In the article, the current problem of reducing the cost of pipe‑rolling products, which is especially acute in the world market of metal products high competition conditions is considered. A significant share in the cost of pipe products stands at the cost of rolling tools. Reducing the cost of buying a deforming tool allows you to make considerable savings in the seamless pipes’ production. The article presents: analysis of the economic efficiency of manufacturing long cylindrical mandrels from a semi‑finished product – forged billet at OJSC «BSW – management company of «BMC» holding»; development of the technological process for the production of long mandrels depending on the required size; the results on the manufacture of long cylindrical mandrels from forged billet at OJSC «BSW – management company of «BMC» holding», as well as their industrial tests in the conditions of the pipe rolling shop. A positive result of using long mandrels of the PQF mill made of forged blanks was obtained.

The market of mineral fertilizers is developing rapidly, which contributed to the growth of agricultural production in general and the growth of demand in the world market in particular. As a result, the supply of mineral fertilizers on the market, which is formed due to its own production and import of products, grew. Chemical companies, taking into account the current situation, have shifted from the insolvent domestic market to the world market, as a result of which this segment has provided, along with the metallurgical industry, a significant share of foreign exchange earnings over the past decade. Mineral fertilizers are an important source of nutrient return to the soil and the basis for modern modern technologies and profitable agribusiness. In recent years, Ukraine has seen an increase in the use of basic types of mineral fertilizers, as well as an increase in the application of complex fertilizers. Demand for fertilizers in Ukraine is formed by farms of various organizational and legal forms and sizes of land use, including large agricultural holdings, where considerable attention is paid to the intensification of agricultural production.  In the usual technological mode, the neutralization of phosphoric acid in the apparatus of the high-speed evaporator-evaporator (SAV) is carried out with liquid ammonia. Liquid ammonia in the SAV apparatus first evaporates, and then gaseous ammonia reacts with phosphoric acid. The neutralization process results in a low-concentration ammophos pulp. It is established in the work that during the research of ammophos production in the conditions of vibrogranulation the technological process is improved due to the installation of more optimal nozzles of the BGS apparatus. The characteristics of raw materials, finished product and auxiliary materials are analyzed; physico-chemical bases of the process. Selected technical characteristics of the main and auxiliary equipment. According to the results of the research, it is proposed to install a transport nozzle, to improve the optimal conditions of the technological process, structural elements of the main devices.

The commonly told story is that China started manufacturing lower-quality panels and dumped them on the world market at prices near (or even below) the cost of production. The truth is more complicated. Chinese manufacturing at scale played a part, but so did German industrial policy and a focus on improving the complete power system, not just the PV cells.

Although there is a positive result in the mining industry sector, mineral products are exported in low price compared to the world market one. Besides there is a negative factor that impacts on competitiveness of products in the world market budgeting due to the unorganized mining trading, and quality of mineral products is unsatisfactory. Establishment of Mining Exchange based on research of mining sector’s issues in Mongolia is required. The research on Mining Exchange of international exchange considered the experience of minerals reserve, manufacturing and consumption.

This article analyzes the energy identity crisis in some oil-producing countries. It highlights that the retail price for gasoline in countries such as Libya, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Yemen was at or below the cost on the world market of the petroleum needed to produce it. However, Egypt went from an exporter of more than 300,000 barrels of oil a day in 1999 to a net importer beginning in 2009. And as a consequence, the prices for gasoline in Egypt went from below the raw material cost in 2006 to being comparable to those in the United States. Tunisia shifted from an exporter to an importer in 2000. Thanks to strong consumption growth, Bahrain has also seen its exports plummet from more than 30,000 barrels a day in the 1990s to around 3500 today. The Saudi consumption curve is climbing at about 4% per year, and unless the country can raise production above 11 million barrels a day, its exports will disappear by 2050.

