Keberagaman masyarakat Indonesia yang multicultural merupakan sebuah kenyataan yang tak terbantahkan. Multikultural hadir dengan berbagai bentuk diantaranya status sosial budaya yang meliputi latar belakang, tempat, agama, ras, suku. Oleh karena itu penanaman nilai multikultural perlu diajarkan sejak dini pada anak usia dini dengan harapan mereka dapat menghargai sesama dan tidak saling mengejek antar teman. Pembelajaran tentang nilai-nilai multikultural dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang bervariasi dan tentunya menyenangkan dan mengena pada anak, salah satunya adalah dengan permainan tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan tentang penanaman nilai multikutral melalui permainan tradisional pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Dan menggunakan data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari guru berdasarkan wawancara,  observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah bahwa nilai multikultural dalam permainan tradisional  diantaranya sikap toleransi, sikap saling mempercayai, sikap keadilan dan demokrasi, sikap kebersamaan dan sikap tolong menolong. Sedangkan proses penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural dalam permainan tradisional pada anak usia dini dengan cara perencanaan, praktek langsung melalui kegiatan main dan pembiasaan yang dilakukan sehari-hari. [The diversity of Indonesian society that is multicultural is an undeniable reality. Multicultural comes in various forms including socio-cultural status which includes background, place, religion, race, ethnicity. Therefore multicultural value inculcation needs to be taught early on in early childhood in the hope that they can respect each other and not mock one another among friends. Learning about multicultural values can be done in a variety of ways and of course fun and enjoyable for children, one of which is with traditional games. This study aims to describe the inculcation of multicultural values through traditional play in early childhood. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. And using qualitative data obtained from teachers based on interviews, observations and documentation. The results obtained are that multicultural values in traditional games include tolerance, mutual trust, justice and democracy, togetherness and helping. While the process of planting multicultural values in traditional games in early childhood by means of planning, direct practice through play activities and daily habituation].

This study aims to find the effect of story reading on the development of early childhood linguistic intelligence, especially in Al Hikmah Rambipuji-Jember Kindergarten. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. From the results of the study it was found that story-reading provides several positive influences on improving linguistic intelligence, namely: (1) early childhood know and understand new vocabulary (2) understand the plot of a story (3) compose words to express an implied message of an story. Conclusion, that story-reading can give effect to the development of early childhood linguistic intelligence. Keywords: Story-Reading, Linguistics, Early Childhood.

This study aims to determine the problems in the personality development of teachers at SD Muhammadiyah Bendo Kalibawang Kulon Progo. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The focus of this research is the problems faced by teachers in the development of personality competencies in schools. The subjects of this study were principals and teachers at SD Muhammadiyah Bendo Kalibawang Kulon Progo. Methods in data collection using documentation and interviews with principals and teachers at SD Muhammadiyah Bendo Kalibawang Kulon Progo. Documentation techniques are used to find data on matters in the form of transcripts, notes, newspapers, books, meeting minutes, and others. Meanwhile, interviews were conducted to explore verbal or qualitative data obtained from key informant sources. The results showed that the problems faced by teachers in personality development at SD Muhammadiyah Bendo Kalibawang Kulon Progo are because they are still carried by their personalities from birth. In addition, lack of confidence in expressing opinions, lack of time discipline, lack of appreciation for student work, and difficulty separating problems at home and school are also problems in teacher personality development. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the problematic personality development of teachers at SD Muhammadiyah Bendo Kalibawang can be improved by evaluation and coaching so that the personality competence of teachers who are responsible, authoritative, mature, stable and others can be obtained.Keywords: Personality, Education, Competence.

