This article is about one of the most fundamental categories of philosophy, the object and the subject, and focuses on its place and role in scientific research. The objective of the research activity is the object in the broadest sense of reality. The researcher acts as a subject, whether it is an individual or a specific community (creative team). Synergetics has gained the status of a philosophical category as a branch of science and is important in the study of significant changes in the universe.

The paper deals with the issue of referring a person to the criminal hierarchy status leaders. While studying criminal subculture, the author specified criminological signs of the criminal ranking highest position, identified functional, status, and attributive signs of taking the highest position in the criminal hierarchy. The thief-in-law, the overseer, and the loyalist represent the status leaders of the criminal ranking. The author developed a general methodology for the new forensic and criminological examination of taking the highest position in the criminal hierarchy. Actual data concerning the behavior of a person inspected containing in the case materials is the object of the examination. The subject of this examination is formulated as a complex of functional, status, and attributive features of any criminal hierarchy leader. The task of the proposed expertise is to clear up if a person has the status of the leader of the criminal hierarchy or not. The paper describes the specifics of the stages of this examination. At the preparatory stage, an expert checks the reliability of the objects presented, identifying the signs of their falsification, destruction, and modification. The author recommends carrying out mandatory verification and supporting the expert initiative. At the stage of independent research, an expert establishes key behavioral characteristics of a person inspected. Provided that they are sufficient, the next stage implies comparing them with a set of signs and features which are typical for people taking the highest positions in the criminal hierarchy. The final stage examination contains the evaluation of coincidences and formulation of conclusions. The author gives the recommendations on the expertise relating the conditional forms of conclusions based on the results of the examination of taking the highest position in the criminal hierarchy; proposes validating general and specific methods of expertise of taking the hierarchy highest position in terms of scientific research.

I came to the subject by attempting to reinterpret the well-known legend of the labyrinth and the status of its main characters: Theseus, Ariadne, Dedalus and the Minotaur. The conflict between the two invincible entities is a reminiscence, degraded by literaturisation of the first conflict - in the 'zero moment' of the mythical history of the Universe - between the principle of the Cosmos (which is the supreme god) and the principle of the Chaos (the primordial Monster). From a hermeneutical perspective, the god's overcoming of the monster is an act of ordering the Chaos, and thus of cosmogenesis. The ordered Chaos becomes Cosmos.

Abstract The paper examines the view and representation of space in Terézia Mora’s prose, primarily based on her novel entitled The Only Man on the Continent (Der einzige Mann auf dem Kontinent). In the universe of the novel the perception of space basically determines the individual’s space of action and highly influences his self-image as well as his attitude toward alterity. The city not only functions as space, but also forms a multicultural medium which becomes itself the subject of reflection and metanarration. In the novel the anthropological places and non-places, in Augé’s sense, change their function and thus the borders of referential, mental and virtual worlds are blurred, the notion of space itself is revaluated. The protagonist is the Ulysses of our days; his journeys and adventures mainly take place in his imagination. In the virtual world he loses his sense of reality, which can also be perceived in the narrative procedures of the text: the novel is in fact the protagonist’s quest for identity, his endless monologue, which is interrupted by the omniscient narrator’s comments from time to time. In the meantime the evident intertextual context also gets shape: the text maintains an ironical intertextual connection with James Joyce’s Ulysses.

Exposé du point de vue “conventionnel” sur les décalages vers le rouge. In Peebles’ well-known textbook, one chapter is entitled “a child’s garden of cosmological models”. Maybe a “jungle” would better describe the lush diversity of theories expounded at this exceptionally interesting conference. If there is a dominant orthodoxy in cosmology, the proceedings here have successfully obscured it – a participant without prior exposure to the subject would not have gleaned from this week’s discussions what views were “conventional” and what were not. Anyway, I presume that my brief is to assess the status of the cosmological views that would commend themselves to Peebles and his like: that is to say, the package of ideas in which there was a “hot big bang”, galaxies and clusters condensed via gravitational instability, the quasar phenomenon is related to galactic nuclei, and all large redshifts (except perhaps quasar absorption lines) are due to the expansion of the universe. This, at least, is the framework within which we “conventional” people attempt to interpret the data – or (in the view of some “radicals”) the self-imposed blinkers by which our vision is confined.

This study presents three main approaches; The rooting methodology for the subject of the study; Taking into account the analysis of the status of research and studies, and the importance that touches upon the very essence of community development. Not only that; But even in the renaissance and advancement of nations regionally and continentally. And also, to have a look at the reasons that stand stumbling block in failing to achieve that, and despite the existence of extensive research and studies in all fields of development, which is represented in the large gap between research institutions and policy makers in Arab States. But even at the continental level, that is why we find it flounder when make decisions, and low level of services provided by the governments. This is due to these decisions are not based on prior studies, to insure simulate the particularity of the decision with the purpose for which it was established, where we would like to clarify through this study to Touching the concept of scientific research, and to shows the importance of scientific research in the development of societies, and to recognize the reality of this interactive relation between the two directions; Research Institutions and decision-makers.

