter providing a literature review regarding SE, an approach based on the latter is applied to interpret the dominant ideal-type expert positions in the future of work debate to illustrate the value of this perspective.FindingsDominant future scripts can be characterized by a focus on the effects of AI technology that give agency to technology and to the future, involve the hype of expectations with polarized frames, and obscure uncertainty. It is argued that these expectations can have significant consequences. They contribute to the closing off of alternative pathways to the future by making some conversations possible, while hindering others. In order to advance understanding, more sophisticated theorizing is needed which goes beyond these positions and which takes uncertainty and the mutual shaping of technology and society into account – including the role expectations play.Research limitations/implicationsThe study asserts that the dominant positions contain problematic assumptions. It makes suggestions for helping move beyond these current framings of the debate theoretically. It also argues that scenario building and backcasting are two tools that could help move forward thinking about the future of work – especially if this is done in a way so as to build strongly on SE.Practical implicationsThe arguments presented herein enhance sense-making in relation to the future-of-work debate, and can contribute to policy development.Originality/valueThere is a lack of adequate exploration of the role of visions related to AI and their consequences. This paper attempts to address this gap by applying an SE approach and emphasizing the performative force of visions.

Within interpretive qualitative research such as hermeneutics, there is a strong connection between past, present, and future in forging understandings of experience. We argue that foundational concepts related to temporality in hermeneutic philosophy can play a key role in participatory research approaches. Participatory research involves working with stakeholders over time, getting to know what is important to them, and attempting to understand how research objectives align with people’s past histories and hopes for the future. We developed a model to exemplify the role of hermeneutics in participatory research, with a particular emphasis on hermeneutic temporality. This model follows the image of a ship that follows three phases: onset, sailing, and ripple effect. As illustrated with a research example in child mental health, we consider that following this model can promote the engagement process with stakeholders, emphasize the importance of people’s situated experiences in shaping a specific research study, and facilitate addressing ethical challenges that may arise.
