Abstract This paper proposes a method to mitigate two major issues of Adversarial Transformation Networks (ATN) including the low diversity and the low quality of adversarial examples. In order to deal with the first issue, this research proposes a stacked convolutional autoencoder based on pattern to generalize ATN. This proposed autoencoder could support different patterns such as all-feature pattern , border feature pattern , and class model map pattern . In order to deal with the second issue, this paper presents an algorithm to improve the quality of adversarial examples in terms of L 0 -norm and L 2 -norm. This algorithm employs an adversarial feature ranking heuristics such as JSMA and COI to prioritize adversarial features. To demonstrate the advantages of the proposed method, comprehensive experiments have been conducted on the MNIST dataset and the CIFAR-10 dataset. For the first issue, the proposed autoencoder can generate diverse adversarial examples with the average success rate above 99%. For the second issue, the proposed algorithm could not only improve the quality of adversarial examples significantly but also maintain the average success rate. In terms of L 0 -norm, the proposed algorithm could decrease from hundreds of adversarial features to one adversarial feature. In terms of L 2 -norm, the proposed algorithm could reduce the average distance considerably. These results show that the proposed method is capable of generating high-quality and diverse adversarial examples in practice.

The adaptation of mobile application is supportive for the discharge patients in less amount of time. The use of mobile application enables physicians to detect the possible implications of treatment at an early stage. The study aims to provide a support and prevention application for kidney failure patients to monitor their diet, receive notifications for taking medicines, get a reminder of dialysis, and conduct easy communication between the doctors and patients. For this purpose, the study has supported the implementation and usage of Kidney Failure Care Application (KFCA). The software architecture of this application aids in the understanding of how the system would behave. The results have shown that the application has eased the communication with their respective doctors, and their diet was also monitored effectively. An average success rate of 80% was observed as a result of testing KFCA application.

The Program for Applying Appropriate Technology (PPTTG) aims to utilize organic waste into organic fertilizer in SD Negeri 13 Muaro and SD Negeri 3 Muaro, Sijunjung District, Sijunjung Regency, West Sumatra Province. This program is carried out based on an analysis of problems faced by partners, including: (1) awareness of school residents disposing of rubbish where it is still low, (2) the amount of organic waste generated every day so that it becomes a serious problem for schools, (3) schools have not been able to treating organic waste into high quality products. Seeing this problem, it is necessary to look for solutions in the form of: (1) mentoring waste management literacy, (2) socialization of the utilization of organic waste into organic fertilizer, and (3) assistance using organic waste to technology-based organic fertilizer. The results of the application of technology showed that the average success rate of the program reached 85,11% with the Good category. This means that the application of technology in the form of utilizing organic waste into organic fertilizer can be implemented well in elementary schools in Sijunjung Regency. Keywords: Organic Waste; Organic Fertilizer; Elementary School.

Fourier single pixel imaging (FSPI) is well known for reconstructing high quality images but only at the cost of long imaging time. For real-time applications, FSPI relies on under-sampled reconstructions, failing to provide high quality images. In order to improve imaging quality of real-time FSPI, a fast image reconstruction framework based on deep learning (DL) is proposed. More specifically, a deep convolutional autoencoder network with symmetric skip connection architecture for real time 96 × 96 imaging at very low sampling rates (5–8%) is employed. The network is trained on a large image set and is able to reconstruct diverse images unseen during training. The promising experimental results show that the proposed FSPI coupled with DL (termed DL-FSPI) outperforms conventional FSPI in terms of image quality at very low sampling rates.

In addition to having generally low-quality foods, ranchlands often have a low diversity of food sources, further reducing the quality of habitat for deer. Ranchland management for deer should therefore focus on providing a diversity of abundant, high-quality foods. This 2-page fact sheet provides some deer habitat improvement tips that focus primarily on raising the quality of deer forage but that also will help you grow better cover by improving plant diversity and productivity. Free-cutting steel gains specific working properties thanks to the high content of sulfur and phosphorus. These elements, especially sulfur, have a rather high tendency to segregation. Therefore, segregation defects in free-cutting steel continuously cast billets can be significantly developed. The aim of the work was to study the influence of the chemical composition of freecutting steel and casting technological parameters on the quality of the macrostructure of continuously cast billets. A metallographic assessment of the internal structure of cast metal made of free-cutting steel and data processing by application of correlation and regression analysis were the research methods. The array of production data of 43 heats of free-cutting steel of grade A12 was studied. Steel casting on a five-strand radial type continuous casting machine was carried out by various methods of metal pouring from tundish into the molds. Metal of 19 heats was poured with an open stream, and 24 heats – by a closed stream through submerged nozzles with a vertical hole. High-quality billets had a cross-sectional size of 150×150 mm. The macrostructure of high-quality square billets made of free-cutting steel of A12 grade is characterized by the presence of central porosity, axial segregation and peripheral point contamination, the degree of development of which was in the range from 1.5 to 2.0 points, segregation cracks and strips – about 1.0 points. In the course of casting with an open stream, almost all of these defects are more developed comparing with the casting by a closed stream. As a result of correlation and regression analysis, linear dependences of the development degree of segregation cracks and strips both axial and angular on the sulfur content in steel and on the ratio of manganese content to sulfur content were established. The degree of these defects development increases with growing of sulfur content in steel of A12 grade. These defects had especially strong development when sulfur content in steel was of more than 0.10%. To improve the quality of cast metal, it is necessary to have the ratio of the manganese content to the sulfur content in the metal more than eight.

The experience of clinical testing of the personal telemedicine system ‘Obereg’ for remote monitoring of patients at the intensive care units of leading Russian clinics is described. The high quality of communication with the remote receiving devices of doctors, the accuracy of measurements, resistance to interference from various hospital equipment and the absence of its own impact on such equipment were confirmed. There are significant advantages compared to stationary patient monitors, in particular, for intra and out-of-hospital transportation of patients.

The transthoracic echocardiography made by multifrequency probes with support of the mode of the second harmonic imaging, is a competitive method for visualization of the main coronary arteries and allows to estimate coronary blood flow with high quality. Of course, the method has considerable restrictions, most important of which is the low spatial resolution of a method, due to small acoustic window. Because of this the transthoracic visualization of coronary arteries perhaps will not become the leading method of anatomic reconstruction of separately taken coronary artery and especially all coronary arteries system. However uniqueness and indisputable advantage of this method is an opportunity to noninvasively estimate a coronary blood flow both once, and in dynamics.
