Kata kunci: CSR, pengelolaan sampah, sumber daya berkelanjutan, pemberdayaan ABSTRACTOne of the impacts of the development process is environmental pollution and damage. Rapid population growth, especially in urban areas with bad waste disposal behavior, causes a variety of waste that must be absorbed by the environment, especially domestic waste or household waste. The composition of organic waste occupies the highest percentage up to 57% in the city of Bandung, where food waste that occupies the top rank is 40%. The community and the government alone are not enough to overcome the problem of waste management. The involvement and active participation of companies as private parties through corporate social responsibility activities can be done through programs that support sustainable organic waste treatment. The development of a good CSR program in a company should be related to the needs and problems faced by the surrounding community. Social Responsible Business Practice Model, is one type of program that aims to prosper the community, but also has a positive correlation in increasing company operational productivity. This practice model allows company activities, one of which includes the provision of facilities that meet the level of environmental security and safety and can maintain sustainable development activities. PT. Pertamina TBBM Bandung Group is one of the BUMN that is concerned with the innovation of handling waste problems in the city of Bandung, through the BU MANIK (Cultivating Maggot and Organic Fertilizer) program, in line with the KANG PISMAN program (Reduce, Separate, Utilize) the Bandung city government, which aims to cultivate maggot as the main media to decompose organic waste and natural animal feed. The effectiveness of this program depends on the CSR of PT. Pertamina TBBM Bandung Group as an institution that facilitates the implementation of programs and groups of waste banks as an empowered community; as well as community involvement and government support. Keywords: CSR, waste management, sustainable resource, empowerment

Abstract This paper proposes a method to mitigate two major issues of Adversarial Transformation Networks (ATN) including the low diversity and the low quality of adversarial examples. In order to deal with the first issue, this research proposes a stacked convolutional autoencoder based on pattern to generalize ATN. This proposed autoencoder could support different patterns such as all-feature pattern , border feature pattern , and class model map pattern . In order to deal with the second issue, this paper presents an algorithm to improve the quality of adversarial examples in terms of L 0 -norm and L 2 -norm. This algorithm employs an adversarial feature ranking heuristics such as JSMA and COI to prioritize adversarial features. To demonstrate the advantages of the proposed method, comprehensive experiments have been conducted on the MNIST dataset and the CIFAR-10 dataset. For the first issue, the proposed autoencoder can generate diverse adversarial examples with the average success rate above 99%. For the second issue, the proposed algorithm could not only improve the quality of adversarial examples significantly but also maintain the average success rate. In terms of L 0 -norm, the proposed algorithm could decrease from hundreds of adversarial features to one adversarial feature. In terms of L 2 -norm, the proposed algorithm could reduce the average distance considerably. These results show that the proposed method is capable of generating high-quality and diverse adversarial examples in practice.

Waste management can not only depend on the role of government, but also required public participation. Public awareness of the importance of waste management should begin to be grown. In addition to reducing the risk of environmental pollution, waste management aims to produce something more useful. Inorganic garbage can be managed with recycling technology that can produce a wide variety of useful items. Meanwhile, organic waste or organic  waste  can  be  managed  and  used  as  liquid  compost.  Technology applied  to  the manufacture of liquid compost that is by using a microorganism that can accelerate the decomposition process of organic materials. Thus, the waste management efforts into something more useful can be realized. Liquid compost is more effective and efficient when applied to the leaves, flowers and stems than the growing media (except in the hydroponic method). Liquid organic fertilizer can serve as a stimulus to grow. Especially when the plants begin to sprout or when the change from vegetative to generative phase to stimulate the growth of fruits and seeds. Leaves and stems can absorb fertilizers applied directly through the stomata or pores that exist on its surface.

Payakumbuh City continues to struggle with its waste management problem despite winning several prestigious Adipura awards. The local government has issued various handling instruments; therefore, it takes practical efforts to deal with it. This study’s objective was to find a solution to the waste problem in Payakumbuh City, West Sumatra. With descriptive methods and qualitative approach, the study found not a few unscrupulous citizens still littering and not complying with the provisions of the disposal time that has been set in Payakumbuh Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2014. Besides including increasing community involvement Payakumbuh City is making several improvements. On the other side, some innovation and creativity were needed to solve the problem. The innovations and creativity were in two aspects: law enforcement and its residents’ involvement, by promoting waste sorting, deployment of biopores, establishing waste banks, plastic waste processing, and composting. The two aspects must be supported by the provision of cross-subsidies for recycled products from the waste banks; facilitation of organic waste management training to the waste bank management community; and the establishment of a regional waste and fertilizer company a synergy between cleanliness, renewable energy, and agriculture.

This article discusses a new method for the reclamation of organic waste into biogas with the addition of the biologically active additive Mephosphon to the substrate to accelerate the process of obtaining biogas (decomposition) and preserving nutrient elements in the final product. The study object was cow manure from a private farm household. The experiments were carried out for 10 days in a lowvolume biogas unit (LVBU) without airtight in a heat-insulated reactor filled with 2/3 cow manure. The use of the Mephosphon drug in ultra-low concentrations (10-4) allowed us to obtain a useful product in the form of high-quality organic fertilizer and biogas.
