Если организации удается преодолеть кризисные явления, она может пройти несколько циклов своего развития. possibility of using organizational development tools is substantiated. The systematization of the features of each of the stages of development of the organization is given. In particular, for the stage of forming an organization, it is important to determine the types and goals of activities by clarifying ideas about the needs of a potential client. The level of growth and maturity of the organization is characterized by an orientation towards expanding the circle of consumers, as well as the formation of its own image. The problems facing an organization that has reached maturity are predominantly internal in nature. The recession phase is the most difficult and decisive stage in an organization's existence. If the organization manages to overcome the crisis phenomena, it can go through several cycles of its development

The majority of open source projects fail. This chapter presents one such project as a case study, written from the perspective of the sole developer. It charts the various stages of development, from initial motivation and enthusiasm through the later stages of apathy and decline. It deals with many of the problems encountered by a sole developer, and the various approaches undertaken to maintain development momentum. This chapter provides anecdotal evidence as opposed to statistical analysis, giving an individual’s perspective on the development life cycle of an open source project, illustrating real world barriers to development and the typical issues that can stall a project.

The life cycle of T, crassiceps, which grows to the adult worm in the intestine of dogs and other canids and to a cysticercus in the laboratory mouse and other rodents, deviates from the usual pattern for taeniids because the embryo not only grows but later reproduces asexually by exogenous budding either subcutaneously or in body cavities. Differentiation of the bud was followed by removing cestodes at various stages of development. Living specimens, whole mounts, and serial sections, fixed and stained by various methods, were used. The subtegumental cells appear to dominate the process of budding at the abscolex end of the metacestode. Usually the bud separates from the budder after the lacuna is formed. The study demonstrates the importance of the subtegumental cells in the growth and differentiation of buds.

Studies that address biodiversity and its supporting mechanisms in different ecosystems are fundamental to understanding the relationships between species and the prevailing environmental conditions within each habitat type. This study presents information on the phenology of Promestosomaboggianii (Silvestri, 1898) and its association with seasonal flood and dry events in a floodplain of Mato Grosso’s northern Pantanal region, Brazil. Sampling was carried out in three areas located between the Bento Gomes and Cuiabá rivers, on the Porto Cercado Road, Poconé-MT. Each sample area was composed of two treatments: (I) floodable habitats and (NI) non-floodable habitats. Three quadrats (10 x 10 m) were established within each treatment, with sampling carried out using pitfall traps and mini-Winkler extractors during the dry season, rising water, high water and receding water phases for the duration of two hydrological cycles within the Pantanal (2010/2011 and 2011/2012). A total of 295 P.boggianii individuals were sampled at different stages of development (except stages I and II), distributed between the rising water (209 ind., 70.8%), dry (76 ind., 25.8%) and receding water (10 ind., 3.4%) seasons. No specimens were sampled during the high water season. The higher abundances recorded between the dry and rising water seasons, primarily at early stages of development, indicate that P.boggianii is characterized as a univoltine species in these habitats. The data demonstrate that individuals of P.boggianii were more abundant in floodable habitats. In addition, the results show that the life cycle of this diplopod is sinchronized to the seasonal nature of this floodable environment, as a strategy to survive the extreme conditions of terrestrial and aquatic phases Brazil’s northern Pantanal region.

Tanah Lot is one of the leading tourism destinations which is in natural and cultural potential unique and interesting, to attract, both domestic and foreigners to make them visits to this tourist destination. With the increasing number of tourist arrivals to Tanah Lot, it has contributed significantly to the manager, as well as improved the welfare of local communities. In order to know the market segment of tourists visiting Tanah Lot, it is necessary to do a social-cultural mapping, to know the characteristics and perception of tourists about the condition and existence of Tanah Lot. This it should be proposed in maintaining the stages of development of Tanah Lot tourist destination as described by Destination Life Cycle. Demand and product offerings are an important thing that local people need to provide to tourists, so the satisfaction of the service can give a good image in the minds of the tourists. The life cycle of renewable energy sources has been analyzed in the research paper. The differences and specific features of life cycles of traditional and renewable energy sources have been identified. A proprietary scheme of the life cycle of renewable energy sources has been proposed, which takes into account the identified features compare to traditional energy sources. The renewable energy life cycle consists of three stages and ten phases. The eco-destructive impact of renewable energy sources at each stage of the life cycle has been investigated and presented, which makes it possible to assess objectively and take into account the complex eco-destructive impact of the use of a specific object that uses renewable energy sources. The studies of Al-Mulali, Apergis, and Payne, Dogan and Turkekul, Menegaki, confirming the relationship between growth indicators (Gross Domestic Product) and the growth of energy produced by renewable energy sources were examined. The total electricity consumption in the world for the period 1973–2016 was considered. Comparisons of traditional and renewable energy sources by service life and life cycle are given, and the main stages and phases of the life cycle of renewable energy sources are examined in detail. The stages of development and creation of renewable energy technology, namely the stages of development and creation of renewable energy technology, the operation of renewable energy facilities and the utilization and recycling of renewable energy components were considered. The impact of renewable energy on the environment from reservoirs and the specific effects of the use of renewable energy facilities has been studied. To identify adverse factors of influence, from eco-destructive impact, the stages of the structural composition of the renewable energy life cycle were examined to find possible ways to eliminate them at each stage. Key words: renewable energy sources, life cycle, energy, energy production, management of natural resources.

Statistics from the Federal Accreditation Service shows that the accreditation of most test laboratories was terminated at the request of accredited persons. The authors see the reason for this in the absence of detailed organizational diagnostics of laboratories' condition, the mechanism for managing the organizational environment and certain types of resources at different stages of development. The article substantiates the need to use the concept of the organization’s life cycle to ensure the stability of testing laboratories.