Annotation Purpose. Improving the methodology of substantiation of the selection of energy means for performing technological operations in walnut orchards, which is the basis for further determination of their rational parameters. Methods. The research uses the principles of systems analysis, as well as monographic and graph analytical methods. Results. Performing technological operations in walnut orchards requires special features from tractors: movement in the rows of the garden without damaging the tree crown; providing aggregation of symmetrical machines and with lateral displacement; availability of a universal hydraulic system for the drive of working bodies; to provide statistical and dynamic stability when hanging agricultural machines. To achieve this goal, it is advisable to consider the tractor on a two-parameter classification system, ie the transition from traction to traction-energy concept, take into account the traction force of the tractor on the hook and the effective power of the tractor engine. To substantiate the parameters of the energy means of performing technological operations in perennial walnut plantations, an algorithm is proposed that allows taking into account the technical and technological parameters of MTU. It is developed on the basis of information on the technologies of growing walnuts available on the world market and technical means for their implementation. It is developed on the basis of information about the technologies and technical means of walnut production available on the world market and allows carrying out their system-structural analysis. The identification of domestic and foreign energy remedy available on the market to ensure the technological process of walnuts production was carried out and correlation-regression analysis was performed, which allowed establishing the relationship between tractor cost and their parameters: engine power, operating weight. The proposed dependences make it possible to substantiate the rational (optimal) parameters of the technical support of the entire technological process with different subject-production characteristics. Conclusions. Based on the analysis of existing methods of substantiation of parameters of energy remedy for technological operations of agricultural production it is established that specialized methods that would take into account the peculiarities of walnut production absent. A new technique has been developed that will increase the efficiency of substantiation of energy parameters during the technological operations of walnut cultivation. The identification of available on the market energy remedy, machines and tools for technological operations of walnut production is carried out and their parametric and cost indicators are established. Based on these data, a regression analysis was performed, which made it possible to establish the relationships between price and their parametric indicators. Methods of disposal of manure / litter. There is a large amount of biological waste as a source of organic nitrogen in humus-forming fertilizer. The solution to this situation is the use of a new technological process - blending manure / litter with slaughter waste, as well as subsequent autoclave treatment and drying of the mixture. Equipment for manure / litter drying can be installed on the territory of the livestock / poultry complex in a convenient location. Installation options will be different, depending on the type of manure / litter, the presence / absence of slaughter production, the type of animals or birds, but only slightly. The set of equipment will be almost the same in all cases. As a fundamental decision on the use of new technology at the state level would be the following. Logistical, technological and territorial unification of two major tasks: disposal of solid waste with obtaining huge amounts of thermal energy and simultaneous disposal of manure / litter to produce humus- forming fertilizer. The economic efficiency of the proposed technology is determined by the cost of drying. The production of dried fertilizer is very energy intensive, since have to evaporate huge amounts of water.

This new business model should not only reduce the cost of flights, but also create a basis for further space exploration. In order to create sustainable economic growth in Russia, it seems necessary to develop the whole range of priority areas. One of the most promising is the rocket and space industry. The reasons are the large turnover, experience and unique technological competencies. We believe that Russia will succeed in case it activates internal reserves of a country and wisely uses global market opportunities. Technical and technological development of the rocket and space and related industries will strengthen the state’s position in the world market and will enhance the international competitiveness of Russian enterprises. In this article, authors analyze the current state of the Russian and world space markets, evaluate the performance of RSC «Energia», formulate proposals for modernization of company's activities that will help Russia strengthen and expand its positions among the global players.

Introduction. The paper is devoted to the problems of Ukrainian aviation enterprises. The paper analyzes the state of the world air transportation market, determines the place of Ukraine on it. The trends in the aviation services market for the first quarter of 2017-2020 are revealed. The urgency and necessity of modernization of Ukrainian enterprises is due to a number of factors: significant structural and technological backwardness, a high degree of depreciation of fixed assets and a significant level of capital and material consumption of equipment; low standard of living and purchasing power of the population; unsatisfactory state of innovation system and market infrastructure. The purpose of the paper is to increase the relative efficiency of the airline by bringing the active part of fixed assets in line with the new conditions and requirements. Results. The fall of the passenger transportation market is determined. The increase in the cost of air cargo was tracked. When studying the current state and trends in the development of the industry, the post-COVID-19 factors were identified, which led to a change in the cost of freight transportation. Conclusion. Taking into account the indicated tendencies and operating conditions in the world market and the Ukrainian air transportation market, an algorithm for modernization is proposed, within the framework of which the tactical goals of the aviation enterprise are indicated, the result of the implementation of which should be an increase in the profitability of freight traffic. The results of the work of theoretical and practical aspects of modernization of air cargo in Ukraine gave grounds to draw the following conclusions: modernization of Ukrainian airlines should be carried out at the micro level in order to increase the profitability of operating activities; the level of profitability of the airline can be influenced by both internal and external factors; the change in the coefficient depends on the general economic situation of the country or the world, the level of inflation, the devaluation of the national currency, organizational and technical problems in production, the volume of services sold, etc.