<p><em>THE PREVENTION OF DYSLEXIA STUDENTS BULLYING IN THE PRACTICE AT ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. Dyslexia disorder experienced by students MI Manbaul Falihin Ngabul Tahunan Jepara considered as a serious problem, because these disorders could lead to do bullying from other students, whereas bullying itself can lead victim impaired physical and psychological, and bullying can be categorized as a crime can not be tolerated. This study, using descriptive qualitative approach, intended to investigate an incident in accordance with the real conditions in the field with the data analysis is inductive/qualitative. Data collection techniques using triangulation techniques (combined). The results showed that in responding to these things so make MI Manbaul Falihin issued policies to prevent bullying especially for students who have dyslexia disorder. Act of prevention in the form of giving insight to teachers, provide insight to students, provide insight to parents, recommends choosing a good friend, teach compassion to students, to build confidence in students dyslexia, develop social skills of students, and teach good ethics.</em></p>

This study aimed to describe the implemetation of gender recognition in early childhood through playing Bombix at the Nanda Ceria play group, Bocek, Karangploso, Malang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Research subjects are early childhood aged 3-4 years, class teacher, and head of institutions. The results of this study indicate that the introduction of gender to early childhood is caaried out playing Bombix activities which are arranged by children according to predesigned themes/sub themes. The results of the implementation of the implementation of gender rocognition in early childhood trough playing Bombix activities are seen when children are assembling Bombix according to their favorite toys that children already know. For example, boys prefer to assemble Bombix into gun masts, robots, fishing rods, while girls prefer to assemble bombix into flower toys, hair clips, and makeup tools. So it can be concluded that playing Bombix is able to provide understanding to children about gender according to their respective gender.

One of the roles of educational institutions is to foster the nation's young generation so that they behave properly and correctly in accordance with the norms prevailing in society. The importance of character education for children is influenced by the environment, especially in families. The purpose of this study is to describe the importance of character education for early childhood, namely to form morals, to form intelligent and rational, innovative, hard working, optimistic and confident people. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Approach through early childhood case studies. The results of this study are early childhood character education in the Semanggi area, namely the character of discipline, responsibility, and good morals. This article was created for the wider community to better understand the importance of character education in children which is very useful in the future.

Toilet training is one way that teachers can do in the development of children's independence. This study aims to describe the implementation of toilet training in exercising independence in children aged 2-3 years. This research is a field research with descriptive qualitative approach. The source of the data was taken from the results of the class teacher and school principal interviews as well as the observations of the students playing the Al-Ikhlas class aged 2-3 years at the Ulul Albab Integrated Islamic Palace Kraton Pekalongan City. The results of the study show the purpose of toilet training is to train children's independence in toileting, to introduce early on unclean objects, to identify items in the toilet and to properly teach urinating and defecating. The implementation of toilet training starts with planning, that is preparing story material from story books on the themes of activities in the toilet, the implementation is carried out by the teacher using the habituation method and the method of storytelling, and evaluating that the teacher assigns tasks to the child in the form of direct practice about activities related with toilet training

Abstract Banjarese Languange Deixis in Early Childhood Speech. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data of research were the speeches made the early childhood at TK Cipta Karya containing Banjarese language deixis. The data resources were the early age children. The researcher used the SLBC technique (see free involment) in this study. The research found five deixis of Banjar language in early childhood, namely deixis of person: aku, ulun, unda, kita, kami, ikam, pian, buhannya, buhan kam, inya, sidin, buhannya, and bagiannya; deixis of place: di sini, di sana, di situ, ka sini, ka sana, and ka situ; deixis of time: samalam, isuk, tahun kena, tadi, and kena; deixis of pointer: ini, nih, ni, itu, tu, and tuh; deixis of discourse, consisting of two types namely anaphoric deixis which refer to something mentioned before and deixis of words which refer to something that has not been mentioned at all before; and the social deixis, namely the different uses of the words ulun, unda, pian, nyawa and of answer, such as iih or heeh and inggih. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui wujud dan analisis deiksis bahasa Banjar dalam tuturan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Data penelitian ini berupa tuturan anak usia dini di TK Cipta Karya yang tuturannya mengandung deiksis bahasa Banjar. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah anak-anak usia dini di TK Cipta Karya. Peneliti menggunakan teknik SBLC (Simak Bebas Libat Cakap) dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukannya enam deiksis bahasa Banjar pada anak usia dini, yaitu deiksis persona, yaitu aku, ulun, unda, kita, kami, ikam, pian, buhannya, buhan kam, inya, sidin, buhannya, dan bagiannya; deiksis tempat, yaitu di sini, di sana, di situ, ka sini, ka sana, dan ka situ; deiksis waktu, yaitu samalam, isuk, tahun kena, tadi, dan kena; deiksis penunjuk, yaitu ini, nih, ni, itu, tu, dan tuh; deiksis wacana, yaitu terbagi dua menjadi deiksis anafora nya yang merujuk pada sesuatu yang disebutkan sebelumnya dan deiksis katafora nya yang merujuk pada sesuatu yang belum disebutkan sama sekali sebelumnya; dan deiksis sosial, yaitu perbedaan penggunaan kata ulun, unda, pian, nyawa dan penggunaan kata jawaban, seperti iih atau heeh dan inggih. <em>The purpose of this study is to apply pop-up card in early childhood learning. This research used qualitative approach. The subjects in this research were children aged 4-5 years. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. Technique of validity test of qualitative data used triangulation technique and triangulation of source. The analysis technique for qualitative data used    interactive model. The stages of application of pop-up card for early childhood learning include: (1) preparation stage, (2) implementation stage, and (3) the closing stage. The benefits of the application of pop-up cards for early childhood learning include: to facilitate the child in understanding the learning materials and make it easier for children to recognize letters and tell stories.</em>

