Abstract: Spiritual intelligence (SQ) is the highest intelligence of human beings. There is correlation between spiritual intelligence and Allah. On the other word, someone who has spiritual intelligence should have highest relationship with Allah S. W. T.  Then, its relationship affected interaction among others because of Allah aided. Tarekat Qodiriah wa Naqsyabandia is one of the spiritual activities and it held at Masjid Al Bukhari Mojoroto Gelanglor Sukorejo Ponorogo. This activity is expected to increase spiritual intelligence of the pilgrims.To uncover those phenomenon, this study formulate the problem as follows 1) How is the implementation of Tarekat Qodiriah wa Naqsyabandiah at Masjid Al Bukhori Mojoroto Gelanglor Sukorejo Ponorogo ? 2) How are the pilgrims whose join Tarekat Qodiriah wa Naqsyabandiah at Masjid Al Bukhori Mojoroto Gelanglor Sukorejo Ponorogo? 3) What are the roles of Tarekat Qodiriah wa Naqsyabandiah to increase spiritual intelligence of the pilgrims in Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Poncol, Magetan?. This study conducted Descriptive Qualitative approach. Interview, observation, documentation were used to collect the data.Those found that (a) the implementation of Tarekat Qodiriah wa Naqsyabandiah at Masjid Al Bukhari Mojoroto Gelanglor Sukorejo Ponorogo is held thirty-five a days on Minggu (Sunday) Wage.  Furthermore, their activities are dzikir, istighosah, khususiah, reviewing Kitab, and manaqib. (b) There are diverse social stratification of the followers such high, low, and medium stratum.  They are almost 30 years old. (C) The activities of Tarekat Qadiriah wa Naqsabandiah at Masjid Al Bukhari Mojoroto Gelanglor Sukorejo Ponorogo have important roles in increasing Spiritual Intelligence, because the main sets of this activity provides one’s moral and social intelligences, able to manage themselves and have good relationship among others. Objective - Spiritual intelligence is intelligence that is capable of producing Muslim personality. It aims to maintain a good relationship with God, fellow human beings and nature. This study aims to clarify the role of spiritual intelligence information of ulul albab personality. Methodology/Technique - The methodology is content analysis with a qualitative approach. This study emphasized the establishment of an inductive theory. Findings - This study found that there are eight roles of spiritual intelligence in ulul albab personality. Abstract. Leadership is the ability to influence a group towards achieving goals. A leadership certainly has a benchmark of leadership success which will further be referred to as an indicator of leadership success, which is certainly related to the course of the organization during his leadership. The success of leadership is caused by several factors, one of which is spiritual intelligence. The purpose of this study is to describe the spiritual intelligence of President BES JA, the success of President BES JA's leadership, and the relationship between the two. This research is a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the three old Presidents of BES JA. The results of this study are that the President of BES JA has a good relationship with Allah SWT and relations with fellow human beings and their leadership at BES JA in each period is considered quite successful in developing work programs, formulation and implementation of the regulations of the cottage, and the way BES JA stewardship wheels. And there is a link between spiritual intelligence and leadership success.

