Globalization of the labor market and development of international innovative cooperation, taking into account international production factors, intensify the process of forming a modern type of a migrant worker – an international worker. Today’s global market of labor resources places high requirements to the workforce. New criteria appear in relation to the quality of the individual’s labor potential implemented in global economic relations, and the quality of labor, determined by the worker’s qualification and skills, work attitude and sophistication of social and economic thinking, becomes the most important criterion. The quality of labor resources in the international labor market includes many characteristics, such as availability of international work experience, knowledge of the national specifics of various countries, the importance of international communication culture, etc., which are minimally present in the characteristics of labor resources at the national level. Given the above, the purpose of this article is to study the qualities, competencies and level of training of an innovative international worker. The study characterized key factors of the process of developing an international worker, some of which are worth noting: the appearance of unified international requirements to the worker’s education and qualification, formation of global information and communication networks, growth of transnational corporations. It was concluded that the success of a worker of an international enterprise depends on the worker’s professional, social, entrepreneurial and personal competencies, etc., while the key indicators of the worker’s different-culture competence profile are professional, social, entrepreneurial and personal competences, ability to learn foreign languages and current family situation.

Nowadays, various transformations are taking place in higher education in Russia, which is primarily determined by the fact that the issue of ensuring the quality of educational services, increasing the requirements for the level of university graduates - future specialists and the introduction of new teaching methods is quite acute. The research aims to study the peculiarities of students' perception of the quality of education. As a research method, we used a questionnaire survey to quickly and effectively investigate students' idea of the quality of educational services provided to them. The article examines students' attitude to the education they receive and reveals the students' representation of the demand for the education they receive in the labor market. The study's novelty and originality lie in the fact that students' ideas about the quality of educational services are considered. It is revealed that the knowledge that graduates receive is evaluated as high quality, and several shortcomings identified by students in professional training (insufficient knowledge of practical skills, foreign languages) are revealed. It is shown that according to graduates, the level of training of specialists mainly meets the requirements of the labor market. The practical significance of the data obtained in this work lies in their use in social psychology, age psychology, marketing, and further theoretical development of this issue.

The current article deals with the interesting phenomenon of mismatch between an academic graduate's field of education and their field of occupation (a phenomenon known in the literature as horizontal-mismatch or job-field underemployment), and its impact on the individual's career satisfaction. Some studies regarding the broader phenomenon of underemployment suggest that graduates might temporarily accept an underemployed job in order to avoid unemployment and obtain some work experience, but even though most of the relatively scarce articles on the subject suggest it is usually an involuntary phenomenon, almost none of them specifically focus on the case of job-field underemployment. 310 Israeli academics with almost-equal gender representation participated in this study. A statistically significant negative correlation has been found, according to which, the greater an individuals’ level of job-field underemployment, the lower their career satisfaction level. The main conclusion of the present study is that the individuals’ quality of job-field fit appears to be a very significant component in their career perception: The individual, being rational, will invest in a specific field of education in order to integrate into the labor market accordingly. Therefore, this phenomenon is not desirable for the individual, and it requires more informed career planning by the individual in order to avoid experiencing this phenomenon in the first place. At the macro-economic level, this requires better labor-market adjustments between the supply of labor and the demand for jobs.

Subject. The article addresses the impact of religious confession on wages and the likelihood of unemployment in Russia. Objectives. The aim is to test the hypothesis that religious faith and high church attendance are accompanied by an increase in employment earnings. Methods. Using the Russian Longitudinal Monitoring Survey data, I estimate the Mincer's extended equation with variables that characterize the respondent’s religious commitment. To assess the impact of religious identity and the activity rate of attendance at religious services on the likelihood of unemployment and life satisfaction, I use probit models. Results. The estimates demonstrate that the Russian labor market rewards men with moderate and high degree of religious commitment; their wage growth reaches seventeen percent of the level of non-believers with comparable education and work experience. However, faithful Muslim women are employed in the lowest paid areas. Religious faith and regular church attendance have a positive effect on satisfaction with life (significant for Orthodox Christian women). Conclusions. Positive impact of religious capital on income and employment can be attributed to the development of business qualities that are rewarded in the labor market, the mutual support of religious network participants. Therefore, it possible to consider religious capital, along with educational capital and health capital, as a component of human capital and a factor of socio-economic development.

ABSTRACTIndonesia is the world's largest producer of crude palm oil (CPO). Even so, the trend of international trade in Indonesian CPO products has decreased in the last 10 years with a value of -10.19%. The decline in world demand for CPO can be dealt with by utilizing CPO as a biofuel for domestic use, like biodiesel. The purpose of this study is to determine the competitiveness of Indonesian CPO in global trade and determine the parameters of the quality requirements of CPO and biodiesel. The competitiveness analysis method uses the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) method, while the analysis of the potential quality of CPO as a biofuel is carried out by analyzing the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). CPO trade in the global market is controlled by Indonesia with a market share of 50% and Malaysia 25.6%, with the declining trade trend in the last 10 years relatively (2010-2019) of -6.91%. The level of competitiveness of Indonesian CPO products in 2019 is very strong, but on average in the last 10 years, the level of competitiveness of Indonesian CPO is no better than that of Malaysia. Indonesia has SNI 01-2901-2006 and SNI 7182: 2015 as a determinant of the quality of CPO and biodiesel products developed in Indonesia so that the CPO and biodiesel produced fullfil sacurity and safety aspects when used by consumers. Keywords: crude palm oil (CPO), competitivenessv, quality, Indonesian National Standard (SNI) ABSTRAKIndonesia merupakan negara produsen minyak kelapa sawit mentah/ Crude Palm Oil (CPO) terbesar di dunia.