When we turn to N.S. Gavrilova, our attention is attracted by the fact that all the topics in which she carried out scientific research, had a sign of "modernity". This is the first topic of his dissertation research - "Religious consciousness of contemporary students in the context of ideological pluralism (on materials of Ukraine)" and a scientific monograph. Of course, the choice of the subject of the candidate research largely and for a long time determines any scientific research and reflection of the researcher, who seems to fall into the enchanted circle of specific subject-methodological attraction. That modernity has not accidentally marked the scientific work of this young religious scholar.

The legislation of Ukraine does not contain a legal definition of the concept of “jurisdiction”, although at the theoretical level this legal category has repeatedly become the subject of scientific research, its content and types have been constantly transformed depending on changes in the legislation of Ukraine. The socio-political situation caused by the violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the priority of the state’s criminal policy in the fight against terrorism, corruption, have become a prerequisite for the emergence of new bodies of pre-trial investigation, changes in the procedural status of the investigator. This allows us to continue scientific research in the direction of improving the definition of “jurisdiction”, the definition of its characteristic components, species and more. The article discusses the relation between the terms “investigator competence” and “jurisdiction”, arguing that the former is broader. Attention is drawn to the normative construction of the articles of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, which define the rules of subsidiarity, in particular, in retrospect. Analysis of the criteria under which a criminal proceeding is assigned to the sphere of activity (management) of a particular pre-trial investigation body, in particular, the place of commission of a criminal offense, qualification of a criminal offense (event of a criminal offense, nature of the consequences, the subject of the criminal offense, its form guilt), the special status of the subject of the crime, the type and size of the object of the crime and the harm caused by the criminal offense, the status of the victim, the connectedness of actions, etc., allowed to conclude on the expediency of introducing into scientific circulation the concept of “criminal procedural characteristics of criminal offenses” The author defines the concept of “jurisdiction” by which the constituent competence of an investigator for conducting pre-trial investigation of a certain category of criminal proceedings, which is determined depending on the criminal procedural characteristic of a criminal offense, should be understood.

Research activity is an integral function of modern higher education, since withoutthe development of scientific research, the training of graduates cannot be carried out at asufficient level of modern preparation of scientific research. Despite the fact that scientificactivity is carried out in two interrelated forms - individual and collective, in recent years, mostscientific research is carried out by scientific teams, and not by individual scientists. On thebasis of this important issue, research the effectiveness and efficiency of research teams, through the methods of their formation and functioning. In addition, the issue of motivation for scientific work of the research and teaching staff of the university is important. To analyzethe above aspects, we carried out a sociological study that was implemented in two stages - amass survey (N = 211) and a series of in-depth interviews (N = 15) among scientists of the UralFederal University named after the first President of Russia B.N.Yeltsin. The article presentssome of the results of the analysis, in particular, the author comes to the conclusion that establishingties between scientists and joint work in a research team is an important conditionfor increasing the productivity and efficiency of scientific activity, and the desire for scientificcooperation indicates a desire to achieve a higher level of performance scientific activity.

The subject of the research is legal protection of results of scientific research. The relevance of the problem lies in the need to establish attributes of research works for the purpose of protecting exclusive rights in and to research findings obtained by educational budget institutions and to make distinctions between attributes of research works and other copyright objects. It is emphasized that the tax regime is an element of the legal framework for the results of scientific research and their commercialization. The purpose of the research was to establish criteria for the protection of a research finding and their referencing to the result of intellectual activity. Based on the conducted work, such protection criteria as novelty and originality of research products are proposed in view of the fact that any research is aimed at obtaining a definite scientific result reflected and communicated to the scientific community in a monograph, article, thesis, new product, device, etc. At the same time, a research finding may be represented by an idea not copyright protected. However, the paper asserts that if an idea has an objective form of expression, it may be subject to legal protection although limited because in a scientific work and in science itself there are important concepts, methods, processes, systems, etc. not covered by copyright protection under Clause 5 Article 1259 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The paper concludes that works of science are more individualized and cannot be repeated, as compared with works of art and literature. Therefore, it is proposed that scientific research findings should be regulated with more accuracy. The legal framework for the results of scientific research should be based on a set of legal instruments to ensure their utilization procedures.

Scientific article writing is undoubtedly an inseparable part of academic activity. Every researcher/scientist, in one way or another, has to declare scientific research activity results, i.e., to publish in scientific press. If this is not done, it is considered that a scientific work is not finished regardless of the size of the research/experiments carried out and so on. Such information has to be completely understandable not only in the academic environment but also in society. Publications in the international and independent science journals acknowledged in the academic community show the real value of the scientist and his works. This does not mean in any way that the other level publications are not necessary (Lamanauskas, 2013). Every publication has its auditorium, purpose, aims and so on. Regardless of the type of publication broadly speaking, it has to be appropriately prepared.