This study aims to describe and analyze religious tourism as an effort to increase the spirituality of visitors or pilgrims in the Tomb of Kwitang Jakarta. Increased spirituality is a process of change from bad to better by constantly carrying out God's command and away from God’s prohibition consistently with the guidance of the values of faith to recognize and understand feelings Self, others, self-motivated, and able to manage emotions in relation to others. Meanwhile, the Sacred Tomb of the Mosque Ar-Riyadh Kwitang is one of the famous religious tourism sites in Jakarta, which is visited by many individuals and groups. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach with the respondent of the sacred grave of Masjid Ar-Riyadh Kwitang Jakarta. This research produces some important points about the process of improving spiritual intelligence through religious tourism. Keywords: Spirituality, Religious Tourism, Sacred Grave Kwitang. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis wisata religi sebagai upaya untuk peningkatan spiritualitas pada pengunjung atau peziarah di Makam Keramat Kwitang Jakarta. Peningkatan spiritualitas merupakan suatu proses perubahan dari yang tidak baik menjadi lebih baik dengan senantiasa melaksanakan perintah dan menjauhi larangan Allah secara konsisten dengan bimbingan nilai-nilai rukun iman untuk mengenali dan memahami perasaan sendiri, orang lain, memotivasi diri, serta mampu mengelola emosi dalam berhubungan dengan orang lain. Sedangkan, Makam Keramat Masjid Ar-Riyadh Kwitang merupakan salah satu tempat wisata religi terkenal di DKI Jakarta, yang banyak dikunjungi oleh masyarakat secara perseorangan maupun kelompok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan responden pengunjung makam keramat Masjid Ar-Riyadh Kwitang Jakarta. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa poin penting mengenai proses peningkatan kecerdasan spiritualitas melalui wisata religi. Kata Kunci: Spiritualitas, Wisata Religi, Makam Keramat Kwitang.

Love is the strong affection a person has towards the other person. Love can be between people of different gender, age, colour, social status, religion, or nationality. True love knows no boundaries, and that is why there exist different types of love. Most of the different types of love are derived from ancient Greek. The purpose of the study is to show why different people will have a different kind of love and why each of the love is important to the parties involved. The love between two people can take different forms, and two parties cannot have all the ten types of love discussed. The ten types of love discussed include love for parents, love for friends, agape love, love for animals, intimate love, selfish love, and unenduring love for friends, love for close friends, obsessive love towards people, and child love. Each of the love is unique in its way and is beneficial to both parties involved. The greatest of these types of love is agape love. A good example of agape love was portrayed in the life of Jesus in the Bible. He loved the human race unconditionally and gave all to save them from humanity. Also, child love and parent love are important types of love because they enhance strong bonds between parents and their children. Animal love can be obsessive because it will make a person become too close to animals in caring for them. However, it’s an important type of love because it creates a good relationship between human beings and animals. Animals tend to feel protected in the presence of human beings.

This paper aims to explain the contestation among news programs in deal with a television media business. This research appropriated the Media Economic Theory derived from Vincent Moscow and the Theory of Media. The research uses a postpositivism paradigm. This paper follows a descriptive-qualitative approach. Findings: the contestation among news programs has a good and quality competition of television media business. And also, this research explains how broadcastiong station strategy can produce a program to reach an success and beyond a rivality in similar program that propose by the other broadcasting station.

This study to analyze and describe the educational values of characters contained in java textbooks of elementary school of curriculum DIY. This research expected to produce the findings on any character education in accodance with the guide lines of character education and culture of the ministry of National Education and Culture. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach in order to describe the educational values of characters cntained in Java textbooks of Elementary School of Curriculum DIY the published by Erlangga, Tiga Serangkai, and Yudistira. Based on research that has been done is produced findings that not all the values of character education according to the guidelines of character education and culture of the Ministry of National Education and Culture totaling eighteen value of character education, contained in the Java language textbook published by Yudistira, Erlangga, and the Tiga Serangkai. Therefore, researchers gave suggestions to the author of textbooks, in order to pay more attention to the contents of the content of a book he wrote. Especially in terms of integrating the values of education. then for teachers, to be more selective in choosing books that will be used to teach. On the other hand, teachers should know and understand the values of character education contained in the book uses.Keywords: character, textbooks, javanesse language

The marketplace has experienced unprecedented growth in the last few years, which significantly impacts changing consumers' ways of performing their consumption behaviour by offering a new payment method called PayLater. PayLater is assumed to lead people into consumptive behaviour on buying products due to processing the payment later. Notwithstanding, Islam has certain principles regarding consumption activities, including the prohibition of extravagance in personal consumption and collectively. Thus, in Islam, consumption must be based on needs, not just the fulfilment of lust which is, of course, endless. This study examines the influence of PayLater on Muslim consumption. This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Based on the analysis, this study confirms that Islam guides all human beings, specifically Muslims, to consume based on their ability. Muslims is suggested to manage their consumption which implies that Muslim's consumption expenditure should not be greater than their income, leading to wasteful behaviour. On the other hand, Muslims should not suppress their expenditure which will lead to destruction.