Parents have an important role in shaping the moral valuess of children. But busyness becomes the main reason parents do not have enough time to educate children, consequently education is left entirely to the teacher. The cultivation of moral values from an early childhood becomes an important point to face the moral decadence that occurs, where the family has a major role in shaping the morals of children. The purpose of writing this article is to know the role of parents in shaping the morality of children in Gesik, Gesikharjo village RT / RW 002/002. The methodology of writing this article is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation, then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The result of this research is parents in Gesik, Gesikharjo village RT / RW 002/002 who have quality togetherness with children and who apply democratic parenting, they can shape the children’s behaviour rich with moral values.

Perkembangan zaman dengan kecanggihan teknologi yang begitu cepat memiliki dampak besar bagi kehidupan. Walaupun perkembangan teknologi sangat bermanfaat bagi manusia tetapi juga tidak sedikit memiliki dampak buruk. Perkembangan yang semakin cepat ini perlu adanya filter/penyaring supaya manusia dapat menggunakan teknologi dengan benar. Maka sejak dini anak diajarkan tentang pendidikan karakter supaya dapat berperilaku dengan baik. Penting sekali membentuk karakter anak melalui metode pembiasaan di lingkungan keluarga, sekolah dan tempat tinggal dengan nilai-nilai kebaikan, dengan pembiasaan tersebut karakter akan tumbuh dan berkembang secara positif sesuai ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pendidikan karakter Islami melalui pembiasaan religius. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh dari wawancara dengan guru dan kepala madrasah, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh tentang pembiasan-pembiasaan religius yang diterapkan adalah pembiasaan (3S) Senyum, Salam dan Sapa, baca senyap, sholatdhuha berjamaah, SKL madrasah, shalatdhuhur berjamaah dan ekstra kerohanian. Sedangkan mengenai pendidikan karakter Islami melalui pembiasaan religius adalah menerapkan pembiasan religius yang dilakukan setiap hari sebagai proses pembentukan karakter anak untuk berperilaku mulia, taat ibadah, jujur, toleran, peduli lingkungan, bertanggungjawab dan menjadi pondasi akidah bagi anak.The rapid technological sophistication and changes have a big impact on life. Although technological developments are very beneficial for humans, they also have a bad impact. All this requires a filter so that humans can use technology properly. From an early age children are taught about character education so that they could behave well. It is very important to shape children's character through the method of habituation in such environments as family, school and surrounding community with good values. Through such habituation the character will grow and develop positively in accordance with the Islamic teachings. This study aims to describe Islamic character education through religious habituation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Meanwhile, qualitative data were obtained from interviews with teachers and principals of madrasa, observation and documentation. The results of the research regarding the applied religious habits are so-called 3S (senyum, salam and sapa) silent reading, dhuha prayer in congregation, madrasah SKL, dhuhur prayer in congregation and extra-curricular spiritual activities. Meanwhile, the Islamic character education through religious habituation is performing religious activities every day as a process of building children's character to behave well, be obedient, honest, tolerant, environmental, responsible and become the foundation of children's faith.
