Early childhood is a time to learn to deal with feelings, whether disappointed, sad, angry when what they want is not fulfilled. That's all a natural and natural feeling. Sometimes without us realizing it we as adults clog an emotion, for example distracting a child. However, if this feeling cannot be expressed by the child, there will be a pile of emotions that can later explode and get out of control, and appear like a tamper tantrum. Expressing emotions with dangerous actions is a form of tantrums so that children get what they want or need. The older the child, the more energy he puts into expressing his emotions. Therefore it is difficult for adults to control and prevent uncontrollable behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of counseling guidance in overcoming children with temper tantrums in RA Anak Salih Suwayuwo, precisely in group A children. Researchers used qualitative methods in their research. Counseling guidance at RA Anak Salih Suwayuwo is carried out through various stages of certain services.

Cognitive development is an important aspect. One of them is the ability to think symbolically. To improve the ability of symbolic thinking of early childhood certainly cannot be separated from the role of educators. Indicators of cognitive development that must be achieved by children aged 4-5 years are: numbers 1-10, recognizing the concept of numbers, recognizing the symbol of numbers, and recognizing the symbol of letters. For this reason, it is appropriate for educators to work hard to improve the ability to think symbolically in early childhood by providing stimulation through appropriate learning media like children, one of which is the media learning of dimples. This research was conducted with a class action research method. From the two cycles that have been done show the results that there is an increase in the ability of symbolic thinking in early childhood group A using the media learning dimples.
THE ROLE OF COUNSELOR IN DEALING WITH TEMPER TANTRUM BEHAVIOR. Children aged 4-7 years is a time to get acquainted and learn to deal with disappointment when their desire cannot be fulfilled. Disappointment, anger, sadness, and so on is a natural feeling. However, often, parents unwittingly 'clog up' the emotions felt by the children. For example, when a child cries out in disappointment, parents in various ways try to entertain, distract, scold, and so on in order to stop the child's crying. This actually makes the children's emotions do not come out freely. If this continues, the result will be what is called the emotional pile. This pile of emotions can later explode out of control and appear as temper tantrum. Bursting anger with dangerous actions and causing injury is one form of tantrum so that children get what they want. The realization of the children’s tantrum that can pose a risk of injury can be either dropping to the floor, hitting the head, or throwing things. These are considered as the first stage of temper tantrum when the children are able to express their frustration. If temper tantrums have already appeared in the form of harmful behaviors and have the potential to cause damage, then intervention must be done immediately. The bigger the child, the more powerful the energy is and the more difficult it will be for parents to control or prevent uncontrolled behavior.

Keywords: The role of counselor, Temper Tantrum.

Currently, one of the priority medical and social problems is the optimization of treatment methods for pyoderma associated with Streptococcus pyogenes — group A streptococcus (GAS). To date, the proportion of pyoderma, the etiological factor of which is Streptococcus pyogenes, is about 6 % of all skin diseases and is in the range from 17.9 to 43.9 % of all dermatoses. Role of the bacterial factor in the development of streptococcal pyoderma is obvious. Traditional treatment complex includes antibacterial drugs selected individually, taking into account the antibiotic sensitivity of pathognomonic bacteria, and it is not always effective. Currently implemented immunocorrection methods often do not take into account specific immunological features of the disease, the individual, and the fact that the skin performs the function of not only a mechanical barrier, but it is also an immunocompetent organ. Such an approach makes it necessary to conduct additional studies clarifying the role of factors of innate and adaptive immunity, intercellular mediators and antioxidant defense system, that allow to optimize the treatment of this pathology.