This article aims to explore the meaning behind the tradition of bersih desain the Kalisoro, Tawangmangu, Karanganyar, Central Java. Bersih desais indeed widely practiced in various regions in Java. However, there are unique things happening in this Tawangmangu area. apart from being a place famous for its tourist base, the people in it are indeed made up of various beliefs. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach that describes the results of interviews and field observations. The results of this study show that the activities of bersih desa, there is a mondhosiotradition which on one side presents offerings to the spirit of the local village, but on the other hand there is an Islamicnuance that appears there. Islamic nuances are indicated by votive expressions, and other symbols such as alms and good wishes. This shows that the mondhosiotradition has existed for experienced acculturation with the times and exceeded their Javanese beliefs. This study becomes interesting to do and become one of the legacies of local wisdom as part of the rich diversity of Indonesian society.

The purpose of this study is to know the direction, supervision and assistance kiyai in improving the spiritual intelligence of santri through tazkiyatun nafs at boarding school At-Tamur Cileunyi Kab. Bandung. This research is done by descriptive qualitative approach method. This study uses primary data through moderate participation observation, semistucture interviews (depth), relevant documentation and triangulation (combined). Informants in this research are kiyai (supervisor), santri, ustadz and social around, using snowball sampling technique. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that in improving the spiritual intelligence of santri through tazkiyatun nafs done with guidance, supervision and kiyai assistance. The direction of the kiyai is the effort before the implementation of dhikr guidance, the supervision of kiyai is the effort during the implementation of dhikr guidance and kiyai assistance is the effort after the implementation of dhikr guidance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengarahan, pengawasan dan bantuan kiyai dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual santri melalui tazkiyatun nafs di pondok pesantren At-Tamur Cileunyi Kab. Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui observasi partisipasi moderat, wawancara semistucture (mendalam), dokumentasi yang relevan dan triangulasi (gabungan). Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kiyai (pembimbing), santri, ustadz dan masyarikat sekitar, dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual santri melalui tazkiyatun nafs dilakukan dengan pengarahan, pengawasan dan bantuan kiyai. Pengarahan kiyai yaitu upaya sebelum pelaksanaan bimbingan dzikir, pengawasan kiyai yaitu upaya selama pelaksanaan bimbingan dzikir dan bantuan kiyai yaitu upaya setelah pelaksanaan bimbingan dzikir.

The research intends to analyze the sorts of dialog and non-observerance observed in the film Mulan, using Grice's theory (2020). This study was carried out using the descriptive qualitative approach. The sort of research is content analysis. As data, the film script for Mulan (2020) was used. In addition, according to Grice's theory, two types of conversational implications exist: a widespread dialog implicitness and a specific dialogic impact and there are 5 sorts of non-compliance maximums: the flushing of a maximum, the infringement of a maximum and the suspension of a maximum. When the researchers collected and analyzed data, they used the data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion of Miles, Huberman and Saldana idea. In addition, several table and diagram utilized by researchers to accurately describe and measure the data. The results of this study demonstrate that Mulan (2020) movie has 29 utterances that indicate the implications for dialogue. These include 17 widespread dialog involvement (59%) and 12 specialized involvement. Included in the total (41 percent ). In the film from Mulan (2020) it was found that a maximum of 17 data or 58 percent is flouting characters, which is higher than maximum violations, save for maximum manner violations of 9 data or 32 percent. However, the speech of characters in Mulan (2020) film does not contain the other maximum non observance like suspending a maximum and infringing a maximum.
